Fair enough. But there is a big difference for attacked someone for liking TNA, and attacking someone for taking part in pasting my face on a mans face who is having sex with another man, not to mention taking part in sending bestiality pornography to my pm box.
I would imagine that would upset you too. It did me.

Okay..I have FINALLY reached the end of this post...you guys were busy today...through it all I was all ready to jump in the ring and say how TNA really doesn't suck...blah blah blah...but now that it comes time to post my opinion on TNA...well...the booking and storylines in TNA actually DO suck right now...the same could actually be said about RAW right now as well...come on..even Swarm will admit that the Trump vs. Rosie match last night was a new low for RAW...it was really bad...actually made me change the channel and keep flashing back to see if it was over.
I make an effort to watch all the shows each week...The talent level in the WWE seems better than TNA because of the storylines and the booking in my opinion. All these men are athletes doing a job...they are directed along a storyline and their matches usually tell the story and add the drama...it doesn't matter if the label says TNA or WWE..it is the same product...The difference is all in how it is presented.
Do I believe that Samoa Joe would be a superstar in the WWE? Why not? I think everyone has the capability to be in the WWE at some level..it is their work ethic and willingness to give themselves to the sport that defines them. My father who is in his late 70's has been watching wrestling since he was a kid and he has said a couple things I want to share:
1. The guts that Triple H showed in finishing his match after injury is what makes the WWE the best in the business..they were smart enough to hire men like that.
2. Remember, wrestling is a job. If you needed a job and you went into McDonalds and they told you they weren't hiring..would you give up or would you go over to Burger King, who IS hiring, and get a job there?
In my opinion these two things define exactly where wrestling is today...and it is not the wrestlers who make any promotion suck...it is the storylines...but having strong icons over long periods of time helps make a federation stronger.

Wait, wait, wait you want Icons. How about the VKM. No how about Angle, Cage, Sting, Abyss...I watch all but Smackdown on a regular basis as of late. When Eric Young gets the BIGGEST pop in the company something is wrong. Sorry Eric you maybe a great guy Who knows. TNA does suck right now. So does ECW so does Raw and Smackdown. Luckily I have a local backyard company close to me and the feared checkout guy from McDonalds as there top heel so I am all set. LMAO

But on a more serious note, if the person who I think you're talking about really did what you claim he did, then thats fucked up. That kind of stuff should get you permabanned from the enitre community. But alas, he may have a found a safe haven, swarm free where he can secretly bash you in private and have all his buddies laugh and tell him how clever he is, |

Yes, it went a little too long but it's way better than a pogo stick jumping contest between actual wrestlers.

Like Joe said, it's a vehicle to bring the real Donald Trump into the storyline. Yes, it went a little too long but it's way better than a pogo stick jumping contest between actual wrestlers. I kinda like the Nash stuff... Granted, there's been too much of it without the payoff of a match, but they are pretty funny. If this Rosie/Trump thing leads into a good angle with the real Donald Trump, I'm sure in hindsight we'll look upon it a bit more kindly. |
