NWA Heartland Card #15 Convocation Center, Athens, Ohio December 9, 2006 Lance Russell: Good evening, fans of the Heartland! This is Lance Russell coming to you live from the campus of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. It's Saturday night at Ohio U, and we thank you for dropping by. We promise you an exciting card tonight, and more importantly, we promise to have you back out on the streets before the bars close. We have a very intense main event for you tonight- a grudge match for the ages, as BRET THE HITMAN HART takes on his nemesis, THE HEARTBREAK KID, SHAWN MICHAELS! But before we get things started in the ring tonight, we have a special segment for you, THE FRONT PAGE!Diamond Dallas Page: Thank you very much, Lance. You know, they say the camera takes off 10 years, and in your case, they ain't lyin! My guest this week is the most dominant- and the most controversial- man in the Heartland. This big Animal has been putting guys out of action left and right! And more importantly, last week in Canton we saw this man issue a threat to the Heartland Heavyweight Champion, Scotty Steiner. I am here tonight to get the straight scoop from the horse's mouth. Ladies and gentleman, here is the Animal, BATISTA!Batista strides to the stage and joins DDP at the podium.Diamond Dallas Page: Hello Batista, and welcome to The Front Page. First of all, big man, tell me what your plans are for Scotty Steiner. Are you gunning for the title? Batista: You better believe it, Dallas. Everything I have done here has been geared toward getting that strap around my waist. Alexandra York has been holding me back, so I have decided to take matters into my own hands! That's why I have been taking out every contender in my path. Samoa Joe, Taz, Macho Man- no one can withstand the power! Without warning, Pomp and Circumstance begins to play on the sound system! MACHO MAN RANDY SAVAGE appears out of nowhere, carrying a dog collar. He jumps Batista from behind and begins whipping him with the dog collar! Batista is knocked to the ground, but struggles to his feet and begins to fight back. The Titantron comes on and Alexandra York appears.Alexandra York: Batista! Knock it off! If you want a title match against Scotty Steiner, you will need to work your way to the top, just like any other contender! But tonight, this has gone beyond titles. Miss Elizabeth has requested it, and I have granted her wish- tonight, in that very ring, it will be Batista versus Randy Savage in a Dog Collar Match! Batista is furious, but before he can protest, Savage clocks him again with the chain and knocks him to the ground. Referee Danny Davis comes to ringisde and fastens the collar around the neck of Batista, then Savage, and directs the men to the ring. The match is on!DOG COLLAR GRUDGE MATCHBATISTA pinned RANDY SAVAGE-Savage launched himself into Batista, fists and fire, but the big animal survived the onslaught and mounted a rally. The two enemies pummelled each other until they were both bloodied. Finally, Savage nailed Batista with a running clothesline with the chain and went to the top rope for the elbow dive, but Batista jerked the chain and sent Macho Man slamming hard to the canvas. This gave the big man time to recover, following up with a spear for a pinfall victory. Danny Davis was quick to unhook Savage from the chain as Melina calmed down Batista and convinced him to return to the dressing room and save his strength for the run at the title. Mark Madden: What a confrontation! Lance, I guarantee you that nothing has been settled here. Macho Man will not give up that easily, even if he lost the battle tonight. Can Batista survive the Macho Maniac and make it to a title match with Scotty Steiner? Holy mackerel, all this action and we haven't even gotten to our first scheduled match of the evening! Let's go back to the ring for some tag team cruiserweight action! THE IRISH AIRBORNE defeated AJ STYLES & CHRISTOPHER SABIN (w/ KIMBERLY PAGE)-After a dynamic exchange between these high-flying teams, the Crist Brothers executed a beautiful Irish Air Raid on Styles and Dave covered him for the pinfall. STING defeated TERRY FUNK (w/ WOMAN) by disqualification-Sting continues to nurse a shoulder injury suffered in a brawl with Bret Hart. Funk attacked before the opening bell, going after the injured shoulder with bad intentions. Funk was brutal, manhandling Sting and repeatedly hurling him out of the ring, but Sting gamely fought back and nailed Funk off the ropes. Stinger locked Funk in the scorpion deathlock, but Woman threw powder into the eyes of the Stinger and Funk was able to escape. Funk threw Sting out of the ring again, and slammed him headfirst onto the steel steps. Referee Brady Boone tried to put an end to the fiasco, disqualifying Funk, but the maniac Texan continued to brawl and threw Boone into the security railing. Alexandra York again came onto the Titantron, issuing another suspension to Funk for 8 matches!***INTERMISSION***Mark Madden: Okay fans, we're back! The first half of the card was wild! Brawls, suspensions, an unexpected dog collar match, and in the middle of all that, a wrestling match broke out! The second half of the card promises to be just as exciting, starting off with a critical battle between BIG JOHN STUDD and SHELTON BENJAMIN. And better yet, Studd will be accompanied to the ring, as always, by the beautiful and deadly WOMAN!BIG JOHN STUDD (w/ WOMAN) pinned SHELTON BENJAMIN-Benjamin turned in a solid effort against the mammoth Studd, gaining the advantage and nearly pinning him after a 450 splash. Studd used his power to turn things around, catching Benjamin twice with the Giant Backbreaker to earn the victory. Lillian Garcia: And now, ladies and gentlemen, the time has come for your main event of the evening. The following contest is scheduled for one fall, to a finish, with NO TIME LIMIT and NO DISQUALIFICATION. Introducing first, weighing in at 225 pounds, from San Antonio, Texas, THE HEARTBREAK KID, SHAWN MICHAELS! And his opponent, from Calgary, Alberta Canada, weighing in at 235 pounds, BRET "THE HITMAN" HART!BRET "HITMAN" HART defeated SHAWN MICHAELS by submission-The rivalry between Hart and Michaels is long and deep, and tonight's match reflected the intensity of their passion. Hart took the aggressor's role, taking the battle to Michaels with suplexes and a backbreaker. After weakening the Kid, Hart tied him up in a brutal ring-post figure 4. Referee Joe Kopasz managed to finally get Hart to release Michaels from the ring post, but the Hitman had done the damage and followed up with a sharpshooter. Michaels was incapacitated and forced to tap out, but Hart still refused to release the hold! This brought Sting back down to ringside, first pleading with Hart, then threatening him before the Hitman broke the hold and left the ring in triumph. Sting helped Michaels to his feet as the show ended. Lance Russell: What a competitive situation! Hart is focused and worked over Michaels at his brutal best. This issue will not die easily between these two! We also saw the return of Randy Savage, taking up his issue with the animal Batista. The level of intensity is growing here in the Heartland day by day. Fans, it has been a great night here in Athens, with some outstanding action! Be sure to join us on Monday night, from the Cincinnati Gardens, where we will see the Steiner Brothers defend the tag team titles against the team of Sting and Shawn Michaels! Until then, this is Lance Russell for Mark Madden and Lillian Garcia signing off and saying, God bless and we'll see you at the matches!

NWA Heartland Card #16 Cincinnati Gardens, Cincinnati, Ohio December 11, 2006 Lance Russell: Hello fans, and welcome to the Queen City! We are coming to you tonight from the Cincinnati Gardens with an exciting night of wrestling action! Tonight, in our main event, we will bring you a tag team title match! THE STEINER BROTHERS will be defending the belts against the SOLDIERS OF THE COVENANT, SHAWN MICHAELS and STING!Mark Madden: That's right, Lance! This is a much-anticipated showdown between the top tag teams in the Heartland! But before we get to the main event, we have some fine matches in store. First, we'll see PETEY WILLIAMS in singles action against DIRTY DICK MURDOCH. Then, AJ STYLES will hit the ring to take on DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE. And finally, before the intermission, we will have a fine tag match between DEVASTATION and the team of RON GARVIN and SERGEANT SLAUGHTER. Let's go to the ring! PETEY WILLIAMS defeated DIRTY DICK MURDOCH by disqualification-Petey ran circles around the big Texan, dodging his attempts to link up and ground his smaller opponent. It didn't take long for Murdoch to lose his cool, hurling Petey out of the ring and slamming him face first into the steel steps. Referee Brady Boone immediately called for the bell. Williams and Murdoch continued to brawl out of the ring area before they could be separated. AJ STYLES pinned DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE-Styles and Page kept it clean in this battle of stablemates. This clearly gave the advantage to AJ, who dazzled the crowd with an array which included a devastating Pele kick and a springboard 450 splash before he executed the Styles Clash for the pinfall. Page was gracious in defeat, offering Styles an embrace as the partners left the ring together. Mark Madden: Oh, gimme a break! This is exactly why Dallas Page will never make it in this business! Page just got his head handed to him, and all he wants to do is play kissy-face with Styles. I don't believe- Fans, I have just gotten word that there is a commotion backstage! Let's get Lillian Garcia back there to check it out! Lillian Garcia: Mark, I am back in the locker room area and a fight has broken out! Big John Studd and Jake Roberts have jumped Sergeant Slaughter and Ronnie Garvin! All four men are fighting around the locker room, and no one can get this situation under control! Where's Rene Goulet when you need him? A camera finally captures the action as Slaughter and Studd are pounding away at each other. Woman is in the men's locker room, shrieking as Garvin slams a stall door into the face of Roberts. Heartland officials enter the fracas, trying in vain to separate the brawlers. Studd sends Slaughter crashing through a bank of lockers and the Sarge comes up bloodied, but unbowed. Sarge catches Studd by the back of the neck and slams him face first into the TV camera! The picture goes to black.Mark Madden: Holy mackerel! I don't think we are going to see a tag match tonight. I have just been told that we are going to head to an intermission now to sort this mess out. Fans, we'll be back after a short break with more exciting Heartland action! ***INTERMISSION***Lance Russell: Welcome back, fans, this is Lance Russell back at the announce position. Referee Danny Davis has thrown out the match betwwen Devastation and Slaughter and Garvin. These men will square off on Friday night in a Falls Count Anywhere Tornado Tag Match! This will be one not to be missed! I think we finally have order restored in the ring. Referee Heather Owens is ready to start our next matchup, a non-title match between Midwest Heavyweight Champion CHRISTOPHER DANIELS, and the MACHO MAN, RANDY SAVAGE!CHRISTOPHER DANIELS (w/ WOMAN) defeated RANDY SAVAGE (w/ MISS ELIZABETH) by submission-Daniels may be the hottest wrestler in the Heartland! The Fallen Angel took the battle to Savage from the start, reversing a knee drop and flooring Savage with a charging high knee. Savage was clearly stunned by the blow, and Daniels capitalized with a figure-four leglock. Elizabeth managed to interrupt Heather Owens and help her man reach the ropes, forcing referee Heather to call for the break. Daniels smartly pulled Savage to the center of the ring and locked in a devastating reverse STO! Macho was powerless to escape as Woman blocked Elizabeth from interfering. Refusing to tap, Savage was unable to respond as Heather checked the arm three times and called for the bell. Lillian Garcia: Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time for your MAIN EVENT of the evening! The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 60-minute time limit. This match is for the NWA Heartland Tag Team Championship. Your referee for this contest is Heartland Senior Official Joe Kopasz. Introducing first, the challengers, at a total combined weight of 484 pounds, and collectively known as the SOLDIERS OF THE COVENANT, here are SHAWN MICHAELS and STING!The Soldiers enter the ring to the cheers of the fans as the music of Creed, "My Sacrifice", blares over the Cincinnati Gardens sound system. And their opponents are the NWA Heartland Tag Team Champions! Your champions hail from Bay City, Michigan. At a total combined weight of 490 pounds, here are RICK and SCOTTY, THE STEINER BROTHERS!The Steiners make their way down the aisle to the tune of "Welcome to the Jungle" by Guns and Roses. Sting holds the ropes open for Rick and Scotty, sporting three belts between them. After the instructions and inspections by Joe Kopasz, Rick and Michaels move to the center of the ring and the match is on!MAIN EVENT: NWA HEARTLAND TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP THE STEINER BROTHERS defeated THE SOLDIERS OF THE COVENANT to retain the titles!-After a tightly contested match, the champions isolated Michaels in the ring and wore him down. Rick dominated Michaels, nailing him with a pair of Steiner Lines to set him up for the double-team Steiner Bulldog and a clean victory! Lance Russell: Wow! These Steiners are one formidable tag team. Even a powerful combination like Sting and Shawn Michaels were unable to derail the Steiner Express! It has been an exciting night here in Cincinnati, with some great matches and some intense feuds. NWA Heartland will be back in action on Friday night with an extra-special Pay-Per-View event, Havoc in the Heartland III ! Our main event will be another classic tag team battle as the World Tag Team Champions, Dean Malenko and Chris Benoit, defend the belts against the Steiner Brothers! NWA Heartland Havoc in the Heartland III Ervin J. Nutter Center, Dayton, Ohio December 15, 2006 Lance Russell: Good evening, fans, and welcome to Havoc in the Heartland III ! Tonight's pay-per-view broadcast is coming to you live from the campus of Wright State University! We are very exciting to bring you a tremendous main event tonight, as the World Tag Team Championship will be on the line! Our own STEINER BROTHERS are going for the gold tonight against the World Champions, DEAN MALENKO and CHRIS BENOIT! In addition, we have a very special undercard in store for the evening. Let's go to the ring for our first match, a feature bout pitting former NWA World Champion BUFF BAGWELL against the rising young star from the state of Kentucky, BJ WHITMER!BJ WHITMER pinned BUFF BAGWELL-Whitmer was at the top of his game tonight, dictating most of the action against the former champ. After a series of flying manuvers, Whitmer nailed Buff with an inverted DDT and captured the victory. Mark Madden: A big victory for BJ Whitmer in the most important match of his Heartland career! Coming up next, we have TWO intense grudge matches! First off, we will see a falls count anywhere, tag team showdown pitting DEVASTATION - BIG JOHN STUDD and JAKE "THE SNAKE" ROBERTS against the team of SERGEANT SLAUGHTER and RON GARVIN! These men had a wild brawl in the locker room in Cincinnati this week, and they have been desperate to get after each other again! This match will be brutal, I guarantee it! BIG JOHN STUDD & JAKE "THE SNAKE" ROBERTS (w/ WOMAN) defeated SGT. SLAUGHTER & RON GARVIN (falls count anywhere)-These two teams brawled all over the arena, tearing apart the conession stand and the souvenir stand as well. Roberts was incapacitated early in the match when Woman inadvertently hit him in the eyes with a handful of powder. Studd was the dominant force in the match, beating down Garvin with an old lady's umbrella, and then slamming Sarge into the wall of the concession stand and pinning him for the win. Mark Madden: Holy mackerel! This Big John Studd is one tough dude. He single-handedly took out both Garvin and Slaughter. That Woman really chooses her people well. I wonder if she needs a handsome spokesman for her business affairs... Lance Russell: Enough, Madden. We still have more business to take care of. RANDY SAVAGE is back for another Dog Collar match against BATISTA! These two tore up the Athens Convocation Center, but didn't settle anything. Round two should be something spectacular. BATISTA pinned RANDY "MACHO MAN" SAVAGE in a Dog Collar Match-Another wild brawl between the hated rivals! Savage and Batista battled to the point of near exhaustion. Batista escaped from several serious predicaments, particularly when Savage nearly choked him down with the chain. Batista recovered in time to catch the Macho Man and body slam him off the top rope. The big animal followed up with a Batista Bomb to finish Savage and pin him cleanly. Mark Madden: I am impressed, Lance. Can anyone stop Batista? Savage is all man, but no match for this big beast. I can't wait to see what is next on Batista's agenda. This has been a great night of action! It's time for a much-needed breather. Let's go to intermission. When we return, we'll see a Triple Threat Match for the #1 contender position to the Heartland Heavyweight Title. We have three outstanding contenders lined up: BRET "HITMAN" HART, NIGEL McGUINESS, and CHRISTOPHER DANIELS! So grab yourselves a Pepsi and some nachos and hurry back! ***INTERMISSION***TRIPLE THREAT MATCH: #1 CONTENDER TO HEARTLAND HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE NIGEL MCGUINESS defeated BRET HART and CHRISTOPHER DANIELS to earn a title match!