Look at the fist directly above Cyclopes' head and a hair to the right. I think it's probably meant to be Spider-girl. AH yes! You are correct on that! Deadpool is a few rows in back of Spidey.

Unless my eyes are playing tricks on me (I was staring for a long while looking for Adam Warlock...Didn't find him ) I see two Dr. Strange's...One is the topmost figure directly above Mr. Fantastic's head...The other one is...not Dr. Strange...That's Gladiator (on the Sentinel's left shoulder)... ;D Oops.... Oh well, big Gladiator fan, glad to see him in there

Law enforcement is a pretty technical thing too. Most of the villains caught would never see prison because the capturing hero most certainly violated their constitutional rights at some point. Plus said hero probably isn't showing up in court to testify. So how much good are they really doing if the bad guys are just getting right out because of the heroes? Well, private citizens aren't bound by the same restrictions that the police and other government agencies are. Now the heroes might be guilty of trespassing when they sneak into the villian's hideout, but they aren't violating anyone's Fourth Amendment rights.... unless they're a member of a federal agency- which SHIELD is. Ironically, registration might complicate super-heroing a lot more than a lack of registration (since the feds ultimately have to pick up the tab on damages in either case).

I hear Marvel's brining Howard the Duck into the Civil War storyline. Oh Jeez . . . . . . Whose next? Obnoxio the Clown?

Just bought the newest issue of Civil War (4?) and I like where they are going with this thing. Granted, they may have no clue what to do once this is over (although I'm sure it has something to do with the Hulk's return) but I'm into what they're doing today.

Forget Hulk's return (I can't believe I just said that!), how about the return of that other guy at the end of issue #3?! Didn't see that one coming! And he's with the Pro-Res side! What's next?! Big Time

SPOILERS!!!
I just read #4 and I have mixed feelings about it. I think it's dramatic to have a death of a character in a major storyline like Civil War, but they took the easy way out and had a clone of Thor be responsible. An accidental death in combat might have been better involving the real people. This issue really makes Reed Richards look bad, first creating a "defective" Thor clone and then siding with villains (at the end) to fight the rebels. It won't be easy for me to see guys like Reed and Iron Man the same way again, they're so obviously on the wrong side and doing the wrong things.
I'll keep reading. It's a major event and I want to see how it plays out. There are tons of great possibilities.

I honestly knew that the real Thor would never sign up for the registration. An arrogant god like Thor would never want to be fettered and told what to do by some peon human government guy. I figured that he was duped bu Iron Man, but now the clone thing makes sense.

Reed and Tony pushed the envelope using the old "the ends justify the means" theory. Ultimately, the two of them are responsible for the tragedy just as much as if they had struck the critical blow themselves. It will be interesting to see the effect that this has on Reed, but I think that Tony is a lost cause, at least until he realizes that he's being played- which I assume will happen at some point.

why do the Marvel editors hate Tony Stark so.. didn't they massacre his character enough with the Crossing/Timeslide/Iron Boy a few years back

I just want to point out that Cival War is being skipped for a month letting its finale be on par with Planet Hulk finale in Feb. I smell a government arsewhuppin. That is all.

I finally sat down with #4. Pretty good. I'm glad they finally showed Captain America in a bad light. It's been really one sided so far so hopefully the next couple of issues start to make things a little more even again.

I recently picked up all 5 of these on ebay, and I must say that I was impressed with this arc. It's something that brought me back to comics, at least for now, and I can't wait for the other 2 issues and don't want to see this end. I hope something good becomes of it arc wise.
