Here is an excerpt clipped from WO where one of the biggest goofs in the business, BG James, cries like a little baby and plants a seed to come back to the WWE...and why? Because of the money...
hilarious.
Mentioning the last interview with the tag-team a few months back at the start of VKM, Chris brought up how the door to WWE was slammed shut in their minds, but now he wants to know point blank whether the door is open at all. "Um...yeah..you know what, yeah it is [open]," Brian hesitantly responded, "when we talked before, we [him and Kip] were just getting to get back together and it felt good and all that, you know...but it all boils down to, and it sounds so dang materialistic... the money. The job's the same. I go out and I get my segment over and if I can't do that, it's time to quit. It's all about the money, you know. I've got a broke down car sitting out front and my house notes late, so yeah, the door in my mind is open".
I wonder if Fat Joe feels the same way?

C'mon Swarm, everyone knows wrestlers don't wrestle for money.
They want a light travel schedule and being at home with their families and wrestling in a 6 sided ring.
Ohh......
Wait.........
sorry guys, I forgot that people like to eat and may actually want to go to the TOP of their chosen field, and get paid accordingly.
And not wrestle in high school gyms in front of 30 people. ;D

Here's to doing what you love AND making a living doing it!

[glow=red,2,300]WRESTLING[/glow] still exist some where I know it. I think the Briscoes (Jay and Mark from ROH) fit that description. I read a recent article about them and they are doing enough to make a living by wrestling outside of WWE and TNA.

I'm sure Joe makes a very good living doing what he does. Here's to doing what you love AND making a living doing it! While I certainly don't believe Samoa Joe is eating, B.G. James' interview does bring something up. If he is serious about the car on blocks in his front yard with late notes all over it, maybe guys in TNA aren't living as comfortably as people think they are. One has to assume that anyone with any significant track record in WWE or WCW is making more bread than anyone who has no past run with a major federation. Keeping that in mind, and with the way Joe has consistently wrestled elsewhere since joining TNA, one may have to consider the idea that he never did turn down those offers from WWE that so many speculated about. I mean, at the time he was supposedly fielding offers from Vince, he probably would have wound up in OVW anyway. That would have meant he would have had virtually no travel schedule, for a while anyway, and made good money. Louisville may not be Orlando, but they have plenty of good restaurants, which I know is a big concern for him. Just something to ponder the next time someone suggests that none of these guys want to get on in WWE.

BG James is lucky to get paid at all for doing nothing. This is true. BG James sucks. His schtick got old a long time ago.

Yeah, last I checked, a 40-ish white guy saying "Beeeotch" and stuff like that isn't cool. I'm not sure it ever was.

And not wrestle in high school gyms in front of 30 people. ;D Hey, I've wrestled in...well OK it wasn't a high school gym it was a former roller skating rink, and it wasn't in front of 30 fans...it was probably closer to 100, but the point is I had so much fun and got payed enough to make me feel like I did alright. Yeah, it wasn't huge, but it was payment. There are guys out there doing this for free. And not just the "made" guys either. I wouldn't cry at all if TNA gave me a call one day and offered me a job. And I wouldn't cry if the WWE did the same thing, even if I was with TNA at the time. It really is all about the money. Not because I'm greedy, I just want to be comfortable, not rich. But It is easier to be comfortable with a little extra in the wallet. I don't disagree with B.G. at all. Of course I don't see Vince jumping to his phone... And yes dukedave, a white guy yelling "beeothch" was never cool. Of course very little white people do is cool anymore. Big Time

It was aquinas. Now if you had confused dukedave with daytondave I would have understood. Aquinas did say something that I would have said though. Although bee-otch is not cool anymore, is Biz-notch still cool, fo shizzle.

Think about this for just a second: you with the simple minds concentrate alittle harder. Not every federation is perfect or rich. WWE guys make more than TNA guys no doubt about it, but those WWE wrestlers are stuck and can't go anywhere and have to follow whatever Vince wnats them to do. TNA wrestlers som of them suck no doubt like VKM but they are free to do what ever they want. Wrestle in ROH or in Mexico or some other indepentent show. Some times it isn't about the money and som times it is.WWE lost Kurt Angle and he appears in TNA, I don't think it is for the money, do you all.Left side a billionaire right side wrestling small company . I think you are off base a bit .
