splattercat, you're trying to stir up trouble beyond what any other member has. How many of your 44 posts have been a negative response to a member of this forum? 40 or so? Wow...knapic takes a shot at me from out of nowhere...That's cool...it's to be expected...That is if he had anything to do with what I was saying...But I'll let it go, I have no interest in being baited...For the record, I've never taken a shot at anyone...Raise your hand if I hate you... I think he was just pointing out, Tommy, thats its supicious that someone who's only been a part of these forums for a WEEK is so involved in bashing Swarm and the others. You're right that post count doesn't mean anything, but I see his point. Again...Bashing..? Have I called anyone names..? Have I Burned anyone..? have I said Swarm is an a****le..? Have I said Joe is an as*****..? have I said either of them are wrong..? I didn't take it upon myself to "investigate" anyone....Names were mentioned and I wanted facts before I voiced my opinion...Imagine how foolish I would have looked if I started throwing out names and accusations without backing myself up...Now...Did I state a fact that was out of line (getting to that Tommy*  )..? Is there something that I've said that Joe and Swarm should be ashamed of..? Joe, I never once accused you of TNA hating...You've said some great things about the promotion and have contributed to the discussions as well...You even praised my objective view of the whole WWE vs. TNA debate...Thanks for noticing... I'm not going to get into specifics here, but if you would like me to I can...Early in my joining of this discussion, someone brought up names including yours, Swarm's and someone elses...They also mentioned the TNA boards being a site of much fighting...So I went to the TNA boards, found a random thread and started reading...THAT'S where I got all my info about what's going on...And my interest in this aside (which has grown since my first two immediate "fixes" to the problem) none of you so far has said anything to prove me wrong... Now Tommy*...Indeed I may have used your quote out of context and I'll go back and reword my whole point if you ask it...But the point is, from what I've seen in the TNA boards, Swarm hates TNA...Saying "AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels are great, too bad the company isn't using them properly" is not praise...That's praise to the wrestlers, not to the product...If you want I can throw out a half dozen other references of him dissing TNA or saying "WWE is better than TNA" Now, Knapic...Did I just diss Swarm, by stating a fact backed up by his words..? No, I stated a fact and backed it up using his own words...If he takes offense to what I said, (and jusging by his responses, that seem higly unlikely) then perhaps in the future he should word his TNA observations in a less hateful way...Maybe...JUST maybe, this discussion will be null and void as a result... |

How was that bashing?! I was telling Tommy what Joe said. You have to be tafkaga... the odds of two people having the same lack of sense and the same victim mentality are astronomical.

God this is getting annoying. The victim mentality is spot on knapik. Though there is no ignore button, there are a few member going on my personal ignore list. I like my whining and crying to come from my cowardly heels...not my peer group.

Oh my God, I was just thinking that..!! That's hilarious...!! I actually walked into the next room and it hit me..."I wonder if Knapic thinks I'm Tafkaga..." But then I thought ,"Nah, there's no way..."
Okay yeah, you found me out...I'm tafkaga...I recently moved to Canada, changed my opinions about wrestling, nay, my entire mindset, not to mention my typing style, just so I could pull one over on Swarm...I'm so smart...
This is the only shot I'm going to take at you Knapic...Use your head, and check the evidence before you go shooting your mouth off...

Want to bash me on the Suggestions board in front of the mods..? Haha, this thread is interesting -- I see what the stir about. Not going to waste my time reading every post since it seems pretty much like the same 2 people repeating the same drivel over and over. I'm curious though why people are still fighting when the two guys who this thread was about are not even involved in it anymore. Seems like some people are just here to pour lemon juice on the wound -- not very mature. How about we don't start on accusing people of being someone else either -- let the moderator check IP addresses if its really an issue. I would suggest everyone follow their advice and just leave this alone. This may be the most interesting thread on the forum right now -- doesn't mean it's going anywhere or that the community is any better off for it.

Just for the record, and this will be the last minute I spend on this thread: I don't think I'm better than anyone, and I would go as far to say I doubt many people here do at all. However, when I see people saying stupid things, I feel this... URGE to jump in and call them on their crap. Maybe that's a weakness in me that I should work on. In the meantime, help me out by not saying stupid things and tempting me to jump off the wagon and come a-knockin' again.
Post count doesn't matter... this is true. However, when people like Joe, Swarm, Gatekeeper, offspring, etc. who have been contributing here for a long time are talked about in a negative context.... by someone who just joined the board? It's annoying. especially when that person is so off the mark.

Now...Did I just burn the WWE..? did I saw WWE is crap and it only has a year to live...? Did I diss (almost)every member of it's roster...? Did I say "who wants to watch Triple H as champion again..? THat guy sucks, I can't see how anyone could like him"..? No I didn't...Did I slam the people who liked the show..? No... Before you say it, Madacapa's "enthusiasm" for the Spirit Squad winning the belts looked no more caked on then Canadian Pittbull's "enthusiasm" for TNA, so I didn't take it any more seriously than Joe and whoever took Pittbull's...Did I burn him for it..? No...I disagreed with his analogy that their finisher would have a +5 rating...AND, I even went on to explain why...I don't see that much... |

Just an observation here so take it for what its worth -- but Knapik you seem to be taking a lot of cheap shots here. Doesn't matter what a guy's post count is (just look at mine) they still have the same ability as you to read, comprehend, and formulate opinions. I didn't read anything about there being a seniority rule when I joined. When I read splatter's posts I am not detecting the same degree of hostility that I am from yours. I think you guys should both step away and think about what you hope to take away from this exchange. If this game community is separated in hostile factions -- tell me now so I don't waste my time here, because that's what it looks like. It's just dumb guys -- just because its the internet doesn't mean you should fuss like siblings.

Well Chang, in short, I didn't say anything stupid...I expanded on ideas laid out by others and then defended myself, not my posts, from an accusation that I was "trying to stir up trouble beyond what any other member has." Go back and read the first two pages of this thread, and ask me if anyone can really top Swarm and Tafkaga...
I'm not the person to say this, but someone has to...maybe they both should have been banned/suspended when that whole thing got out of control...Take offense if you will, it's in the past, and as I said a few times now, I don't know swarm, or anyone on here...If I got banned for what I've said on here, I'd understand...I wouldn't agree, but I'd understand...And I'd move on...
but you know what, you're right...maybe I haven't been on here long enough to voice my opinion in here...I'm out too...Seeya around Knapik...

Those who want to understand will understand and those who don't will not. People hear what they want to -- was just saying there's really no point, unless you want to take over where tafaka and swarm left off. |
