i think hes cool like his coming in the air tonight song Yep, one of my all time favorite moments in "Family Guy" is when Stewie gets sucked into the tv by the poltergeist and, instead of panicking, proceeds to sing "In the Air Tonight" by Phil Collins. Just plain awesome.

Born in 1976, here is my top five:
1. Ween "The Mollusk" - perfect from start to finish 2. Pink Floyd "The Wall" - I obviously like concept albums, and would put Dark Side of the Moon here if not for it being made before I was born. 3. Radiohead "OK Computer" - still blows me away each time 4. Pavement "Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain" - their masterpiece 5. The Pixies "Doolittle" - still remember where I was the first time I heard it
Really cool to see what other promoters are listening to. It's funny that I always liked Pearl Jam's "Vs." and Nirvana's "In Utero" better than "Ten" and "Nevermind", although the latter are more historically significant. Also, it's too bad that The Beatles are off the table for me given when I was born, as they would drastically change my list.

My personal top 5 Rush albums: 1) Power Windows 2) Counterparts 3) Moving Pictures 4) Roll the Bones 5) Signals (for the keyboard freak in me) Oh, I could go on... EDIT: And yes, I own them all, at least the studio albums. Missing a couple live ones. Sweet! I didn't know there were so many other Rush fans around

To narrow down the top 5 albums of your lifetime is REALLY hard when you are in your 30s No particular order: 1. "The Real Thing"- Faith No More 2. "And Justice For All"-Metallica 3. "Seasons In The Abyss"-Slayer 4. "Appetite For Destruction"-Guns & Roses 5. "More Than You Think You Are"-Matchbox 20 Kind of scary; the same list that has Slayer and Faith No More has Matchbox in it

I know a lot of people think And Justice is the best Metallica album, but lets face it, Ride the Lightening is more thrash and thee album, along with Reign in Blood that almost all Metal bands can be judged by. Justice was heavier and more pregressive, but it lacked the intesity that made Ride one of the greatest metal albums of all time.
If you told me Master of Puppets was better I'd at least listen to your arguement..but Justice for me falls short of MOP and RtL.

In no particular order:
Faith No More - Angel Dust - The first legit album I got into. I made my mom buy it for me and she never noticed the parental advisory sticker on it. From top to bottom I love this especially Midlife Crisis and A Small Victory.
Pearl Jam - Ten - For me this started grunge. One of the very few albums that I can play and I still remember what it felt like to be in middle school. I remember seeing the video for Jeremy and being blown away.
Korn - Korn - Started a whole new generation of bands. Also the first concert I saw at Bogarts in Cincinnati and it didn't sell out. So much anger in this album.
Stone Temple Pilots - Core - Another album that reminds me of being in middle school. I will always love Plush and Crackerman.
Tool - Aenima - Still one of my favorite bands that puts out killer albums. It just has so many good songs: H, Aenima, Forty Six and 2, etc.
Ecclectic but it's what I love.
Other albums up for consideration:
System of a Down - System of a Down
Rush - Roll the Bones
Bad Religion - Stranger then Fiction
Oasis - Moring Glory
