Okay, I'm a TNA fan but this is just bad. . . Two different 6 man tag matches that manage to feature all of the y chromosome baring title holders so the only gold on the line is the Woman's belt. . . A gimmick battle royal (it's been nearly 2 months since they last had one) and a thumbtack match. That's the card. Is there some sort of curse on PPVs in the first week of December? Last year it was December to Dismember, and now there's this junk.

TWO 6-man tags? 1 Title match and it's for the womens belt? The only match that somewhat excites me is the Feist or Famine battle royal with the briefcases with contracts/pink slip. But overall this looks super sad. Nonetheless I'll go because it's FREEEEE!!! Slymm P.S. TNA needs to hire some of the guys on here as bookers, as most of these LOW feds are much more compelling than TNA.

the gimmick battle royal seems interesting but fresh of the heels of the reverse battle royal I cant see it making much of a mark.

Sure makes those titles meaningful when you can RANDOMLY win a shot at them or get fired, depending on which case you choose. I just don't get it.
So many talented performers, and still mind-numbingly ridiculous.

When did a "random" wrestler win a title match at Survivor Series? I have heard of the Royal Rumble. I have heard of Money in the Bank. Not sure if either of those are what you meant.

It was meant to be Stone Cold Vs Triple H Vs The Rock but Rikishi ran over Austin. The Big Show became the last minute replacement and won the title. That Wikipedia sure does come in handy.

I loved that Survivor Series! The Bossman/Big Show feud, which is pretty much universally despised (I think observer named it the worst feud of the year), was one of my absolute favorite. Anyway, Royal Rumble would be a better comparison to the Turning Point event.

OK< so with a roster full of missused tallent anyway they are going to have a battle royal where you could, possibly, get FIRED?! Who the **** came up with that and why the **** would anyone want to participate?!

In code it would look like this If(StupidIDea == true) { booker = "vince russo"; }

Well the upside is that there's a possibility Scott Steiner or BG James will get fired. Of course this means the one that doesn't get fired gets a title shot, so it's a very faint silver lining at best.
Of course, it's far more likely that it's Petey Williams or Senshi that gets canned.

So Scott Hall no showed and Joe cut a promo saying that TNA has the talent to rely on rather than hasbeens like Hall and Nash. Then he proceeds to pick Eric Young as his tag partner. What the ****?!?

I'd rather be a has been like Hall than a never will be anything like Eric Young.
Even so, glad I didn't bother with this PPV either. Sounded like a mess.

His persona is horrible -- the bumbling, moron face -- and he's not exactly a trailblazer in the ring. I've never understood the slightest appeal in Eric Young.

He does have talent, he even got to display it a few times when he was part of Team Canada. I think that's where he developed most of the fan appeal that caused TNA to turn him face. Of course then he -wasn't- a bumbler. Sure he wasn't the brightest bulb in the drawer but when he stepped into the ring he got the job done.
Of course that's just speculation on my part, I could be wrong.
That said, I'd still rather have Eric Young as a tag team partner rather then the Drunk Guy.
