Maybe I'm overreacting....but I do like some of the guys on that roster and think that alone is worth watching it. Yes, you like the guys a lot of us like. The guys that keep getting buried - Joe, Styles, and Daniels. |

Perhaps reaffirming that I'm no TNA mark, I don't have the passion or compelling points to argue this  I guess I just thought the Harris thing was OK. My money was on Abyss, but apparently they wanted him and Tomko one-on-one. |

I don't get Tomko even being around, except for the goofy on-off stuff with Christian. I wasn't watching wrestling when Tomko was in the WWE, so I hadn't even heard of him before TNA....and while he seems like maybe he'd be capable of a halfway decent match, he -- like a lot of other guys there -- sure doesn't seem to wrestle much. At least he exerts just a wee bit more effort than Kevin Nash, I suppose. |

I don't know ... TNA is just missing something. Despite what anyone may say I think they have better talent. I would take STING, Christian, Angle, AJ, Christopher Daniels and Samoa Joe over Cena, Triple H, HBK, Lashley, Edge and Carlito ... ANY DAY. Before you say blasphemy or yell at me or whatever, I think BOTH feds are horribly managing talent. WWE is doing better. I don't know how to put it with TNA. I got tonights PPV because I was excited about it. I liked all the matches but nothing said I need to watch next week. There is nothing really going on in either fed that says I NEED TO WATCH EVERY SHOW. With TNA I like almost every guy, WWE I like the storylines but I really can't stand most of the guys Vince is pushing. Cena is ok but there making him too Hoganish. I hate Lashley and Triple H. I'm wondering why Masters and Carlito aren't being pushed more. Edge is awesome and is my hero.
I don't know. I miss the days of the Rock and Stone Cold. Every episode was can't miss. TNA needs that. WWE needs that. I guess WWE is slightly better right now, but I don't think either is really that good right now.

WWE
- I like Cena, he's ok
- I don't like Triple H. He's not a bad wrestler but I just don't like watching him. He doesn't excite me unless Stephanie is with him.
- Lashley is horrible, they need to get rid of him.
- HBK ... well I don't know what to say about HBK. He's a good guy, good wrestler but I'd rather see him on Smackdown or developing up and coming talent.
- Carlito needs to be pushed, but I can't see him as World champ.
- Edge is my hero, I miss Lita, but again Edge is my hero. Probably my third favorite wrestler right now.
TNA
- Samoa Joe is weird but he would kill any of the five above mentioned guys except maybe HBK.
- AJ Styles is the weak link, but yet is PHENOMENAL.
- STING is in the top five wrestlers all time (Bret Hart, Perfect, Flair and Dibiase).
- ANGLE is arguably the best wrestler of this generation.
- Chris Daniels is becoming my new fav wrestler. Why can't he be TNA champ???
- Christian IS my favorite right now, if he had a little better arsenal I think he could be one of the greatest ever.

I've watched wrestling since 1983, my grandma is one of the biggest wrestling fans ever. I don't think EITHER show right now is that compelling. TNA I think has the talent and should be beating WWE. I'm not saying WWE has bad talent I am just saying TNA is right there. I'm glad Triple H and HBK are out right now, but WWE should be pushing the talent right now and not having someone like Kali fight Cena. I think Booker T and Cena could be awesome!!! I AM TOTALLY FORGETTING CENA/KENNEDY!!!!!!!!!! Kennedy is awesome! WWE needs to develop this kid.
But I mean right now theres some italian guy as Intercontinental champ. I don't know him, why should he be champ? Umaga is dumb. Why not give the title to Masters???

He's not getting a better aresenal. Top ten TAG team wrestler of all time. Won't come close to cracking the top 50 or making the Hall of Fame. |

Don't mind Havoc and Swarm, Deus, in case you haven't looked back that far, neither of them are TNA's biggest fans.
I don't think TNA has as as much talent as WWE's THREE shows, but I think it stacks up fine against any one of them... the booking just makes so little sense it sucks all the life out of it...
Why would Sting go over Daniels? I wish they'd let these guys go back to RoH is there's just gonna job them out over and over again.

After watching that PPV last night, I don't see how ANYONE who knows anything about wrestling can think that TNA is better than WWE.
The guys they should be pushing, they don't and you know TNA just waits around to sign anyone Vince lets go.
It's weak and sad. They obviously don't trust their young guys because they never put the titles on them.
All Vince does is push young guys, or guys who haven't got their "run" yet.

I'd definitely rank Sting in the top ten of all time, but it's undeniable that Sting of today is nowhere near as good as HBK of today. Granted, I think Sting is a few years older....but still.
With that said, WWE is WAY WAY better than TNA. It's hard to deny that. Even the guys who are really talented over there aren't being used to their fullest. I would imagine an AJ Styles would be 20x better in WWE.

For the record, in 2003 PWI ranked Shawn #10 all-time and Sting #15 all-time.

I was looking at the post again, and Deus didn't say he thought TNA was better, he said they SHOULD be close, with the talent they have... I would have to agree with that, with competent booking, TNA could definately be better than ECW, and close to Smackdown. I was just trying to make sure you guys didn't scare off a guy just coming back, is all |