-Action was everywhere for 26 minutes in this classic! McGuiness was in trouble early on after several double-teams and some serious punishment from Daniels. Hart then jumped Daniels and the two men brawled while McGuiness recovered. Amazingly, Daniels went to the outside, and Hart performed a spectacular plancha to stun the fallen angel! But McGuiness jumped Hart before he could follow up, and Daniels came from nowhere to nail Hart with the Best Moonsault Ever. Hart kicked out, but McGuiness nailed Daniels with a choke slam, then delivered a vicious DDT to Hart and scored the pinfall! Lance Russell: Wow! Did these three ever put on an amazing show! I don't know if even our main event will top that one. McGuiness was the last guy I would have picked to come out on top in that situation, but the man picked his spot and he delivered when the opportunity presented itself. Our congratulations to the winner of that excellent match! And now, the match we have been waiting for is next! Let's go to Lillian Garcia for our introductions for the Main Event! Introducing first, the challengers, hailing from Bay City, Michigan, at a total combined weight of 490 pounds, here are RICK and SCOTTY, THE STEINER BROTHERS!The Steiners make their way down the aisle to the tune of "Welcome to the Jungle" by Guns and Roses. The Nutter Center roars with applause for the hometown heroes as they enter the ring, focused and brimming with intensity. And their opponents are the NWA World Tag Team Champions! First, from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, weighing in at 220 pounds, he is THE CRIPPLER, CHRIS BENOIT! And his partner, from Tampa, Florida, weighing in at 212 pounds, DEAN MALENKO!The crowd buzzes as the tag champions stride confidently down the aisle. The champs and the Steiners stare each other down in the center of the ring in a confrontation which is determined, but respectful, with both teams realizing the stiff competition to come- and the high stakes of this contest. After the instructions and inspections by Joe Kopasz, Rick and Benoit move to the center of the ring and the match is on!MAIN EVENT: NWA WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPCHRIS BENOIT & DEAN MALENKO (Champions) vs. THE STEINER BROTHERS (Challengers)-The match began with Rick vs. Benoit, and the gremlin dominated this early encounter. Rick nailed Benoit with a might overhead release suplex and the Crippler was stunned. Benoit managed to kick out and tag in Malenko, but Rick nailed Dean with a Steiner Line and tagged in Scotty, who followed with a Frankensteiner and Malenko BARELY kicked out! -Malenko was able to tag in Benoit, who took the match to the mat and punished Scotty with the crossface. Scotty nearly tapped out, but Rick made the save. Rick then went on a rampage, delivering clotheslines to both of the champions! Benoit finally managed to slow the big man down by taking the action to the mat. Benoit controlled Rick with a series of technical moves, while Rick passed up a couple of opportunities to tag in Scotty, instead choosing to let his brother recuperate. Rick finally countered Benoit's attack by pitching him out of the ring, and referee Kopasz decided to let the action continue. -Rick dominated Benoit on the outside, smashing him into the ring steps and clobbering him with a flying clothesline! Scotty had recovered enough to help his brother execute a powerful double-team bulldog, and Malenko barely made the save to rescue the titles! Malenko then took up the fight with Rick, neutralizing the bigger opponent with a series of submission holds. Steiner finally broke free by escaping an attempted hammerlock slam, and the gremlin went on another rampage. Malenko smartly scooted out of the ring and Rick followed. Rick caught Malenko on the outside and rammed his head into the steel railing! At this point, referee Kopasz could no longer let things get out of control and was forced to disqualify the Steiners, returning the belts to the champions to the dismay of the Dayton crowd. Lillian Garcia: Ladies and gentlemen, your winners, by disqualification, in a time of 36 minutes and 43 seconds, and STILL the NWA World Tag Team Champions, the team of CHRIS BENOIT and DEAN MALENKO!Lance Russell: My, oh my, what a disappointing ending! The Steiners gave the champs all they wanted tonight, and those guys are lucky to get out of here with their belts. Rick Steiner has always been an unpredictable competitor, but on this night his recklessness cost his team dearly. We can only hope that the Steiners will get another opportunity to go after those world belts again in the future. Fans, it's been a great night here in Dayton! We thank you for joining us here at Havoc in the Heartland III. We hope you'll tune in on Monday night for our next television broadcast. The card has not yet been announced, but I am sure that we are in for a great night of action! For Lillian Garcia and Mark Madden, this is Lance Russell signing out and saying, God bless and we'll see you at the matches!

NWA Heartland - Card #17 Eastern Kentucky Exposition Center, Pikeville, Kentucky December 18, 2006 Lance Russell: Hello, fans, and welcome back to tonight's broadcast of HWA Heartland Wrestling! We are coming to you live tonight from Pikeville, Kentucky! We have some great matches on tap for tonight, to be capped off by a 13-man battle royal to select a #1 contender to the Midwest Heavyweight Championship! We will also take a look at the newest member of NWA Heartland as former National Heavyweight Champion NIKITA KOLOFF makes his debut! But first, let's go to the ring for our opening contest, pitting Kentucky native BJ WHITMER against the big Texan, BRADSHAW. BJ WHITMER pinned BRADSHAW (w/ MELINA)Whitmer continued his hot streak, taking advantage of an opportunity! Bradshaw whipped BJ into the ropes, but set too early for the back-body drop. BJ caught him and drilled him with a piledriver, followed by a falling leg drop off the turnbuckle for a clean pinfall victory! SAMOA JOE defeated SGT. SLAUGHTER by DQThe big Sarge was in no mood to be messed with in the wake of the loss at Havoc III. The Pikeville crowd was fired up for the return of Samoa Joe, and Slaughter reacted violently. Sarge went after Joe with his riding crop early in the match, and was immediately disqualified by referee Brady Boone. As Sarge continued to storm around the ring, both Joe and Boone scrambled for cover. Slaughter's tag partner RON GARVIN came to the ring to try to settle things, and the two allies had words. When Sarge refused to settle down, Garvin slapped him! When Sarge drew back his fist to retaliate, Garvin would not back down. The two friends continued to have words until Garvin shoved Slaughter out of the ring and paraded him back to the locker room.NIKITA KOLOFF battled PETEY WILLIAMS to a double-DQHeartland's newest superstar arrived to great fanfare, and took the fight to a game foe in the Canadian Williams. Petey surprised Koloff with a spinning DDT early in the match, leading to a Canadian Destroyer, but the powerful Koloff kicked out. Action quickly spilled out of the ring, where Nikita took control, punishing Petey and rolling him back into the ring. Koloff floored Williams with a Russian Hammer, then surprised the Pikeville crowd by climbing to the top rope. Unfortunately, he also surprised referee Heather Owens, who found herself in harm's way when Nikita delivered a flying clothesline. Heather tumbled out of the ring, but it appeared that Petey had pulled her into the path of the diving Koloff. Brady Boone quickly returned to the ring, stopping the match and declaring a double-disqualification, much to the dismay of the Pikeville crowd. The fans were livid, pelting Brady with beer and popcorn as he assisted Heather back to the dressing room. Mark Madden: Holy mackerel! Let the men be men and settle this thing inside the squared circle! As I live and breathe, there is no reason on earth for a woman to be refereeing a match at this level! I am disgusted. Let's go to an intermission while they get the ring cleaned up. And get the broad out of here! ***INTERMISSION***Lance Russell: Fans, we're back. I am pleased to report that Heather Owens is doing just fine. And as usual, I am obligated to apologize for the comments of my broadcast partner, and assure you that his views do NOT represent those of NWA Heartland, or our generous sponsors. Now let's get back to business. We have a crucial tag team match coming up next, with a Heartland Tag Championship title match on the line! The team of DEVASTATION has the opportunity to earn another shot at the gold as they square off against HEART AND SOUL.DEVASTATION (w/ WOMAN) defeated HEART AND SOULIn a marathon match, both teams appeared at times to be at the point of defeat. Studd was nearly pinned after Benjamin nailed him with a 450 Splash, but Jake the Snake made the save. Snake hurled Benjamin out of the ring and slammed him headfirst into the steel railing. Punk was unable to save Benjamin as Snake finished him with a DDT. Mark Madden: Well done! Well done! Woman has her boys back in the title picture again! It's a beautiful thing when you get to see perfection in action. I just hope the Pikeville fans appreciate the opportunity to be graced with the presence of the one true Goddess of Wrestling. Lance Russell: Goodness gracious, Madden! Have you lost all objectivity? CM Punk and Shelton Benjamin are stiff competition indeed, and the team of Devastation is to be congratulated for their victory tonight. But, lest you forget, these guys are winless against the Steiner Brothers, and I don't see that changing any time soon. Let's go back to the ring as referee Danny Davis has a big job tonight. The winner of this next contest will move on to a #1 contenders' match for the Heartland Heavyweight Title. The big animal BATISTA is on the brink of achieving his dream, but he has a tall order tonight in the person of RON GARVIN. BATISTA (w/ MELINA) pinned RON GARVINMelina made the difference in this match! Batista was down and in trouble after a Garvin Stomp, but the vicious vixen nailed Garvin with a low blow! Garvin was incapacitated, and helpless to overcome the Batista Bomb which led to his demise. Lillian Garcia: Ladies and gentlemen, the time has come for your main event of the evening! The following contest is a 13-man, over-the-top battle royal. The winner of this match will receive a title shot against Midwest Heavyweight Champion CHRISTOPHER DANIELS. Let's have at it, and may the best man win! Congratulations to Shelton, and best of luck to him in his title match against Christopher Daniels. Fans, it has been a great night here in Pikeville! DEVASTATION picks up a Tag Team Title match, then Shelton Benjamin turns the tables and earns the Midwest Heavyweight title shot by superkicking Jake Roberts! And once again, we saw the big animal Batista record an impressive victory and come another step closer to his goal of a title match against Heartland Heavyweight Champion SCOTTY STEINER. NWA Heartland Card #18 Genesis Center, Gary IN December 22, 2006 Lance Russell: Good evening, fans here in the Heartland! This is Lance Russell coming to you live from Gary, Indiana, with an exciting evening of wrestling action! We are privileged to be hosting the NWA National Heavyweight Champion, Bad News Allen Coage, for a title defense against our own Christopher Daniels! The other half of our double main event will feature a crucial singles match between BRET "HITMAN" HART and BIG JOHN STUDD! We have an outstanding undercard as well, starting off with a contest between two of the most powerful men in the Heartland- RON SIMMONS and RICK STEINER!RICK STEINER pinned RON SIMMONSSimmons and Steiner went at it back and forth in a tightly competitive bout. Simmons crushed Steiner with a massive dominator and nearly got the win, but the gremlin got his foot on the bottom rope and Danny Davis stopped the count! Adrenalin surging, Steiner rallied and caught Simmons coming off the top rope with a massive body slam. Steiner followed with a release German suplex and pinned the stunned Simmons. BRYAN DANIELSON & NIGEL MCGUINESS defeated BIG JOHN STUDD & JAKE THE SNAKE ROBERTS (w/ WOMAN)A major upset! McGuiness looked to be in big trouble after Snake nailed him with a DDT. Danielson made the save and the match continued. Shortly after, McGuiness surprisingly got the best of Snake outside the ring and slammed him onto the steel steps. Nigel quickly followed up with an English ankle pick, and Snake was finished quicker than Studd or Woman could respond! Mark Madden: NO! NO! NOOOO!!!! RANDY "MACHO MAN" SAVAGE (w/ MISS ELIZABETH) pinned DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE (w/ KIMBERLY)Macho Man scored a quick victory over DDP, reversing a whip to the turnbuckle and sending Page crashing into the ring post and rolling him up for a quick pin! Lance Russell: What an exciting start we have had to tonight's card! That last match was certainly a stunner. We need to get Dallas calmed down, because before we go to break, we are bringing you a special edition of his feature, THE FRONT PAGE. I believe he has made his way back to the backstage set and we're ready to roll! Over to you, DDP! Dallas Page: Thank you Lance Russell, you are as charming as you are handsome. And Savage, good job in the match, but I will get the best of you next time! Now on to the business of the day. My guest tonight has been at the center of