Why is Ron "the Truth" Killings teaming with James Storm? When did Killings turn heel?
I would like to see Jay Lethal win the X division title because every week he cracks me up. "Snake Roberts ruined my wedding"!

That is a puzzle of a team-up, Killings and Storm...
I'm liking this pay-per-view, should be interesting to see who the FIFTH wrestler will be, it has been said from fans who took in the fanfest Jarrett was not there and he will not be at the ppv... he will have a video segment thanking the fans for their support. If this is true who will be the FIFTH wrestler...?
I'll be watching this ppv...

My hunch is that Abyss will be the fifth man.

Let's hope Sting Vs Chris Daniels won't have much shenanigans involved.

JJ is the 5th man and he will win the belt.

JJ is the 5th man and he will win the belt. That would be horrible. Predictable, but horrible.

I know its not contractually possible, but how cool would it be if RVD was the 5th guy, and he won the belt...
THAT would get people talking at least.

Chris Friggin Harris. You got to be kidding me. I've said it before and I'll say it again: TNA, it's Craptastic. Happy, Crappiversery TNA.
Glad I didn't rent this crap.

I know I'll take HEAT for this, but here goes...
2007 has seen some really bad ppv's from TNA and some okey ppv's from TNA, tonight they delivered a EXCELLENT pay-per-view in SlammiVersary! Even the Frank Wycheck and Jerry Lynn vs. “Cowboy” James Storm & Ron “The Truth” Killings match was not bad, we've seen worse. I know there are people who are ticked that SAMOA JOE did not get the title, and KURT ANGLE did... ANGLE will pass the title to JOE from what happened at the end of the KotM Match. Speaking of the KotM Match, this was better then last years and it had me on the edge of my seat at times. ROAD WARRIOR ANIMAL teams with RICK STEINER, I called it! Glad to see him in the ring and maybe he'll be signed on for awhile. Jay Lethal gets a run with the X-Division Title, I like it! Looks like Sabin and Shelley will be tag teaming next... that will be good. Overall I was very pleased with this years SlammiVersary, TNA needs to stay the course and continue to deliver a product like they just did. As above, TNA in 2007 has delivered BAD cards and now they can change that by keeping the SlammiVersary success going.
Jeff Jarrett... THANK YOU JEFF and JILL!

I'm not suddenly turning into a blind TNA mark, but c'mon....everybody whiners about TNA not pushing the homegrown younger guys. People predict Jarrett is going to be the 5th man. So finally one of the younger guys, who isn't exactly a world beater, but he HAS put on some great matches of late, gets unexpectedly put in the main event. I don't see a thing wrong with Chris Harris getting in there. I would have rather seen Abyss or Daniels or one of the better ones....but hey, it wasn't Jarrett. The PPV sounded pretty darn decent. If your worlds revolve around WWE and TNA can do no right, then stick with what you enjoy. I think TNA has been a colossal disappointment for the past 3/4 year, but that doesn't mean everything they do is crap.

I didn't watch it so can't fully judge but the play by play I was reading up until the KoTM match was that the matches sucked and they were all short. Plus, how do you build up a mystery guy and have it be Chris Harris.
I'd bet good money that TNA was negotiating to have it be Jericho and when that failed they had no other options.

TNA claimed its place as the worst fed ever with Slammi-suckery tonight.
Ok so Abyss and Tomko go flying off the lighting grid (?) into.............cardboard boxes!
You gotta be friggin kidding me.
How about painting those things black to match the blanket that was covering them? At least give us the illusion that they landed in something that might've actually hurt.
Big hoopla about Rick Steiner's tag partner, Animal. Yay.
Two - almost 50 yr. old guys, going against two - 40 somethings for the tag belts. This is the best TNA has to offer? WWE re-treads. This might've been the worst match I've ever seen.
Why is Kevin Nash still on TNA? Oh yeah, because he used to be in WWE.
Sting buries Daniels. Yet again, young guns not going over because the old WWE or WCW re-treads need to win. Pathetic.
They make this huge deal about the 5th guy and it's Chris Harris? Basically no crowd reaction. Then 2 of the guys in the match never qualify to win.
And who are those 2 guys? Joe and AJ Styles! The 2 guys who should have the best chance at winning the match.
So Angle and CC go up the ladder and Harris, instead of knocking them both off the ladder, only hits CC. Then Angle wins.
Angle had the belt to begin with!! Why not just let him hang onto the belt and fight the winner of this KOTM match (obviously make it another kind of match) at the next PPV.
Then instead of building up Harris to challenge Angle (Angle doesn't win w/o Harris nailing CC) they put Joe back in the ring and extends a handshake, but Angle, playing like a heel, kicks him -- but the crowd cheers.
I will never watch TNA again as they obviously don't want their best young guys to ever win a big match and keep putting over the already established guys week after week.
They suck.

Either that.....and it would be lame, I grant you....they were simply building it up because people would naturally suspect a Jericho or RVD or even Sabu.
They seem to like pulling that, what with the phone polls you can take and they throw names like "Goldberg" or "Jericho" in there.

I'm not suddenly turning into a blind TNA mark, but c'mon.... Apparently you are. Harris is not main event. Daniels would've been main event. Sting is main event. Abyss is main event. Heck, even Ron Killings is(EDIT - was) main event. I'm telling you. They had something big planned. Harris was booked in a match and pulled out of it mid day today. If they really wanted Harris to be the mystery man he would've been off of TV so he would be forgotten which wouldn't have been hard since he's Chris Harris.

I just think Harris and Storm have put on some great shows of late and either one is worthy of some elevation. Would a Jericho be better? Hell friggin' yeah. And I'm not about to diss your theory -- although my gut feeling is that they never had anyone like Jericho or RVD locked up but wanted people to tune in thinking it might happen. TNA is still TNA and doesn't hold a candle to the E. Maybe I'm overreacting....but I do like some of the guys on that roster and think that alone is worth watching it.

Plus, didn't Harris LOSE his chance during a qualifying match when he and Storm got counted out?
Why does he get a shot?
Makes no sense.
And yes, TNA is worse than the MTV fed because TNA has guys in their fed who could be really good, but they can't build angles at all and they have too many old guys, who always bury the young ones.
The WSX had nobody.
