If you have the patience and are not put off by 2D graphics then yes.

Abso-friggin'-lutely. No other wrestling game like it, graphics be damned. I would be interested in this game. When does ir come out? When the publisher officially announced that they were bringing it stateside, they said that it would be out for the holiday season this year.

I haven't played Fire Pro since D for Dreamcast.
But any game where I beat the snot of Petey Williams with Karl Gotch is a must play.

Yeah I realized you were talking about Pro, Jamie. That's so damn amazing about the Florida Bros. and Sasake joining them! What other sorts of events happen?!

Yeah I realized you were talking about Pro, Jamie. That's so damn amazing about the Florida Bros. and Sasake joining them! What other sorts of events happen?! That's the only alteration to the card I've got. Another match had one of my guys turned gold for some reason. It's meant to mean something but none of the guides I have mention it and if one of the matches is good enough (gets a 90% or higher rating) it gets highly praised by the wrestling media. I got 93% for Misawa & Kobashi against Yuji Nagata and Jushin Lyger. The game is now available for pre-order on Amazon for $15 and is being shipped for 27th November.

I have a bunch of FAQ's from the GBA version that I was looking at yesterday. I'm trying to get ideas so I can create some of my favorites from LOW:
Kowalski Lewis Frank Gotch The Crusher Dan Severn Ox Baker George Hackenschmidt (can't figure out his style yet) Hodge
Take care,
Jay

FPR is the second best wrestling game ever. King of Colosseum 2 is the best, hands down. Matches play out so much more realistically.

EB Games says November 13th, but I have a feeling the 27th is the real release date.
Take care,

ordered mine last week. I hope they keep the cage (in the mma fights) and keep and the Pride and MMA edits (rampage, fedor, etc).

They should have no problem with the cage since, if I remember correctly, their cage has 10 sides. The Pride edits are another story. At the very least their heads would probably stay in so you would be able to create them.

My understanding (from the Fire Pro Club) is nothing has been change been changed accept the text is now in English, but we have not gotten that 100% confirmed.
Understand that a pure translation would not use any real names, as Fire Pro has always used made up names for it's wrestlers who represent but are slightly different from their real world counterparts.
Antonio Inoki = Victory Musashi Vader = Saber Sting = The Spike
and so on.