controversy. We're talking about the so-called "Man with the Hands of Stone", Ron Garvin. Come on out, Ron! Garvin makes his way to the set of the talk show, scowling.Ron Garvin: Thanks for the invite, DDP. I am here tonight to try and talk some sense into my knucklehead tag partner, Sergeant Slaughter. I love the big Sarge like a brother, but the man needs to get his head straight. Ever since we lost at Havoc III, Sarge has not been himself. He needs to shake it off and get his priorities straight so we can get back to winning some matches. The Marine Corps Hymn begins to play and Slaughter emerges from the dressing room in his camouflage fatigues and carrying his riding crop.Sgt. Slaughter: Listen up, Garvin, you maggot! I am not the problem with our tag team. What this team needs is more intensity! More discipline! More commitment to winning! You need to get over yourself and get in line with the bigger picture. Garvin: Oh, come on Slaughter! You think smacking people with your whip is the secret to success? Gimme a break. Quit your whining and pouting and let's get back to the gym and get back to training. We're a team! Slaughter: A team? Listen, pal, you need to respect authority and understand your mission. You're supposed to be watching my back, not sticking your nose in my business. Samoa Joe had a lesson coming to him, and I was prepared to teach it to him before you showed up. Page: Oh, come on Slaughter! What you tried to do to Samoa Joe was just wrong! If Garvin hadn't come out, you would have probably been suspended- IF Joe didn't kick your tail first! And besides, where were you on Monday night when your partner got attacked by Melina? Slaughter: Shut up, Maggot! This doesn't concern you! Garvin, if you are going to be on MY team, you are going to shape up and fly right. Understood? Garvin: YOUR team? Listen, big man, your head has gotten too big for your own good. Let's get out of here and go for a cup of coffee while we work this out. Slaughter: Coffee? We don't need no stinkin' coffee! Everything will be just fine if you will just shut up and do as your commanding officer has ordered. Garvin: Sarge, you must be delusional. I don't take ORDERS from you! Slaughter: Why, I outta slap some sense into you, you insolent little maggot! I challenge you to a fight- right here, right now. Put up or shut up! Garvin: You're on, you maniac. We are done as a tag team. If you beat me, I will leave the Heartland for good. But if I win, you can pack your bags and be gone! Slaughter: You got it, pipsqueak! Page: WHOA! Fans, you saw it here first! We're gonna see a battle of tag team partners! SERGEANT SLAUGHTER VERSUS RON GARVIN IN A LOSER LEAVES TOWN MATCH!Slaughter smacks Garvin across the face with his riding crop. Garvin falls to the ground, but angrily charges to the ring and waves his arms to Slaughter to come in the ring and fight. Danny Davis hustles down to the ring and the match is on!LOSER LEAVES TOWN: RON GARVIN pinned SERGEANT SLAUGHTERThe former partners tore into each other with a fury, with Garvin stomping away and Sarge retaliating with his riding crop. Garvin controlled much of the action, leading a desperate Slaughter to climb to the top turnbuckle, where Garvin caught him and slammed him to the canvas! Garvin timed his foe perfectly, waiting for him to rise and clobbering him with a KO punch. Garvin covered him for the pin, and bade farewell to his former partner. Mark Madden: I don't believe what I just saw! Former tag team partners fighting for their careers! You gotta hand it to Garvin. The man stood his ground and took the Sarge's best shot, but got the victory. This man just made a name for himself in my book. Slaughter is a tough hombre, but I am afraid we have seen the last of his act around this federation. And now, ladies and gentlemen, I think we need a break to catch our breath. We still have two very important matches tonight! When we come back, we'll see a critical match pitting BRET HART against BIG JOHN STUDD. The winner of this match will face BATISTA with a Heartland Heavyweight Championship title match on the line! ***INTERMISSION***BRET "HITMAN" HART defeated BIG JOHN STUDD (w/ WOMAN) by submissionHart wrestled brilliantly against the bigger Studd, attacking his legs and twice wearing him down with the ringpost figure-4. Woman tried to interfere, nailing Hart with a vicious low blow, incapacitating him! Hart alertly managed to sidestep the charging Studd, who crashed to the turnbuckle and was easy prey for a sharpshooter. Mark Madden: NO! NO!! NO!!!! Lance Russell: Oh my goodness! I don't believe it! Mark Madden has been rendered speechless! Never thought I would see the day. Congratulations to Bret "The Hitman" Hart for an important win. Christmas night, in Louisville, it will be Bret Hart against Batista for a shot at the Heartland Heavyweight Title! And now, it is time to send it to Lillian Garcia for the ring introductions for tonight's exciting main event. Lillian Garcia: Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time for your MAIN EVENT of the evening! The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 60-minute time limit. This match is for the NWA National Heavyweight Championship. Your referee for this contest is Heartland Senior Official Joe Kopasz. Introducing first, the challenger, from the City of Angels, weighing in at 220 pounds, the FALLEN ANGEL, CHRISTOPHER DANIELS! And his opponent, weighing in at 280 pounds, and hailing from Harlem, New York, he is a former Olympic bronze medalist and your current NWA National Heavyweight Champion, he is "BAD NEWS" ALLEN COAGE!MAIN EVENT: NWA NATIONAL HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP"BAD NEWS" ALLEN COAGE successfully defended over CHRISTOPHER DANIELSThe champ was at his brawling best, getting on top of Daniels and wailing away with punches and shoulder thrusts. Daniels was clearly overmatched and unprepared for the bigger and stronger foe. Bad News sensed his opportunity, hurling Daniels out of the ring and slamming his head to the steel steps. Daniels was primed for the kill as Bad News drilled him with a Ghetto Blaster and pinned him cleanly for a dominant title defense. Lance Russell: Oh my goodness! This is one tough son of a gun National Champion! I have never seen Daniels get manhandled like that before. Let's see if we can get an interview with the champ to congratulate him on a most impressive victory. Champ, can we get a word with you? Bad News strides to the announce desk and takes the microphone.Bad News Brown: Listen up Lance Russell! I didn't ask to come to this little podunk Gary Indiana to wrestle some spineless cockroach punk! And I don't work by the hour. So all you beer-bellied sharecroppers can get in your rusted out pickup trucks and go back home now. This show is OVER! Bad News throws down the microphone and marches out of the arena.Lance Russell: Well! Of all the arrogant individuals in this business, that takes the cake. I guess that's all for tonight's show, ladies and gentlemen, thank you for joining us! I hope you'll tune in again for an extra-special show on Christmas night from Freedom Hall in Louisville Kentucky. It will be a very important card, as SCOTTY STEINER will defend his NWA Heartland Heavyweight Championship against NIGEL MCGUINESS. And if that isn't enough, we'll also be treated to a number one contender's match pitting BRET HART against BATISTA! Until then, for Mark Madden and Lillian Garcia, this is Lance Russell signing off and saying, God bless and we'll see you at the matches!

NWA Heartland Card #19 Freedom Hall, Louisville, Kentucky December 25, 2006 Lance Russell: Good evening, fans, and Merry Christmas from the Heartland! We are coming to you live from Freedom Hall in Louisville Kentucky with a very special night of action as the Heartland Heavyweight Championship will be on the line! NIGEL MCGUINESS will be challenging for the gold against current champion SCOTTY STEINER in what should be a match for the ages. We'll also see a #1 contender's match for that same belt, pitting the animal BATISTA against the technician BRET "HITMAN" HART. But for now let's head to the ring for an exciting opening bout which will pit the dynamic SHELTON BENJAMIN against the legendary STING!STING defeated SHELTON BENJAMIN by submissionThe acrobatic Benjamin controlled much of the action with his quickness and high-flying aerial tactics, and appeared to have a distinct advantage when Sting went for broke and missed a Stinger Splash. But the veteran Sting caught Benjamin going to the top turnbuckle and slammed him to the mat, following with a Scorpion Deathlock to force Benjamin to tap out. Mark Madden: Lance! There's a brawl going on backstage! Let's get a camera out there quick! As Sting rushes backstage, his partner SHAWN MICHAELS is seen in a slugfest with PETEY WILLIAMS. The two rivals battle back and forth until Michaels is jumped by tonight's scheduled opponent, RICK RUDE. Rude grabs a metal rod backstage and slams it into Michaels' right knee, sending him sprawling. Rude and Williams put the boots to Michaels until NIKITA KOLOFF comes to his aid and chases the attackers away with his steel chain as Sting arrives. Michaels remains down on the floor as Sting and Nikita assist him.Mark Madden: Holy mackerel! Michaels is down! What a shot he just took to that right knee. I have just been informed that the scheduled match between Rude and Michaels has been cancelled. We'll send Lillian Garcia for an update on Shawn as soon as the trainers can take a look at him. Lance Russell: I am disgusted, Mark. How can Petey Williams cause something like this to happen on Christmas day? Our thoughts and prayers go out to Michaels and I hope the news is good from the training room. Meanwhile, let's go back to the ring for some exciting tag team action. SAMOA JOE and TAZZ defeated AJ STYLES and CHRIS SABINAfter a long and competitive match, Tazz and Joe executed a fabulous double neckbreaker on Styles, giving Joe the opportunity to deliver the muscle buster on AJ for the pinfall. Lance Russell: Wow! What a competitive match! It's a shame that either team had to come out on the losing end of that one. Fine teamwork by both teams, and congratulations to your winners, the MASTERS OF SUBMISSION. I think we have an update from the training room- let's go to Lillian Garcia for the latest on the condition of Shawn Michaels. Lillian Garcia: Thank you, Lance. Word from the trainers is not very good. Michaels' knee is extremely swollen and he is being taken to the University of Louisville Medical Center for an MRI scan to determine the extent of his injuries. Sting storms to the camera and grabs the mike from Lillian.Sting: Rick Rude! Petey Williams! You two will NOT get away with this! You punks are gonna pay! Petey and Rude enter and get into the face of Sting. Rude: Oh yeah? Your partner is on his way to the hospital, you pathetic loser! Nikita Koloff enters and stands beside Sting.Koloff: Sting, you need a partner? I'm your man! We challenge you to a tag team match- RIGHT NOW! Koloff launches himself at Rude with fists flying! Soon all four men are brawling and moving toward the ring. Danny Davis rushes to the ring and calls for the bell!NIKITA KOLOFF and STING defeated RICK RUDE and PETEY WILLIAMSAfter a lengthy and vicious battle, Sting pinned Rude after a magnificent Stinger Splash! Mark Madden: What an intense showdown! Passions are running incredibly high on Christmas night! So much for Peace on Earth. Petey Williams wrestled the match of his life. Clearly, he is up to the task of getting involved with the likes of Sting and Koloff. They lost the battle tonight, but this war will wage on, even without Michaels and Bret Hart in the center of it! In case you were wondering, Hart has been conspicuous by his absence tonight, because he is preparing for his #1 contenders' match against Batista. I think Petey would do anything to impress his Canadian idol, the Hitman, and I believe that putting Michaels on the shelf will go a long way toward winning the admiration of Hart. It's time for a breather now, folks. Let's go to intermission! ***INTERMISSION***JAKE "THE SNAKE" ROBERTS (w/ WOMAN) pinned BUFF BAGWELLSnake controlled most of the action in this contest, both inside and outside of the ring. Bagwell got sloppy, charging into the turnbuckle, allowing Roberts to sidestep and send Buff crashing headlong into the buckle. Roberts rolled up Bagwell for the victory. BRET HART pinned BATISTA (w/ MELINA)Hart and Batista put on an epic performance, with the big animal throwing Hart around the ring, and the Hitman bouncing back with a dazzling array of suplexes and backbreakers. With the stakes so high, and the watchful eye of Brady Boone in charge, both men focused on keeping the match in the ring and avoiding the DQ. This worked to the Hitman's advantage as we was able to avoid much of Batista's brutality. The finish came when Hart reversed a Figure-4, kicking Batista into the turnbuckle and stunning him. Hart flew from the second turnbuckle with a massive elbow drop to score a surprising pinfall! Lance Russell: Beautiful! Hitman showed us exactly how he earned the title "Excellence of Execution". He certainly earned his spot in the title match as well. With all due respect to Batista, brainless brutality will only get you so far in this business. And now, fans, we get to see that very title belt on the line! Lillian Garcia: Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time for your MAIN EVENT of the evening! The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 60-minute time limit. This match is for the NWA Heartland Heavyweight Championship. Your referee for this contest is Heartland Senior Official Joe Kopasz. Introducing first, the challenger, from London, England, weighing in at 220 pounds, NIGEL MCGUINESS!McGuiness walks down the ramp and high-fives the fans as the tune "I Fought The Law" by The Clash plays. And his opponent, weighing in at 240 pounds, and hailing from Bay City, Michigan, he is your current Heartland Heavyweight Champion, SCOTTY STEINER!Steiner sprints to the ring, his long black hair flowing, to the tune of "The Jungle" by Guns N' Roses. He removes his University of Michigan letter jacket as he acknowledges the crowd and shakes the hand of the British challenger. Joe Kopasz checks both men for foreign objects and calls for the bell!MAIN EVENT: NWA HEARTLAND HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIPSCOTTY STEINER pinned NIGEL MCGUINESS to retain the titleSteiner decimated McGuiness, taking control from the outset with a thunderous belly-to-back superplex. Scotty smartly focused his attention on the lower back of the lanky challenger with repeated suplexes and powerbombs, setting up a perfect Frankensteiner for a decisive victory. Lance Russell: Very impressive! Scotty is at the top of his game, no question about it. He put aside a very capable challenger with relative ease. It's plain to see why he is the dominant competitor in this federation. But Bret Hart will certainly have something to say about that! Thank you for joining us here in Louisville for this very special Christmas night. We hope you'll come back on Thursday December 28 for our next special attraction from the Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. We will have TWO exciting title matches as the STEINER BROTHERS defend the tag titles against DEVASTATION, and CHRISTOPHER DANIELS puts the Midwest belt on the line against SHELTON BENJAMIN! Until then, fans, for Lillian Garcia and Mark Madden, this is Lance Russell signing off and saying, Merry Christmas, God bless, and we'll see you at the matches!

