These are interesting times for TNA. The weekly averages are slightly up for Impact since getting the new time slot...but they don't get paid on ad revenue...they get paid on their PPV Buys...which are DOWN over the last several months since the first Fat Joe/Angle match. So slightly more people are watching while less are buying...and with all the new signings and big name re-ups...they are bringing in less revenue to cover their expenses. Only Spike TV seems to be winning from this deal. Will this PPV signal a turn around in their fortunes...or a further decline? Hype Video

Apparently TNA feels that having their best wrestlers appear on PPV is counter-productive to what they are trying to accomplish, which is to create a totally worthless product.

And I think they are giving him a new gimmick as well, since he reportedly was growing his hair out at his last ROH show (as much as he can with his limited hair follicles). Apparently the Fallen Angel gimmick is going to be a thing of the past. Maybe they can make him a fireman or hobo or something else not worthy of such a talented performer.

Apparently the Fallen Angel gimmick is going to be a thing of the past. '( Makes NO sense. Why take one of your best wrestlers, a guy who is popular with the fans, who has a cool gimmick and change it? What ever happened to "if it aint broke, don't fix it." And can someone please explain exactly why A.J. Styles and Rhino hate each other so much that they are fighting on what seems like the 500th Pay-Per-View in a row. Is this the biggest non-feud in wrestling? At one point I was one of the biggest TNA fans there was. I collected the action figures and bought the six-sided ring. But the current product make NO sense to me.

I hope that they give the belt to Joe since they made him leave ROH, but that may make too much sense for TNA.
Why do LAX fight at every PPV, but usually in non-title matches? WTF?
i'll be reading the results tonight, but not paying for the event...as usual.

Terrible PPV so far. This card is almost as crappy as a Memphis show. At least negative 4 stars right now. Main Event up next.

Fat Joe loses when Christian puts his feet on the ropes and pins him. Bad match. Bad show. Terrible as usual.

You calling it a bad show is sort of unnecessary. You already knew that before it even started. Just all the WWE ppvs are "awesome" automatically.

The only match I really like was Joe v. Angle, but the ending sucked IMO.

I heard there were "Fire Russo" chants during the Sting Vs Abyss match. I hope management follows that advice.

I really wish they would. I really dug TNA a few months ago even, it's painful to see the stupid storylines and cheesy match gimmicks week to week.