NWA Heartland Card #20 Conseco Fieldhouse, Indianapolis, IN December 28, 2006 Lance Russell: Good evening, fans of the Heartland! This is Lance Russell coming to you live from Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis! We have a terrific card tonight, featuring TWO title matches. The STEINER BROTHERS are defending the tag team championship against DEVASTATION, and CHRISTOPHER DANIELS is putting the Midwest Heavyweight Championship against SHELTON BENJAMIN.Mark Madden: Correct-a-mundo, Lance. Tonight is a big night in the Heartland. Let's head to the ring for the first match, pitting AJ STYLES against NIGEL MCGUINESS.AJ STYLES (w/ KIMBERLY) pinned NIGEL MCGUINESSWhat an opening bout! The two cruiserweights tore up the Conseco Fieldhouse. The match was an aerial spectacular, with the advantage trading back and forth. McGuiness hit an awesome DDT for a near fall, but AJ kicked out. Nigel went to the top rope, but AJ avoided the flying bodypress and the Brit smashed into the canvas. AJ rolled him up for the pinfall to conclude a thrilling contest! STING & NIKITA KOLOFF defeated CM PUNK & SHELTON BENJAMINIn a hard-fought match, the Soldiers of the Covenant edged the team of Heart and Soul. Punk had Sting in big trouble, torturing him with the Anaconda Vice as Benjamin held Koloff at bay. Finally, Sting managed to power his way out of the hold and tag in Koloff, who overpowered Punk with a choke on the ropes and pinned him before Benjamin could react! CHRIS SABIN (w/ KIMBERLY) pinned TAZZTazz took the fight to Sabin early, dominating the action with his power and scientific expertise. But it was Kimberly who turned the tide in Sabin's favor, distracting Tazz and allowing Sabin to surprise him with a spinning neckbreaker. Sabin took to the air, smashing Tazz with several flying manuvers and finishing him with a devastating enzuigiri! Mark Madden: Holy guacamole! That kid can move! Tazz never knew what hit him. This Sabin character can really go. Speaking of kids who can go, we are going to see the Irish Airborne in our next bout, after a brief intermission. Be sure to visit our Heartland souvenir stand while we are away, as Indiana natives John Cougar Mellencamp and Don Mattingly are on hand to sign some autographs. ***INTERMISSION***THE ACOLYTE PROTECTION AGENCY (w/ MELINA) defeated THE IRISH AIRBORNEIn a marathon match, it was finally the power of Bradshaw which proved to be the deciding factor as he nailed Dave Crist with the Clothesline from Hell. Following the match, as the Irish Airborne were collecting themselves, they were attacked in the ring by the animal BATISTA! Batista and his APA stablemates began putting the boots to the popular young duo until a figure dashed into the ring! SAMOA JOE came to the rescue of the Crist brothers and a six-way brawl ensued. The Airborne brothers seized the opportunity and nailed Batista with a double drop kick, sending him flying over the top rope! The big animal landed awkwardly and appeared to injure his left ankle. Joe and the Airborne proceeded to clear the ring as the Indianapolis crowd roared with excitement. With Melina shrieking, the infuriated APA helped Batista back to the locker room area as the newfound allies congratulated one another in the ring.Lance Russell: Oh, my goodness! Samoa Joe has been waiting to take his revenge on Batista- and now he has evened the score! And who better than the exciting young Irish Airborne to help Joe get the job done. I, for one, am glad to see that Batista get what he has had coming to him after all the men he has put out of commission here. Mark Madden: I wouldn't be so sure about that, Lance. We haven't seen the last of Batista, mark my words! He'll be back for another piece of Samoa Joe, and you can bet that the Crist Brothers had better be watching their backs too. Lance Russell: Unfortunately, Mark, I think you're right. We haven't seen the last of the brutality around here. But now, we have the opportunity for our hot double main event! Let's get it started with our Heartland Tag Team Championship showdown as the STEINER BROTHERS take on the team of BIG JOHN STUDD and JAKE THE SNAKE ROBERTS, collectively known as DEVASTATION.THE STEINER BROTHERS defeated DEVASTATION (w/ WOMAN)Studd and Roberts gave the Steiners all they could handle, but the tag team expertise of the Steiners was too much in the end. Scotty saved Rick after a DDT by the Snake, then nailed Roberts with a Frankensteiner to capture the win and retain the titles. Lillian Garcia: Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time for your MAIN EVENT of the evening! The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 60-minute time limit. This match is for the Midwest Heavyweight Championship. Your referee for this contest is Heartland Senior Official Joe Kopasz. Introducing first, the challenger, from Orangeburg, South Carolina, weighing in at 248 pounds, SHELTON BENJAMIN! And his opponent, weighing in at 232 pounds, acoompanied to the ring by WOMAN, from the City of Angels, he is your current Midwest Heavyweight Champion, CHRISTOPHER DANIELS!MAIN EVENT: HEARTLAND MIDWEST HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIPCHRISTOPHER DANIELS pinned SHELTON BENJAMINAnother fantastic contest! Daniels and Benjamin took to the air early and often, including a beautifully executed corkscrew pescado by Daniels onto a prone Benjamin. Daniels carried the momentum to victory, finishing Benjamin with the Angel's Wings to keep the strap. Lance Russell: What an outstanding match! Daniels and Benjamin gave everything that had. It’s competition like this that makes the sport of wrestling great. Congratulations to both competitors for an outstanding performance. Christopher Daniels remains your Midwest Heavyweight Champion. Fans, thank you for joining us this evening for this terrific night of action. We hope you will join us on Monday night for our next televised event. Details of the card have not yet been announced. For Lillian Garcia and Mark Madden, this is Lance Russell signing off and saying, God bless and we’ll see you at the matches!

NWA Heartland Card #21 Oman Arena, Jackson, Tennessee January 1, 2007 Lance Russell: Good evening, fans of the Heartland, and welcome to another exciting night of wrestling action! Our main event tonight will feature our own SCOTTY STEINER taking a shot at the NWA World Heavyweight Championship against the #1 wrestler in the world, DICK THE BRUISER. It should be a great night in the Volunteer State! Mark Madden: A great night in the Volunteer State? I never knew there was such a thing. But we do have some outstanding events to look forward to, including two very interesting tag team matches. Tonight's winners will square off on Friday night, with a Heartland Tag Team title match on the line! Lance Russell: Exactly, Lance, we are in for a couple of great tag matches. Our first contest will feature a newcomer to the Heartland, and a unique individual indeed. They call this man DELIRIOUS, and he is here to square off against RICK RUDE.DELIRIOUS pinned RICK RUDE (w/ KIMBERLY)The bizzare newcomer had Rude perplexed and on the retreat for the majority of the match. When Rude went for cover outside of the ring, Delirious nailed him with a plancha off the turnbuckle, setting him up for the Chemical Imbalance and the victory! Mark Madden: Holy mackerel! This guy is something else! Lance, let’s see if we can get Lillian Garcia to get with him backstage for an interview! SAMOA JOE pinned RICK STEINERThe two powerhouses battled in a classic display of suplexes and clotheslines until Joe hit a flying elbow smash off the ropes to put Rick into a daze. Joe followed with the Coquina Clutch but Steiner would not tap. Undaunted, Joe manuvered Steiner into position for the Muscle Buster which ended it. Lance Russell: Outstanding match from both competitors. Joe did a fine job putting aside a tough opponent. Now we’re going to head backstage for a conversation with the newcomer, Delirious. Over to you, Lillian! Lillian Garcia: Thank you, Lance. I am backstage with the newest member of the Heartland roster. Mr. Delirious, welcome to the Heartland! Congratulations on your victory over Rick Rude tonight! Lillian extends the microphone to Delirious, who stares into space, entranced.Lillian Garcia: Ummm… Mr. Delirious? Perhaps you can tell us a little about your wrerstling background. Have you had success in other organizations? Lillian extends the microphone to Delirious, who remains motionless.Lillian Garcia: Oooookay….. Mr. Delirious, one final question. What are your plans for your future here in the Heartland? Lillian extends the microphone to Delirious, who suddenly snaps out of his trance and speaks.Delirious: BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH! WAH WAH WAH WAH WAH! AH BAH BAH BAH WAH BAH WAH BAH BAH! AH BAH BAH BAH SABIN! BLAH BLAH AJ BLAH BLAH STYLES HA HA WAH BAH BAH!Lillian is startled and drops the microphone, backing nervously away from the interview area. Delirious continues to babble loudly and begins to run furiously around the backstage area as the camera returns to the announcers at ringside.Mark Madden: What in the sam hill was that? THE ACOLYTE PROTECTION AGENCY defeated THE SOLDIERS OF THE COVENANT (STING & NIKITA KOLOFF)Bradshaw was the deciding factor in this match as he overpowered Sting. Simmons joined him in delivering a combination spinebuster / clothesline from hell to finish a decisive win and propel the APA into a #1 contenders' match for a shot at the Steiners! Lance Russell: And there we have it, fans, our first entry into the tag team title contenders' match will be the APA, led by the former Midwest Heavyweight Champion BRADSHAW. We'll be back after intermission to see the other tag team match, and of course our Main Event- the World Heavyweight Championship! ***INTERMISSION***DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE (w/ KIMBERLY) pinned PETEY WILLIAMSThe veteran Page outfoxed the young challenger, using a distraction by Kimberly to turn the tables in his advantage. DDP rode the momentum into a Diamond Cutter for a clean pinfall victory. THE MASTERS OF SUBMISSION defeated NIGEL MCGUINESS & BRYAN DANIELSONSamoa Joe and Tazz battled the ROH stars for nearly 20 minutes! The Masters gradually took control, first wearing down McGuiness before taking over on Danielson. Samoa Joe put the finishing touches on a tremendous performance by forcing Danielson to tap out to the Coquina Clutch. Mark Madden: Now that’s what I’m talking about! Samoa Joe has got everything working in his favor tonight! He is on his way to the top in both the singles and tag team divisions. But will he make it to a title match? Will SCOTTY STEINER still be on top of the Heartland? Or will Scotty move up and grab the brass ring tonight? Let’s head back to the ring where Lillian Garcia is ready for the introductions for tonight’s main event! Lillian Garcia: Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time for your MAIN EVENT of the evening! The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 60-minute time limit. This match is for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. Your referee for this contest is Heartland Senior Official Joe Kopasz. Introducing first, the challenger, from the Bay City, Michigan, weighing in at 240 pounds, he is your current Heartland Heavyweight Champion, SCOTTY STEINER! And his opponent, weighing in at 260 pounds, and hailing from Reno, Nevada, he is the reigning NWA World Heavyweight Champion, he is DICK THE BRUISER!MAIN EVENT: NWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIPDICK THE BRUISER pinned SCOTTY STEINER to retain the Heavyweight TitleThe champ escalated to new levels of brutality in a fashion which Scotty was clearly not prepared to face. The Bruiser hurled Scotty out of the ring and blasted him head first onto the ring apron, busting him open. Dick then levelled him with a vicious chairshot and scored a pinfall victory as Joe Kopasz chose to allow the action to continue. Lance Russell: Oh my goodness. What a shame. Scotty worked long and hard to make it to the brink of the World Title, but on this night he was no match for the big Bruiser. And to illustrate the grueling nature of this business, Scotty will be back on the mats this Friday night, January 5, defending his Heartland Heavyweight Title against his stiffest competition to date, BRET “THE HITMAN” HART! Join us in Memphis at the Mid-South Coliseum for a crucial card! In addition to the Title match, we’ll see the big showdown between the APA and the MASTERS OF SUBMISSION for the #1 contender position to the tag titles. And I have just learned that we will see a Triple Threat match to determine the next challenger to the X-Division Championship: JAKE CRIST vs. AJ STYLES vs. DELIRIOUS Fans, you will not want to miss this big event! Thank you for joining us from Jackson, Tennessee this evening for an entertaining show of Heartland action. For Mark Madden and Lillian Garcia, this is Lance Russell signing off and saying, God Bless and we’ll see you at the matches!

NWA Heartland Card #22 Mid-South Coliseum, Memphis, TN January 5, 2007 Lance Russell: Good evening, fans, and welcome to the Mid-South Coliseum in Memphis, Tennessee! This arena has played host to some of the greatest matches ever in the history of the Heartland, and tonight’s main event promises to become part of that legacy as SCOTTY STEINER puts his NWA Heartland Heavyweight Championship on the line against BRET “THE HITMAN” HART! I can’t wait to see that showdown, but we have a great set of matches in store for the evening. Let’s get this show on the road! RON SIMMONS defeated RONNIE GARVIN by disqualificationGarvin is on his own now, without his former partner SGT. SLAUGHTER. He came out with a vengeance against the powerful Simmons, taking the fight to him and gaining control. Garvin surprised Simmons by going to the top rope and nailing a flying forearm, but Simmons kicked out. After a second flying forearm, Simmons became entangled in the ropes, but Garvin continued to press the attack, pounding away at his helpless foe. Referee Danny Davis tried to free Simmons from the ropes, but Garvin shoved Davis and Danny was forced to call for the bell. After the disqualification, Garvin continued to pound away on Simmons, who was eventually rescued by his partner BRADSHAW. Cooler heads would finally prevail, and Garvin left the ring area without further incident.NIGEL MCGUINESS pinned TAZThe Brit ran circles around his foe with his unorthodox scientific style. After a stunning Guvnor’s Crumpet, Nigel mailed Taz with a hammerlock suplex for the clean victory. Mark Madden: Come on, Taz! You should be better than that! I can’t believe a tough competitor like Taz could lose a match to a scrawny foreigner. Unbelievable. On a brighter note, I am happy to present this month’s installment of The Front Page, featuring your host, the man about town, who knows all and tells all, DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE!Diamond Dallas Page strides to the interview station with Kimberly at his side, applauding his entrance.Diamond Dallas Page: Thank you, Mark Madden, and welcome fans to another edition of The Front Page. My name is Diamond Dallas Page, and I am the straw who stirs the drink the the Heartland! My guest this week is one of the newer faces around the Heartland, and to be honest a man who has failed to impress anyone since making his debut. This man is a former NWA World Heavyweight Champion, but he has only won one match since he came here! I'm talking about the man who calls himself "The Stuff", Mr. BUFF BAGWELL.The crowd offers little reaction as the tune "Big Time" by Peter Gabriel plays on the arena sound system. Buff Bagwell, wearing his customary top hat, struts out to the interview stand. Bagwell struts around, giving a wink to Kimberly and flexing, while Kimberly appears unimpressed.Page: Welcome, Mr. Bagwell, to The Front Page. It's an honor and a privilege- for you- to be here. Bagwell: Well, thank you very little, Mr. Page. I know the Buffster has gotten off to a slow start here in the Heartland, but my star is rising and I expect to be at the top of the heap in this promotion before you know it! Page: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Whatever. Bagwell begins to take offense at the attitude of Page, but before he can respond, the arena speakers play the tune, "Pomp and Circumstance", and Miss Elizabeth makes her way to the interview station. Kimberly and Elizabeth exchange glances, while Bagwell's eyes light up. Page appears perplexed.Page: Well, well. Now look who’s here. The most inept manager in the Heartland. Lizzie baby, how many of your guys are still in the hospital? Oh, that’s right, you abandoned all your guys except Savage, and he only stays with you for the fringe benefits. Miss Elizabeth looks upset and hurt as Page and Kimberly laugh together. Bagwell scowls and rips the microphone away from Page.Bagwell: Shut up, Page, you are nothing but a blowhard and I am an NWA World Champion. Miss Elizabeth is one classy lady and she deserves better than to be treated this way by a couple of trailer-trash nobodies! Bagwell moves to console Miss Elizabeth with what appears to be a polite embrace. The camera angle shifts and the twinkle in his eyes is evident as he offers Elizabeth his shoulder. Page grabs the microphone.Page: Well, MARCUS, aren’t you the picture of a gentleman? You two certainly make a cute couple. Elizabeth, why ARE you out here? Does the Macho Man know that you are here in the arms of another man? That is, using the term MAN pretty loosely, I recognize. Again the loudspeakers play “Pomp and Circumstance”. This time, it is RANDY SAVAGE who enters the interview area, scowling at the scene as Elizabeth holds the arm of Bagwell and fights back tears, while Page and Kimberly scoff.Savage: Elizabeth! What do I see before my eyes… I am not digging this, not one iota. I have a mind to punch this pretty boy’s lights out, then turn you over me knee and remind you about respect for the Macho Man. Oh, yeah… DIG IT? Elizabeth: No, Randy… please… it’s not like that. I just thought… with that maniac Batista running loose… you need somebody to watch your back… and Marcus is a World Champion… Savage: Marcus? Marcus! Are we on a first name basis now? Oh, no… this ain’t right! Elizabeth: Randy… please… just listen to me…. Marcus, will you team with Randy and be part of the Macho family? Bagwell: Miss Elizabeth… Mr. Savage… I would be honored to stand with you and take on Batista and whoever else crosses our path. There’s only one man on the planet who is more Macho than the Buffster, and I am looking him square in the eye. What do you say, Randy- you and me? Macho Man and The Stuff? Let’s shake on it here and now! Savage: Now that’s more like it! Bagwell, you are a better judge of character than I thought. I can dig that, most definitely! Savage offers Bagwell his hand and the new partners shake as Elizabeth wipes away her tears. As the camera angle changes, Bagwell has his left hand behind his back with his fingers crossed, but smiles broadly and leaves with Savage and Elizabeth.Page: Savage and Bagwell? Those two big shots teaming together and watch each others’ back? I can only think of two things that Bagwell was here to watch… Kimberly grimaces and smacks Page on the back of the head as Page grins sheepishly.Page: Well, I don’t see much of a future for this pair. Unless of course, we’re talking about Lizzie. Now THAT’S a pair! Kimberly swats Page again. Page drops the microphone and leaves the interview area as Kimberly playfully chases him back to the locker room.CHRIS SABIN (w/ KIMBERLY) pinned BJ WHITMERWhitmer started strong before foolishly attempting a plancha onto the concrete floor as Sabin ducked away. BJ never recovered, and Sabin took advantage with a Cradle Shock to finish the victory. RANDY “MACHO MAN” SAVAGE (w/ MISS ELIZABETH) pinned JAKE “THE SNAKE” ROBERTS (w/ WOMAN)The two rivals went to war in a vicious battle with a surprise twist. Before the match even began, Roberts was jumped by BUFF BAGWELL and began the bout at a disadvantage. Snake quickly evened the score and nearly won the bout when Woman nailed Savage with a low blow, but the Macho Man slipped out of an attempted DDT and went outside the ring. Roberts followed, but was attacked again by Bagwell. Elizabeth smartly distracted referee Brady Boone, preventing him from seeing the interference. Savage rolled a weakened Snake back into the ring and slammed him face first to the mat, covering him for the victory. Woman shrieked in protest but the decision stood. Lance Russell: Oh my goodness! This pairing of Bagwell and Savage seems to have worked out better than I might have expected. It’s not often that anyone here in the Heartland can get the best of Woman. I am sure she will bring her men back with a vengeance after this situation. Let’s go on to intermission now. ***INTERMISSION***HEARTLAND TAG TEAM #1 CONTENDERS’ MATCHMASTERS OF SUBMISSION (SAMOA JOE & TAZ) defeated THE APA (SIMMONS & BRADSHAW)Both teams functioned effectively in this critical match, with frequent tags, pin saves, and precise teamwork. Simmons was beaten down by Joe and severely weakened, but managed to tag in Bradshaw. Taz tagged in, and Bradshaw dominated the action but failed to pin the resilient Taz after a powerful Clothesline from Hell. Tazz managed to bring Joe back into the match, and the Samoan took over on Bradshaw, finally securing the victory with a muscle buster after a tightly contested bout. Mark Madden: What a match! All four of these men poured their heart into it. The Masters came out on top, though, and earned their shot at the STEINER BROTHERS. I expect another epic showdown as good as what we just saw. But now, another terrific match is ahead- a three-way dance, just added this week, with the winner to earn an NWA Junior-X Title match against the current champion, REY MISTERIO JR.TRIPLE THREAT MATCH: JUNIOR X TITLE SHOT TO WINNERDELIRIOUS defeated AJ STYLES and JAKE CRISTA 40-minute extravaganza! All three men threw caution to the wind and wore each other down to the last ounce of strength. AJ took control over Jake, nailing him with a springboard forearm, but the crafty Delirious threw AJ off of Jake and covered Jake for the victory! Introducing first, the challenger, hailing from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, weighing in at 235 pounds, BRET “THE HITMAN” HART!Hart strides to the ring in his traditional black singlet with the pink trim. He peels off his sunglasses and drops them on the ring apron. He enters the ring with determination, pulling on the ropes and squatting to keep loose as he awaits the entrance of the champion.Lillian Garcia: And his opponent, from Bay City, Michigan, weighing in at 240 pounds, he is your current Heartland Heavyweight Champion, SCOTTY STEINER! The crowd buzzes as the speaker wail with “Welcome to the Jungle” by Guns ‘N Roses. Steiner makes his way into the ring and hands the belt to Kopasz, who displays it aloft, first to Hart and then to the Memphis crowd. Kopasz checks each wrestler thoroughly and calls for the bell. The match is on!MAIN EVENT: HEARTLAND HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIPBRET “HITMAN” HART defeated SCOTTY STEINER to win the Heartland Heavyweight Championship!Hitman executed his game plan perfectly, outfoxing the champion with a clean display of technical skill. Early in the match, Hart reversed a suplex inyto a double-leg takedown and surprised Scotty with a brutal figure-4 leglock. Steiner escaped, but Hart nearly pinned him with a victory roll and Steiner was lucky to survive. Hart whipped the weakened champ into the turnbuckle and floored him with a vicious running clothesline, setting him up for a sharpshooter. Steiner was trapped and helpless in the center of the ring, where he was forced to tap out to the Hitman and surrender his title! Following the match, Hart helped Scotty to his feet, and was joined in the ring by his associates PETEY WILLIAMS and RICK RUDE, as RICK STEINER came to the aid of his fallen brother. Rick looked angrily at Rude and Petey, but Scotty insisted on shaking the hand of the new champion and personally handing over the title belt before hobbling back to the dressing room. Heartland Commissioner ALEXANDRA YORK also made a rare in-ring appearance to congratulate both men, and pose with the new champion as the camera flashed.Lance Russell: Ladies and gentlemen, history has been made here this evening! And where else but the Mid-South Coliseum, in the heart of Memphis, for this big event to take place. Bret Hart has captured the Heartland Heavyweight Championship! Our congratulations to BOTH the Hitman, and the former champion Scotty Steiner, on a sensational matchup. And certainly, best of luck to the Hitman as he will take on all comers for that coveted 15 pounds of gold. Fans, it has been a great night here in Memphis. The action doesn’t get any better than the crowning of a new heavyweight champion! Please be sure to join us on Monday, January 8 for our next big event from Lebanon, Tennessee, where our main event will feature the Junior X-Division championship match pitting REY MISTERIO, JR. against the challenger DELIRIOUS. For Mark Madden and Lillian Garcia, this is Lance Russell signing off and saying, God bless and we’ll see you at the matches!

NWA Heartland Card #23 Lebanon, Tennesee, County Events Center January 8, 2007 Lance Russell: Good evening, fans, and welcome back to the Volunteer State! We are coming to you tonight with a jam-packed card of wrestling action, highlighted by an NWA Junior X-Division Championship match! REY MYSTERIO, JR. is here in Lebanon tonight to defend his title against the surprise challenger, DELIRIOUS! The crazed newcomer shocked the Heartland last Friday night, winning a triple threat match against AJ STYLES and JAKE CRIST to earn his shot at the gold! Mark Madden: That's right, Lance. We'll also see another title match, as the Heartland Tag Team Titles will be on the line! THE STEINER BROTHERS have ruled the tag team division, and tonight's challenge will come from the MASTERS OF SUBMISSION- SAMOA JOE and TAZ! But first, a moment that I have personally been waiting for, as WOMAN is here to lead her prize stallion, BIG JOHN STUDD, into battle against NIKITA KOLOFF.NIKITA KOLOFF pinned BIG JOHN STUDD (w/ WOMAN)Koloff and Studd pounded away at each other for 14 minutes of intensity. Koloff dominated the early stages of the match, getting the best of Studd both inside the ring and outside. Woman turned the match in her man's favor with a paralyzing low blow, unseen by referee Danny Davis, allowing Studd to rally. The big man was unable to put away the Nightmare, and Nikita worked his way back into the match. When Woman tried again to interfere, Koloff stepped to the side, sending Studd crashing headfirst into his manager! Nikita followed quickly with the pin to end the exciting opening bout. STING defeated AJ STYLES (w/ KIMBERLY) by submissionSting battled Styles in a high-energy contest, almost knocking out the young Georgian with a Stinger splash, and following up with a Scorpion Deathlock to force the overmatched Styles to tap out. Lance Russell: A surprisingly one-sided match for Sting, and a very impressive performance. It's a good night to be a member of the Soldiers of the Covenant! HEART & SOUL (CM PUNK & SHELTON BENJAMIN) battled THE IRISH AIRBORNE to a no-contestAn exciting, high-flying contest which turned when Benjamin exploded off the turnbuckle with a running clothesline to drill Dave Crist, setting him up for a T-Bone suplex for an apparent victory. But referee Heather Owens refused to count the pinfall, claiming that Dave was not the legal man in the ring! Benjamin was furious, and Punk could not contain him from going after the referee, and Heather was forced to flee the ring. Referee Brady Boone came to the rescue, keeping the enraged members of Heart and Soul at bay while Heather returned to the locker room. Boone threw the match out and declared a no-contest. Mark Madden: What a farce! I am disgusted by the continued ineptitude of that broad! Let's go to a break. ***INTERMISSION***CARLITO (w/ MELINA) pinned BUFF BAGWELL (w/ MISS ELIZABETH)Carlito returned from his suspension with a flair! The cool Puerto Rican jumped Bagwell as Buff was still posing and preening for Elizabeth. Bagwell never got untracked, and after a flurry of moves Carlito nailed the backcracker and scored the pinfall. Mark Madden: Holy mackerel! Carlito is back with a vengeance. I predict big things for this kid before long. But now, we go to our double main event! Let's turn it over to Lillian Garcia for the introductions. Lillian Garcia: Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time for your DOUBLE MAIN EVENT of the evening! The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 60-minute time limit. This match is for the NWA Heartland Tag Team Championship. Your referee for this contest is Heartland Senior Official Joe Kopasz. Introducing first, the challengers, at a total combined weight of 528 pounds, collectively known as the MASTERS OF SUBMISSION, here are SAMOA JOE and TAZ!And their opponents are your NWA Heartland Tag Team Champions! Hailing from Bay City, Michigan, at a total combined weight of 490 pounds, RICK AND SCOTTY, THE STEINER BROTHERS!NWA HEARTLAND TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPTHE STEINER BROTHERS defeated SAMOA JOE & TAZDespite losing the Heartland Heavyweight Championship, Scotty looked impressive in this title defense. The Brothers tagged in and out crisply, isolating Joe in the ring and wearing him down. Scotty scored the clean pinfall over Joe after a double-team Steiner DDT. Lillian Garcia: Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time for your MAIN EVENT of the evening! The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 60-minute time limit. This match is for the NWA Junior X-Division Championship. Your referee for this contest is Heartland Senior Official Joe Kopasz. Introducing first, the challenger, from The Edge of Insanity, DELIRIOUS!The eerie music, "Hybrid Stigmata" by Dimmu Borgir, plays on the sound system. Delirious slinks into the ring and runs in wild circles until he retreats to the corner and squats, seemingly in a trance, as Lillian Garcia looks puzzled.Lillian Garcia: And his opponent, from San Diego, California, weighing in at 165 pounds, he is your current NWA Junior X-Division Champion, REY MYSTERIO, JR.!The strains of Metallica “Sad But True” fill the arena. Mysterio enters to the buzz of the crowd and vaults into the ring. He sees Delirious crouched in the corner and circles him cautiously. Delirious remains motionless as Mysterio backs away. Joe Kopasz calls for the bell, and suddenly Delirious leaps from the corner, babbling wildly and running in and out of the ring before sliding under the bottom rope and launching himself into a lockup with Mysterio. The match begins!NWA JUNIOR-X CHAMPIONSHIPREY MYSTERIO JR. defeated DELIRIOUS to successfully defend the TitleThe cruiserweights tore it up a thrilling X-Division Title Match! Mysterio started quickly, taking down the bizarre challenger with a flurry of aerial manuevers. The crafty Delirious reacted in a heartbeat, sidestepping Mysterio as he dove from the top turnbuckle. After the crash landing, Delirious quickly mounter the top rope and nailed Mysterio with the Shadows Over Hell for a near-fall, but Rey-Rey narrowly escaped! Shortly after, Mysterio reversed a whip to the turnbuckle a running clothesline, leaving Delirious staggering to his knees and in position for the 619 which ended a brief but action-packed title bout. Lance Russell: Oh, my goodness! What a match for the reigning X-Division champion. It will take quite an effort to topple Mysterio from his perch! Ditto for the Steiner Brothers, who have a stranglehold on the tag belts here in the Heartland. All in all, it has been a great night here in Lebanon to be a fan of the Heartland! We thank you for joining us for tonight’s card. We’ll be back next Monday night, January 15, from Nashville! The main event will see the Steiner Brothers taking another shot at the NWA World tag team championship against CHRIS BENOIT and DEAN MALENKO! Until then, for Lillian Garcia and Mark Madden, this is Lance Russell signing off and saying, God bless and we’ll see you at the matches!

Hey t-man,
There are a few good Yahoo groups with bootlegs. My favorites are LOWbootlegs, LOWcreations, and COTGlegends. There are also a lot of poor quality bootlegs out there which don't meet the Filsinger card requirements.
I would suggest before using bootlegs that you do a couple of things: 1. Read the Filsinger requirements carefully. 2. Check out Lord Rahl's card ratings formula. 3. Rank each bootleg card and adjust it as necessary to be sure all the cards are on an even playing field.
Enjoy! Dave

NWA Heartland Card #24 Nashville, Tennesee, Municipal Auditorium January 15, 2007 Lance Russell: Good evening, fans of the Heartland, and welcome to your latest edition of Monday Night Madness! We are coming to you live from the Municpal Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee, with a spectacular night of action. The World Tag Team Champions, DEAN MALENKO and CHRIS BENOIT, are here tonight for another title defense against the STEINER BROTHERS! Malenko and Benoit were lucky to get out alive with their titles intact the last time these two teams collided, and tonight's match should be just as exciting! We also have TWO exciting grudge matches in store for tonight- including a massive steel cage showdown pitting SAMOA JOE against his nemesis, BATISTA! Our first contest will pit the bizarre newcomer, DELIRIOUS, in a one-on-one match-up against former Midwest Heavyweight Champion BRADSHAW.DELIRIOUS pinned BRADSHAW (w/ WOMAN)The wacky cruiserweight befuddled the big Texan, who quickly grew frustrated with the antics of his foe. Bradshaw got turned around after a whip to the ropes, allowing Delirious to catch him and execute a vicious piledriver. Delirious quickly followed with a pair of flying smashes off the turnbuckle, then delivered 20 clotheslines in the corner to the staggered champion, pinning him in the center of the ring. Delirious celebrates wildly, racing around ringside babbling rapidly and high-fiving the fans as he races back to the locker room. Bradshaw storms to the announcers table and grabs a microphone from the desk.Bradshaw: What in the sam hill was THAT? Alexandra York, I don't know where you found this goofball, but he has no business behaving that way in a wrestling ring! This character is a lame-brained moron and I am a wrestling GOD! That man will NEVER defeat me again! The arena goes dark, and suddenly the music of Delirious fills the air. Colored lights flash wildly. The TitanTron comes alive with eerie blue and red lights and the masked face of Delirious appears.Delirious: BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH! BAH BAH BAH BLAH BAH BAH BAH! AH GAH GAH BLAH HA BAH GAH GAH! Bradshaw looks perplexed and frustrated, pointing at the Titan Tron and sneering, shaking his fists as the Titan Tron goes dark and the arena lights return to normal, leaving the Texan looking foolish as Madden laughs loudly.Mark Madden: Holy mackerel! I've never seen Bradshaw get outsmarted that way before. This lunatic seems to have a method to his madness. Let's go back to the ring for our next contest. RICK RUDE (w/ KIMBERLY) pinned SHELTON BENJAMINRude made short work of Benjamin, getting control after a powerful head smash to the steel steps outside the ring. Two Rude Awakenings later, Benjamin was pinned in a surprisingly one-sided encounter. DEVASTATION (BIG JOHN STUDD & JAKE ROBERTS w/ WOMAN) defeated AJ STYLES & CHRIS SABIN (w/KIMBERLY)The high-flyers started quickly, staggering Studd with a flurry of dropkicks. Roberts was tagged in and managed to slow down the pace of the match in favor of the veterans. After overpowering Styles, Snake caught Sabin with a perfectly executed DDT out of nowhere and scored the pinfall. Mark Madden: Oh, Woman, oh Woman! We love ya, baby! I think it should be YOUR guys taking their shot at the World Tag Champions. Maybe you should get in touch with the NWA Board of Directors and do a little... persuading! I'll put in a good word for ya, toots! STEEL CAGE GRUDGE MATCHBATISTA pinned SAMOA JOEDespite wrestling with a severly injured left ankle, the animal Batista took the fight to his rival. Batista used the cage to his advantage, ripping open Joe and blinding him, then managing to execute the spinebuster slam for a pinfall. Following the match, Batista continued to pound away at the cut forehead of Joe until the Samoan bled profusely. Joe fought back, ignoring the blood and firing back at the animal with punches and kicks. Batista decided at this point to take a powder, and high-tailed it back to the locker room area. Joe wiped his forehead with a towel, and held the bloody rag overhead.Samoa Joe: Batista! You see this! I will give my blood to get a piece of you! I am not finished with you! You want blood? You and me are going to get it on again- at Havoc in the Heartland! FIRST BLOOD MATCH!Lance Russell: Wow! Look at the intensity level between these two. Samoa Joe has stepped it up and really showed some guts in calling out the bully Batista. I am not a fan of unnecessary violence in this great sport, but I must admit that the first blood match between these two will be a compelling encounter indeed. While the ring crew gets things cleaned up for the rest of the card, let's take a brief intermission. We'll be back in action in just a few minutes. Please be sure to visit the Heartland souvenir stand while you are away- the new Delirious T-shirts are a hot item! ***INTERMISSION***MIDWEST CHAMPIONSHIP #1 CONTENDERS MATCHBIG JOHN STUDD (w/ WOMAN) defeated RON GARVIN by submissionStudd and Garvin had a war! The big brawlers went after each other with everything they had, but it was Studd who came out on top. The giant wore down the Canadian with a grinding bearhug, setting him up for a submission victory with the Giant Backbreaker. The Municipal Auditorium roars with applause for the hometown heroes as they enter the ring, focused and brimming with intensity. After the instructions and inspections by Joe Kopasz, Rick and Benoit move to the center of the ring and the match is on!NWA WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPDEAN MALENKO & CHRIS BENOIT defeated THE STEINER BROTHERS to retain the beltsThe Steiners caught the first break of the match when Scotty reversed Malenko's whip to the turnbuckle, then nailed him on the rebound with a powerful running clothesline! Rick tagged in and scored with a Flying Bulldog for a near fall. Malenko took the action outside of the ring, getting the best of Steiner with an incredible double axe handle! Malenko tagged to Benoit, who caught Rick in the crossface, weakening him but failing to gain a submission. Rick tagged in Scotty, who grappled with Benoit and whipped him to the turnbuckle. Scotty became too aggressive, charging to the corner and missing the sidestepping Benoit. Scotty crashed to the corner and injured his shoulder. Benoit quickly took advantage, pulling Scotty to the center of the ring and locking in the crossface. Rick tried to make the save, but was cut off by Malenko. Unable to escape, Scotty was forced to tap out. Again failing to capture the belts, Scotty and Rick embraced the champions as they left the ring area. As Benoit and Malenko gathered the belts and acknowledged the cheers of the fans, suddenly the air was filled with the music of "Natural Born Killers" by Dr. Dre and Ice Cube. The team of BIG JOHN STUDD and JAKE THE SNAKE ROBERTS approached. The champs stood their ground in the middle of the ring, glaring at the interlopers. Suddenly, the face of WOMAN appeared on the Titan Tron!Woman: Hey, Malenko! Benoit! How many times are you gonna come here, beat the Steiners, and disappear? Don't you have the guts to face any better competition? Benoit: Nancy! Go home! This is business! This doesn't concern you. Woman: Is that so? You think I am just the little wife who needs to be kept in my place? I don't think so, sweetheart. You will not use your "head of the household" routine to keep those titles away from Devastation! Benoit: Keep your nose out of our affairs, Nancy. Dean and I have enough of a challenge keeping these belts without you meddling in our affairs. Malenko: Both of you! ENOUGH! Chris, we swore as champions that we would take on all comers. Your feelings toward Nancy- hell, MY feelings toward Nancy, are not going to change that. Nancy, Woman, Robin Green, whatever you want to call yourself, you bring your boys to Havoc in the Heartland and we'll put the straps on the line! The fans roar! Benoit glares at Malenko, then at the Titan Tron, as Nancy smirks. Studd and Roberts point menacingly at the champs, but leave the ring area with no further comments. Malenko gets into the face of Benoit, telling him to be ready and to keep his focus in the ring as the card draws to a close.Lance Russell: Oh, my goodness! What a development! It looks like the champs will be back in action at Havoc in the Heartland on Friday night, as they have accepted the challenge of Woman and Devastation! What a great night it has been. Be sure and join us on Friday night for a great card as we bring you Havoc in the Heartland IV! In addition to the tag titles, we will see the First Blood match between BATISTA and SAMOA JOE, and the Heartland Heavyweight Title rematch pitting the new champion BRET "HITMAN" HART against former champion SCOTTY STEINER! Until then, for Mark Madden and Lillian Garcia, this is Lance Russell signing off and saying, God bless and we'll see you at athe matches!

NWA Heartland Havoc IV Ervin J. Nutter Center, Dayton, Ohio January 19, 2007 Lance Russell: Good evening, fans of the Heartland, and welcome to our special pay-per-view presentation of Heartland Havoc IV! I am your host, Lance Russell, coming to you live from the headquarters of NWA Heartland in Dayton, Ohio, with an exciting night of action! I hope you were able to catch the preview show which set the stage for six important matches scheduled for tonight's card. Lillian Garcia is on hand to perform "God Bless America", and then we will take you to the matches! Lillian Garcia enters the ring and performs a stunning rendition of "God Bless America" for the appreciative sell-out crowd. As she completes her anthem, DELIRIOUS quietly slips into the ring behind her, lowering his head and folding his hands respectfully across his chest. As Lillian completes her song, she turns to leave the ring and is surprised at the site of Delirious behind her. Stunned, she drops the microphone and jumps back, looking confused as she cautiously exits the ring. Delirious grabs the microphone.Delirious: BLAH BAH BAH BLAH BAH BAH GAH! BLAH BAH BAH GAH National Heavyweight Champion! AH GAH YAH YAH BLAH GAH GAH GAH! Delirious babbles wildly into the microphone, then begins to babble in a singing voice to the tune of "Pomp and Circumstance". This brings RANDY SAVAGE to the ring in a huff, followed closely by BIG TIME BAGWELL and by MISS ELIZABETH. Macho Man charges the ring, but Delirious quickly drops the microphone and slides out of the opposite side of the ring. Delirious continues to babble has he sprints wildly around the ring. He steals the top hat from Bagwell, puts it on his own head, and performs Bagwell's famous strut. As Bagwell angrily pursues him, he drops the hat, runs to Miss Elizabeth, takes her in his arms, dipping her and planting a long kiss on her lips. Savage joins the pursuit, and Delirious slips into the ring and squats in the corner, entranced. Referee Heather Owens enters the ring and tries to calm Savage down, clearing the ring after the hubbub quiets down. She holds Savage at bay as he points and screams at Delirious, who remains motionless in his trance. Heather finally calls for the bell, and Delirious springs from the corner and dashes to lock up with the Macho Man. The match begins!RANDY SAVAGE (w/ MISS ELIZABETH) pinned DELIRIOUSOnce the match finally started, it was a true donnybrook between the focused intensity of Savage and the frenetic antics of Delirious. The momentum shifted several times throughout the match, but it looked like Delirious would take control after nailing Savage with a tope suicida on the concrete floor! But Elizabeth slowed down the proceedings long enough to allow the Macho Man time to recuperate and regain his senses. Savage regained control, but was astounded when Delirious kicked out of the top rop elbow drop! But the damage was done, and Delirious could not recover before Macho Man nailed him with a second flying elbow and scored the pinfall. Lance Russell: Wow! What an exciting duel for Savage and Delirious. Savage will move on for a shot a National Heavyweight Champion "BAD NEWS" ALLEN COAGE. Our next match will be contested with the NWA Heartland Midwest Heavyweight Championship on the line. This promises to be a very competitive contest between the champion, CHRISTOPHER DANIELS, and his high-flying challenger, CHRIS SABIN.NWA HEARTLAND MIDWEST HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP CHRISTOPHER DANIELS (w/ WOMAN) pinned CHRIS SABIN (w/ KIMBERLY) to retain the championshipThe high-flying showdown between the athletic cruiserweights lived up to expectations! Daniels dominated the early stages of the match and it appeared he would put Sabin away decisively. But Kimberly interposed herself, and Daniels would not strike her despite the ravings of Woman. Sabin recovered and staged a rally, weakening Daniels and making the match competitive. It looked like trouble for Daniels when he missed a Senton Splash and crashed hard to the floor, but Woman smartly pulled him out of the path of a flying Sabin and both men were crashed out on the concrete. Kimberly tried to pass Sabin a foreign object, but referee Brady Boone prevented the exchange and Daniels dragged Sabin into the ring. Daniels delivered the Best Moonsault Ever and pinned Sabin cleanly to keep the belt. Mark Madden: Once again, Woman reigns supreme! If you think THAT was impressive, wait until you see what DEVASTATION is going to do to the World Tag Team Champions later tonight! I can't wait to see what this diabolical genius has in store for the main event. Our next match is a grudge match between two tag teams with a serious score to settle. If anybody cares, SHAWN MICHAELS is making his return to action tonight to get a piece of PETEY WILLIAMS. But Petey's partner RICK RUDE should have something to say about that. THE HART ATTACK (RICK RUDE & PETEY WILLIAMS) defeated THE SOLDIERS OF THE COVENANT (STING & SHAWN MICHAELS)Controversy marred this emotional match, which marked the return of Shawn Michaels from the knee injury inflicted by Petey Williams. Williams wrestled superbly, getting the best of Sting for several minutes and nailing him with the Canadian Destroyer, but Stinger kicked out and tagged to Michaels. Finally able to get after his nemesis, Michaels pummeled Petey and drilled him with the Sweet Chin Music! Petey went down like a shot as Michaels made the cover, but referee Danny Davis was slow to count the pinfall and Williams managed to reach his foot over the bottom rope! Michaels was enraged and confronted referee Davis, allowing Williams to tag out to Rude. Rude flattened Michaels with a clothesline, forcing him to tag Sting. Rude caught the weakened Stinger entering the ring and delivered a crushing piledriver! Rude quickly covered Sting as Davis counted a quick three-count, despite Sting clearly having his foot over the bottom rope. Davis awarded the bout to Rude and Williams despite the boos of the Dayton crowd and the protests of the defeated Soldiers. Lance Russell: Oh, my goodness! I don't know what kind of shenanigans we have seen here, but I smell a rat. Shawn and Sting had that match won! You can bet that we haven't seen the end of the action between the Soldiers of the Covenant and the Hart Attack. Let's go to intermission now. ZEN BLACK is here to provide our entertainment for the evening. Enjoy the show! ***INTERMISSION***During the intermission, a commotion arose in the locker room area! Suddenly, through the curtain came DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE, staggering and covered with blood. KIMBERLY followed closely, screaming and waving for help. SAMOA JOE then burst through the curtain, covered with sweat and screaming at DDP. Joe hurled DDP onto the stage and grabbed a microphone.Samoa Joe: You filthy piece of trash! You set me up! Joe then took the microphone and slammed it into the head of the bloody DDP. Next, he ripped a large amplifier from its connections and slammed it onto the head of the helpless Page.Samoa Joe: This will teach you to screw with the Samoan Submission Machine! I don't ever want to see your ugly face in this federation again! And take that skinny skank with you when you leave! Joe continues to put the boots to DDP until Kimberly throws herself on top of her man and pleads with Joe to stop. Page crawls off the stage with Kimberly at his side. Joe scowls, carryin his blood-soaked towel, and makes his way to the ring for his bout with BATISTA.FIRST BLOOD MATCH BATISTA defeated SAMOA JOEDespite still fighting with an injured ankle, Batista came after Samoa Joe with unparalleled fury! After beating down Dallas Page, Joe was suddenly on the defensive. He used his mobility effectively, running Batista in circles and scoring with a whip to the turnbuckle, followed by a running clothesline setting up the Muscle Buster. Batista was down but did not bleed as Joe went after him on the mat. The crafty Batista caught Joe by the trunks and whipped him into the turnbuckle, sending Joe slamming shoulder first into the steel post! Batista was on his man in a heart beat, catching him with a spear, then hurling him out of the ring and smashing him onto the steel steps. The animal then lifted the steps and dropped them onto the chest of Samoa Joe, sending Joe into spasms of pain and opening a large gash in the side of the Samoan's chest! As Joe continued to writhe on the floor, refereee Brady Boone called for the bell and awarded the match to Batista! Batista was gasping for breath, clearly winded after a highly competitive encounter as he left the ring area. Boone called for the paramedics, but Joe refused medical attention and left the arena on his own power, clearly favoring his injured rib cage. Mark Madden: Holy mackerel! What brutality! First we saw Samoa Joe put a serious beating on Diamond Dallas Page... but then Batista proved himself to be the most animalistic of anyone! I have never seen anybody get the best of Samoa Joe like that. It's gonna take a half an hour to put this place back together, between the blood and the steps and Zen Black's equipment. Lance, have you ever seen anything like this? Lance Russell: Reminds me of Jerry Lawler and Jimmy Valiant back in the old Memphis days. But you know, Mark, while the ring is being put back together, maybe the good fans of Dayton Ohio might want to check out the Heartland souvenir stand. Tonight's hot item is a replica Big Time Bagwell top hat for only $29.95! Mark Madden: Lance, you are SUCH a shill! Do you work on commission or something? If I want a Bagwell hat, I'll talk to the man myself and I am sure he will hook me up. Let's go back to the ring for two more exciting championship matches! NWA HEARTLAND HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP: REMATCH BRET HART defeated SCOTTY STEINER by disqualificationThe second encounter between Steiner and Hart took a decidedly more violent turn as Hart and Steiner quickly grew testy. In the heat of battle, the action spilled outside of the ring several times before Steiner finally grabbed Hart and threw him headfirst into the steel steps. Despite his best efforts to let the action play itself out, referee Joe Kopasz was forced to call for the disqualification. Following the decision, Hart quickly grabbed the belt and took a powder, as Petey Williams and Rick Rude escorted him back to the locker room area while a furious Steiner tried in vain to continue the fight.Lillian Garcia: Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time for your MAIN EVENT of the evening! The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 60-minute time limit. This match is for the NWA World Tag Team Championship. Your referee for this contest is Heartland Senior Official Joe Kopasz. Introducing first, the challengers, collectively known as DEVASTATION. They accompanied to the ring by WOMAN, at a total combined weight of 635 pounds, the team of JAKE "THE SNAKE" ROBERTS and BIG JOHN STUDD.Studd and Roberts stomp to the ring menacingly as Woman leads them down the aisle. The ruthless manager gets into the face of referee Joe Kopasz as her men reluctantly allow him to check them for foreign objects. And their opponents are the NWA World Tag Team Champions! First, from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, weighing in at 220 pounds, he is THE CRIPPLER, CHRIS BENOIT! And his partner, from Tampa, Florida, weighing in at 212 pounds, DEAN MALENKO!The champions stride down the ramp with a scowl, bypassing the throngs of cheering fans. Without warning, Benoit and Malenko storm the ring and begin to pound away at the challengers!NWA WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP DEVASTATION (BIG JOHN STUDD & JAKE THE SNAKE ROBERTS) defeated CHRIS BENOIT & DEAN MALENKO by disqualificationThe champions were loaded for bear after the challenge of Woman's vicious team of Devastation! Malenko and Benoit wasted no time, launching thenselves at the challengers with furious abandon! Benoit chopped Studd repeatedly in the corner, while Malenko threw Roberts out of the ring and hurled him into the steel railing on the outside. As Benoit and Studd battled, Woman shrieked, but observers at ringside could not tell whose side she was taking. Meanwhile, Malenko hurled Snake into the steel ring post, shoulder first, and Roberts crashed hard with a sickening THUD. Roberts crumpled to a heap on the concrete floor, holding his shoulder and groaning. Woman crept into the ring behind Benoit, preparing to sneak attack him with a low blow. As she entered, Malenko dashed into the ring behind Studd and slammed him across the back with a double axe-handle blow. Studd careened into Benoit, sending him crashing into Woman. Woman tumbled out of the ring and landed next to Roberts as Studd looked confused. Benoit and Malenko then double-clotheslined the giant out of the ring! Referee Joe Kopasz called for the bell as Devastation and Woman struggled to collect themselves. Benoit glared down at Woman as he and Malenko strapped the belts over their shoulders and left the ring. Studd got to his feet slowly, but Roberts remained on the concrete floor and needed to be stretchered out of the arena as the show came to an end.Lance Russell: Whoa, nelly! I have never seen such aggression from the World Tag Team Champions. I guess they decided to strike first and strike hard. Even though they lost the decision, they leave the Heartland with their titles intact, much to the dismay of Woman. I have never been a fan of hers, nor of Devastation, but we do wish Jake the Snake the best as he is headed to Miami Valley Hospital for evaluation. Fans, it has been a most intense night of action here at Heartland Havoc IV. We thank you for joining us! Please tune in for Monday night's TV broadcast. I have just been informed that a match pitting BATISTA against STING will be held to determine the number one contender to the Heartland Heavyweight Championship held by BRET "THE HITMAN" HART. The main event will feature the NWA National Heavyweight Champion BAD NEWS ALLEN COAGE defending his title against "MACHO MAN" RANDY SAVAGE. We hope you will join us! Until then, for Lillian Garcia and Mark Madden, this is Lance Russell signing off and saying, God bless and we'll see you at the matches!

NWA Heartland Card #25 Anderson Arena, Bowling Green, Ohio January 22, 2007 Lance Russell: Good evening, fans of the Heartland, and welcome to this week's episode of Monday Night Adrenaline! We are coming to you live from the campus of Bowling Green State University in northern Ohio. After the overwhelming success of the Havoc in the Heartland IV show from Dayton on Friday night, we are privileged to be coming to you live tonight with a new set and a new theme song! The tune "Free Ride" by Audio Adrenaline plays as Lance moves from his customary broadcast position to a new stage with a pair of leather desk chairs behind a beautifully appointed wood desk. The new logo for "Monday Night Adrenaline" descends from the rafters behind the desk as Mark Madden enters from the opposite side of the stage and shakes hands with Lance as the announcers take their posts.Mark Madden: That's right, Lance Romance! It's about time that cheapskate Alexandra York took better care of her talent. I have to give her credit, she has shaken up the roster and put together an amazing show for tonight. We have the debut matches for CLAUDIO CASTAGNOLI and THE LATIN-AMERICAN EXPRESS on tap, and a big showdown between BATISTA and STING for a shot at the Heartland Heavyweight Championship! Lance Russell: No question, Mark, this will be a hot night of wrestling. But the big event tonight is a bout for the NWA National Heavyweight Championship. The champion, BAD NEWS ALLEN COAGE, is here tonight to defend his title against "MACHO MAN" RANDY SAVAGE. So, without any further adieu, let's go to the ring for our opening contest! CARLITO (w/ MELINA) pinned TAZA surprise finish to a tightly competitive match. The momentum shifted several times in this match, and it appeared Taz was on the verge of taking control when Carlito nailed a spinning neckbreaker out of nowhere and captured the pinfall. CLAUDIO CASTAGNOLI defeated CHRIS SABIN by submissionAn auspicious debut for the Swiss newcomer! Claudio jumped Sabin in the locker room and began a beatdown! Sabin tried to retaliate, and fought off his larger opponent gamely, but by the time they hit the ring, Claudio had a substantial advantage which he would not relinquish. Castagnoli stayed on Sabin relentlessly, keeping him down and forcing him to submit to the Neutralizer. Mark Madden: RI-CO-LA! Quite the debut for Claudio, scoring a win over a competitive opponent like Sabin! Next week we'll see Claudio in tag team action with his partner, Chris Hero, the self-proclaimed "Kings of Wrestling". NIKITA KOLOFF pinned SHELTON BENJAMINAn exciting back-and-forth contest with the athleticism of Benjamin matched against the power of Nikita. Benjamin missed a suicide dive to give Koloff an opening. Nikita floored Shelton with a Russian Hammer, then put him away with a flying shoulder smash. Lance Russell: Wow! What an exciting contest. Nikita remains unbeaten here in the Heartland and he is making his way up the rankings. No title is safe from Koloff. He's already worn the NWA National Heavyweight title and I, for one, think there is no question indeed that he will be in line for a title shot soon. Let's go to intermission now. While we are on break, be sure to stop by the Heartland concession stand and try a Falcon Frank, 100% organic hot dog brought to you by the good folks in the Industrial Engineering Department here at Bowling Green State University. ***INTERMISSION***THE MASTERS OF SUBMISSION (SAMOA JOE & TAZ) defeated THE LATIN-AMERICAN EXPRESS (HOMICIDE & HERNANDEZ)Joe was heavily taped over his injured rib cage but insisted on wrestling. Taz started the match for his team and took on both members of LAX gamely, managing to hold his own. LAX wore him down, finally forcing him to tag to Joe. Joe took both members of the Express by storm, forcing Homicide out of the ring then nailing Hernandez with an enzuigiri. Amazingly, Joe managed to manuver the bigger Hernandez into position for a Muscle Buster and an amazing victory. Mark Madden: Holy mackerel! I thought we had seen the end of Joe after he lost the First Blood match to Batista. But despite his injured rib cage, he dominated this tag team match. That enzuigiri kick is a site to behold from a 280-pound man. I don't think the Steiners have seen the last of Joe and Tazz by any means. I wonder if Batista is in any better condition- he has a big task in our next match as he takes on Sting with a Heartland Heavyweight Title match on the line. HEARTLAND HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP #1 CONTENDERS' MATCH STING pinned BATISTABatista was also notably hobbled from his encounters with Samoa Joe. Sting took advantage of the big man's lack of mobility, employing a brilliant "stick and move" strategy to keep Batista off balance and on the defensive. After Batista tired, Sting mounted the top rope and smashed the animal with a flying bodypress and pinned him cleanly! Lance Russell: A fine performance by the Stinger! Let's see if we can get a word with the new #1 contender about his victory. Sting: OOOWWW!!!! Lance baby, it is a great night for me and all my little Stingers out there! Bret Hart, shine that belt! You got the best of me once, thanks to a handful of tights, but I am coming for ya and this time I'll be ready! Next Monday night on Adrenaline it will be you and me, baby, with 15 pounds of gold on the line, so you better have your "A" game going. And don't bother bringing Rick Rude and Petey Williams, because my boys Nikita and HBK, my fellow Soldiers, are gonna have my back! You better believe it baby, the Soldiers are ready to go to war! OOOOWWWW!!! Lance Russell: Oh my goodness! The Stinger is certainly fired up over this match-up. He has been waiting to get shot at Bret Hart and I believe that matchup will be a classic encounter. But now, let's go back to the ring where Lillian Garcia is waiting to announce tonight's big main event. Introducing first, the challenger, from Sarasota, Florida, accompanied to the ring by MISS ELIZABETH, weighing in at 245 pounds, the "MACHO MAN", RANDY SAVAGE! And his opponent, weighing in at 280 pounds, and hailing from Harlem, New York, he is a former Olympic bronze medalist and your current NWA National Heavyweight Champion, he is "BAD NEWS" ALLEN COAGE!MAIN EVENT: NWA NATIONAL HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP RANDY "MACHO MAN" SAVAGE defeated "BAD NEWS" ALLEN COAGE to capture the title!History made in Bowling Green! Macho Man and Bad News went after each other in a wild brawl. Neither man backed down, exchanging punches and body slams, but in the end it was the quickness of Savage which prevailed. Macho Man sprung off the ropes and drilled Bad News with a flying cross-body press, putting him down to the mat. With cat-like quickness, Savage follwed with a flying axehandle off the second rope and covered Coage for the three-count! Lillian Garcia: Ladies and gentlemen, your winner, and the NEW NWA National Heavyweight Champion, the "MACHO MAN", RANDY SAVAGE! Lance Russell: Wow! Fans, congratulations to Randy Savage, your new National Heavyweight Champion! Miss Elizabeth looks so proud of Randy as he straps the belt around his waist. It was quite a reign for Bad News Allen Coage, and I am sure he is looking forward to a rematch for the belt. I have just been informed by Alexandra York that Bad News will get his rematch this coming Friday night, in Youngstown. We hope you will join us for that card. In addition to the National title rematch, we'll also see the FALLEN ANGEL, CHRISTOPHER DANIELS, defending his Midwest Heavyweight title against BIG JOHN STUDD. Don't you dare miss it! Folks, thank you for joining us from Bowling Green State University for tonight's action. For Lillian Garcia and Mark Madden, this is Lance Russell signing off and saying, God bless and we'll see you at the matches!

NWA Heartland Card #26 Chevrolet Center, Youngstown, Ohio January 26, 2007 Lance Russell: Good evening, fans of the Heartland, and welcome to tonight’s edition of Friday Night Fury! NWA Heartland is proud to bring you an exciting night of action which will feature not one, but TWO title matches! Mark Madden: That’s right, Lance, tonight’s main event will feature the rematch for the NWA National Heavyweight title! On Monday night’s Adrenaline broadcast, our own “MACHO MAN” RANDY SAVAGE defeated the former champ, “BAD NEWS” ALLEN COAGE to win the belt. Tonight, Coage gets his shot to regain the belt! Lance Russell: No question about it, that will be an exciting main event. We’ll also see the Midwest Heavyweight championship defended tonight as two men from the same stable hit the ring! The champion, CHRISTOPHER DANIELS, will put his title on the line against his ally, BIG JOHN STUDD. Let’s head to the ring for our opening contest. RON GARVIN pinned HERNANDEZThe veteran Garvin overpowered and outclassed the rookie Hernandez in his Heartland debut. The wily Garvin put Hernandez on the canvas early and stomped a Canadian mud hole in him twice! After the second stomping, Hernandez was an easy victim for the pinfall after a running elbow smash. SAMOA JOE pinned PETEY WILLIAMSJoe continues to wrestle hurt, with heavily taped ribs. Petey tried his best to take advantage, and nearly pinned Joe after a spinning DDT. Samoa Joe managed to escape the ring, and Petey went for broke with a plancha off the turnbuckle. Joe sidestepped at the last moment, and Williams crashed hard into the security rail. Stunned, Petey was easy prey for Joe to crush him with a massive Island Driver and score the victory. Mark Madden: Wow! Samoa Joe is definitely a force to be reckoned with. Even at less than full strength, he put away a tough opponent after an intense struggle. But I don’t think that he or Batista want anything to do with each other at this point. Next we will see the debut of another rising star in the wrestling world, the young phenom, HOMICIDE. I have been looking forward to this! HOMICIDE pinned RON SIMMONSSimmons controlled the early stages of the match, until Homicide slipped out of an attempted powerbomb and nailed Simmons with a Shining Wizard! With Simmons stunned, Homicide quickly followed up with a Cop Killa and pinned Simmons cleanly. THE SOLDIERS OF THE COVENANT (STING & NIKITA KOLOFF) defeated THE IRISH AIRBORNE (DAVE & JAKE CRIST)A thrilling match between two contrasting teams. The momentum shifted back and forth repeatedly in this match. The Airborne got the best of Sting in the early going, as Jake surprised him with a missile dropkick and the brothers executed the Irish Air Raid and Sting was clearly stunned. Stinger finally escaped and tagged in Koloff, who took over on Jake, but the resilient cruiserweight kicked out TWICE after a pair of Russian Sickles! Jake tagged out to Dave, who nailed Koloff with a springboard dropkick and sent him tumbling out of the ring. Dave launched himself at Nikita with an attempted Air Juvie, but missed, putting Koloff in control. Nikita hurled Dave back into the ring, and finished him with a grinding bearhug as the older Crist was already out on his feet. After the match, the Soldiers congratulated the Airborne for an excellent contest, and the teams embraced and left the ring together.Lance Russell: Oh, my goodness! Fans, that match showed you everything good about this great sport. The Crist Brothers may not be at the level of Sting and Nikita, but they poured their hearts into this match and the veterans recognize the skill and the heart of these young competitors. In fact, tonight’s special at the Heartland Souvenir Shop is the new “Crist Almighty” T-shirt. Be sure and check it out as we go to break! ***INTERMISSION***SPECIAL RETURN MATCH DELIRIOUS pinned BRADSHAWBradshaw demanded a return match after being baffled and beaten by Delirious in Nashville. But Bradshaw had no better luck on this occasion, as the unorthodox Delirious spun circles around the big man. Bradshaw took a powder outside the ring, but Delirious crushed him with an incredible plancha from the turnbuckle, followed by the Chemical Imbalance #2 for the pinfall! Bradshaw stands in the ring after the decision as streams of green and black and white paper are hurled into the ring and the fans celebrate. The angry Texan calls for the microphone.Bradshaw: You goofy retard! Get back in here and fight like a man! I swore I would not lose another match to you! When I get my hands on you again I will show you what a real wrestling match is about- not some hinky, wickety-wackety jumping around like a two-year-old with a diaper rash on a trampoline. I’m talking man-on-man, old-fashioned, smash-mouth wrestling. If I lose another match to this clown, I WILL QUIT! Delirious continues to run wildly around the ring, babbling, as Bradshaw talks. When Bradshaw finishes, Delirious grabs the microphone.Delirious: BLAH! BLAH! BLAH! BLAH! Blah blah blah bah yah gah wah gah TEXAS LOSER bah bah blah bah bah! Gah blah hah mah mah mah bah gah FLAMING TABLES bah gah wah wah bah hah lah hah! Delirious shoves the microhphone back into the chest of Bradshaw and stares at him silently.Bradshaw: You babbling idiot, I can’t understand one damn word that you say. I will do ANYTHING to get you back into this ring and teach you a lesson. Why, I’ll knock the blah blah blah right out of your ugly masked mug. Suddenly the Titantron lights up and Heartland Commissioner ALEXANDRA YORK appears.Alexandra: Thank you, Mr. Bradshaw, for providing the Heartland fans with a most entertaining evening. I am looking forward to the rematch which you have just agreed to with Delirious. Next Friday night, on Friday Night Fury, we will see a special Flaming Tables match, pitting Bradshaw against Delirious. The match will come with a special stipulation. If Bradshaw loses the match, he will be FIRED from NWA Heartland! Bradshaw: What in the tarnation? Why you prissy little shrew, I oughta- Alexandra: MISTER JOHN BRADSHAW LAYFIELD, you shut your trap this instant! The video of this incident will clearly show that you have agreed to a flaming tables match with Delirious, and that you have agreed to put your career on the line in this contest. I suggest that you save your energy and get prepared for your match next week. The Titantron fades to black as Bradshaw stands in the ring, enraged but powerless. Delirious runs to ringside, grabs the hat of Bradshaw and puts in on his head as he runs madly back to the locker room. Bradshaw barely bats an eye as he lowers his head and skulks out of the ring and back to the locker room.MIDWEST HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP BIG JOHN STUDD defeated CHRISTOPHER DANIELS to win the title! The battle of stablemates for the Midwest title! Controversy erupted before the match as Daniels tried without success to convince Woman to remain in the dressing room, but Woman insisted on being at ringside. Daniels’ suspicions were confirmed when Woman nailed him with a low blow outside of the ring. Studd took advantage, trapping the Fallen Angel in a Giant Backbreaker. Daniels stubbornly refused to submit, but was unable to escape and nearly blacked out from the pain before referee Brady Boone called for the bell and awarded the match- and the title- to Studd! After the match, Studd dropped Daniels to the mat, took the belt, and celebrated with Woman. Woman strapped the gold around the waist of Studd and left the ring with hi, leaving Daniels lying on the mat in the center of the ring. A young lady entered the ring, dressed in black, with long black hair over her face, black lipstick, and black painted nails. She knelt beside Daniels and helped him to sit up. Daniels appeared stunned to see the mysterious figure, but the pair went back to the locker room together.Lillian Garcia: Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time for your MAIN EVENT of the evening! The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 60-minute time limit. This match is for the NWA National Heavyweight Championship. Your referee for this contest is Heartland Senior Official Joe Kopasz. Introducing first, the challenger, weighing in at 280 pounds, and hailing from Harlem, New York, he is a former Olympic bronze medalist, and the former NWA National Heavyweight Champion, he is "BAD NEWS" ALLEN COAGE! And his opponent, from Sarasota, Florida, accompanied to the ring by MISS ELIZABETH, weighing in at 245 pounds, and your current NWA National Heavyweight Champion the "MACHO MAN", RANDY SAVAGE! MAIN EVENT: NWA NATIONAL HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP RANDY “MACHO MAN” SAVAGE pinned “BAD NEWS” ALLEN COAGE to retain the title!Bad News had his return bout against Savage after dropping the belt on Monday Night Adrenaline in Bowling Green. The two rivals battled evenly for over 15 minutes with neither competitor gaining a significant advantage. Action spilled outside the ring on several occasions, and both men tested the limits of referee Joe Kopasz, but he allowed the match to continue in hopes that the issue could be settled inside the ring. Ultimately, it was Savage who took control, slamming Bad News against the ring steps, then rolling him back into the ring and scoring with the flying elbow drop to end the match decisively! Lance Russell: Congratulations to the Macho Man! We wish Macho and Liz all the best as they head out on the road with the National Heavyweight Championship. That’s quite a comeback for a man who was returning from a serious injury at the hands of Batista. That match against Coage capped off an outstanding night of action here in Youngstown. Congratulations are also in order for the new Midwest Heavyweight Champion, Big John Studd. There was certainly some intrigue at the end of that match, and I will look forward to seeing Daniels square off against Studd in the rematch, perhaps on a more even playing field. Fans, we thank you for joining us here from Youngstown tonight. Be sure to be with us in Richfield, Ohio, this Monday night for our next episode of Adrenaline. Our main event will be the exciting showdown for the Heartland Heavyweight Championship as the new champion, BRET “HITMAN” HART, takes on his nemesis, STING! Until then, for Lillian Garcia and Mark Madden, this is Lance Russell signing off and saying, God bless and we’ll see you at the matches!

NWA Heartland Card #27 Richfield Coliseum, Richfield, Ohio January 29, 2007 Lance Russell: Good evening, fans of the Heartland, and welcome to our latest installment of Monday Night Adrenaline! This is Lance Russell coming to you live from the Richfield Coliseum in Richfield, Ohio with another exciting night of action. Our main event tonight will be a title match, for the NWA Heartland Heavyweight Championship as the new champion, BRET “THE HITMAN” HART, defends his title against his heated rival, STING! We also have five outstanding preliminary matches in store, so let’s head to the ring for the action! BRADSHAW pinned RICK STEINERFacing the possibility of a career-ending flaming tables match against Delirious in just four days, the big Texan Bradshaw came out with a vengeance. He seemed to be impervious to anything Steiner had to offer, then took control of the contest by smashing Steiner into a table at ringside. This brought Delirious from the locker room to ringside, but Bradshaw refused to be distracted. Bradshaw delivered not one, but two of his patented clotheslines from hell and pinned Steiner decisively, glaring at Delirious as referee Danny Davis raised his arm in victory. Mark Madden: Very impressive! This Delirious character has no idea what he is in for Friday night. The flaming tables match is one that can be a career killer- just ask Mick Foley. Bradshaw looks focused and should be able to finally put a finish to that nitwit. Next up, a special announcement from our good friend BUFF BAGWELL.The arena sound system plays the tune “Big Time” by Peter Gabriel as Bagwell struts across the stage and picks up the microphone.Bagwell: Ladies and gentlemen, it’s me, Mr. Big Time, here tonight with a special presentation. Now that Macho Man and Miss Elizabeth have moved on, it’s time for me to make my move. I am proud to announce that I have hired a new manager. She’s taller. She’s sexier. She’s more aggressive. She’s more woman than any of you two-bit Clevelanders could ever imagine. Please say hello to the classiest lady in the Heartland, SO CAL VAL!So Cal Val struts to the stage to the sounds of “Rich Girl” by Gwen Stefani. Bagwell takes her by the hand and twirls her around as she flashes a smile to the crowd and takes the microphone. Val: Oooooo, baby! Hello, Richfield, my name is So Cal Val and I’m the gal that the boys wanna be with! I am soooo happy that Mr. Big Time has brought me here. But I am not finished! Mr. Big Time needs a new tag team partner. But Val will not settle for any ordinary schmoe- it will only be the best for me and my guy! Any of you boys in the back- if you want to be one of Val’s Pals, then show me your stuff! But be warned- I don’t impress easily! BUFF BAGWELL (w/ SO CAL VAL) pinned MATT SYDALThe athletic newcomer Sydal started this match quickly, getting Bagwell down with the corner lariat, then nailing him with the Sydal Press! Anxious to impress the fans, and the lovely So Cal Val, Sydal lost focus and began showboating for Val. Bagwell recovered and reversed the momentum, drilling Sydal with an array of power moves, leading to the pinfall after a double-arm DDT. Mark Madden: Tough break, kid. Sydal is a good-looking athlete, but he made an obvious rookie mistake in that match. Looks like Val needs to look elsewhere for a new pal. AJ STYLES pinned BJ WHITMERStyles was in top form against a formidable cruiserweight foe. Whitmer tried to slow the pace of the match and keep Styles on the mat, but AJ was too quick and too athletic. Styles twice nailed the Pele kick and won impressively with a springboard 450 splash. Lance Russell: Styles continues to perform at a high level as we head to intermission. Be sure to check out the concession stand and souvenir table while we are away! Tonight’s special is our cut rate Cleveland Browns Super Bowl memorabilia. Get it while it’s hot! ***INTERMISSION***HEART AND SOUL (CM PUNK & SHELTON BENJAMIN) defeated THE HART ATTACK (PETEY WILLIAMS & RICK RUDE)In a whirlwind match, Punk took control over Rude and forced him to tap out to the Anaconda Vice in under two minutes! THE KINGS OF WRESTLING (CHRIS HERO & CLAUDIO CASTAGNOLI) defeated THE ACOLYTE PROTECTION AGENCY (BRADSHAW & RON SIMMONS)Second verse, same as the first! In another quick and stunning decision, the Kings ambushed Simmons with a monkey flip into a spear combination, stunning him and setting him up for Claudio’s Swi$$ Sleeperholding and a KO! Bradshaw was clearly distracted in this match as the events took place too quickly for him to react and rescue his partner. Mark Madden: Not such a great night for tag team competition. I don’t think we saw a tag in either match! That was a nice combo by the Kings. It’s impressive for a new team to be able to put away a tough guy like Simmons in such a dominant fashion. But now it’s time for the match we’ve been waiting for all night- the Heartland Heavyweight Title! Introducing first, the challenger, from Venice Beach, California, weighing in at 259 pounds, a member of the Soldiers of the Covenant, ladies and gentlemen, this is STING!And his opponent is your NWA Heartland Heavyweight Champion. Weighing in at 235 pounds and hailing from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, he is the leader of the Hart Attack, BRET “THE HITMAN” HART!MAIN EVENT: NWA HEARTLAND HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP STING defeated BRET “HITMAN” HART by submission to capture the Heartland Championship! The Stinger came after his rival with fury in a surprising aerial assault. Sting took control early with a flying bulldog and nailed Hart with a deathjump. Sensing his idol in trouble, PETEY WILLIAMS came to ringside, but SHAWN MICHAELS quickly arrived on the scene to intercept Petey and a brawl erupted outside the ring. Not to be denied, Sting kept on the attack, catching Hart with a dynamic Stinger Splash and wrapping him up in the Scorpion Deathlock! Hart struggled, but could not reach the ropes as Michaels continued to hold Williams at bay. Hart refused to tap out, but Joe Kopasz lifted the arm and watched it fall three times, then called for the bell! Lillian Garcia: Ladies and gentlemen, your winner, and the new Heartland Heavyweight Champion, STING!Lance Russell: Oh, my goodness! We have a new Heartland Heavyweight Champion! Congratulations to Sting for an exciting victory over Bret Hart. Sting is celebrating now with the championship belt as Shawn Michaels and Nikita Koloff join him in the ring. The issues between Sting and Hart are far from settled, but on this night it is the Stinger’s time to rejoice. What a special night for the Stinger, and for all the Heartland fans who had the privilege of witnessing this incredible match. We hope you will join us on Friday night for an exciting telecast featuring two heated grudge matches. PETEY WILLIAMS and SHAWN MICHAELS will square off in a grudge match, and in our main event we will see a bizarre situation come to a head in a flaming tables match between DELIRIOUS and BRADSHAW. Don’t you dare miss it! Until then, for Lillian Garcia and Mark Madden, this is Lance Russell signing off and saying, God bless and we’ll see you at the matches!
