I really like the whole setup with survivors getting title shots. I also like how they have to defeat the champion in a Non-Title Match if the champion also survives. Very original idea. Good job! Thanks scottilious (and also thanks to Neil). In the past I have used the same stipulations for my COTG Survivor Series PPV (but I call that one the Elimination Games). I think it really adds to the strategy during each of the elimination matches as both the champion and the challengers have different incentives to survive. It also sometimes leads to a complete shakeup of my fed as I suddenly end up with new challengers who win titles when they previously were not in the title hunt. So I always enjoy both playing out and then the aftermath of my Survivor Series PPVs.

Major League Wrestling (MLW) AWA:RAW on VEGAS TV Thursday November 30, 2006 (First Half)
Match #1: Jim Londos defeated Iron Mike DiBiase
-Before the match started, former fan-favorite and recently-turned heel Iron Mike DiBiase got on the microphone to verbally assault the crowd and tell them that he would take out all of their heroes one by one starting tonight with Jim Londos.
-Iron Mike DiBiase actually controlled most of this opening match. But the end came when Londos blocked a kick to jaw and responded with a crotch lift and slam followed by his BOSTON CRAB for the sudden victory.
Match #2: Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff (managed by Nikita Breznikov) defeated The Heart Thrashers (Brutus Beefcake and Buff Bagwell, managed by COTG's Cassandra), the Killer Bees, and Yukon Eric and Cousin Luke in a fatal four way elimination tag match to become the new #1 contenders to MLW Tag Team Champions the Vachons.
- This four way elimination tag match was held to determine a new #1 tag team contender after none of the AWA tag teams survived in their inter-promotional tag team match against 5 NWA brand tag teams at Survivor Series to clinch any of the automatic title shots awarded to the survivors.
-MLW Tag Team Champions the Vachons and their manager "Wild" Red Berry came down to ringside to provide guest commentary for this match that would determine their next challengers.
-Killer Bees were eliminated when Yukon Eric pinned Jim Brunzell via a Woodsman's Chop.
-Yukon Eric and Cousin Luke were eliminated when Buff Bagwell pinned Cousin Luke via his BUFF BLOCKBUSTER. After getting pinned, Cousin Luke rolled out of the ring but was in obvious pain. Yukon Eric came over to attend to him while the last two teams, Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff and the Heart Thrashers continued the match.
- While at ringside to help Cousin Luke regain his feet, Yukon Eric suddenly grabbed Cassandra, the Heart Thrasher's manager, and kissed her and then stuck his tongue into her mouth.
- Yukon Eric's kissing of Cassandra distracted Beefcake while he was wrestling the Iron Sheik who, from behind, then placed Beefcake into a Boston Crab. Caught unawares, Beefcake had to tap out as he had no help coming from Bagwell who was too busy trying to help Cassandra to attempt a pin save.
-As a result, the Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff are the new #1 challengers to the MLW Tag Team Champions the Vachons.
-Meanwhile Beefcake and Bagwell try to comfort a hysterically screaming and gagging Cassandra as they yell after a departing Yukon Eric who is helping a hurt Cousin Luke to the back. It appears a new feud between The Heart thrashers vs Yukon Eric and Cousin Luke is forming.
Splatter's Announcement: The voice of Splatter, the spokesman for Major League Wrestling, came on over the intercom in the arena and said: "The next AWA brand PPV will be New Year's Revolution which is coming on Sunday January 7, 2007 from Puerto Rico."
-The announcers then remark to the televised crowd that they have just been informed that the first match announced for New Year's Revolution, following the results of Match #2 tonight, will be MLW Tag Team Champions the Vachons vs Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff in a best 2 out of 3 falls match for the MLW Tag Team Championship!
Match #3: Antonino Rocca defeated Don Muraco (managed by Sherri Martel)
-Muraco, who last weekend at Survivor Series lost the first ever Hell in a Cell match in Major League Wrestling's history to Jimmy Snuka, was in control until Rocca dodged a falling elbow drop and responded with hitting Muraco with a series of flying dropkicks that sent Muraco backward into the ropes where he accidentally knocked down Sherri Martel who had jumped on the ring apron. After colliding with his manager Martel, Muraco fell to the mat where he was covered by Rocca for the 3 count victory.
End of First Half. Second Half will be posted next and includes the long-awaited match between The Crusher vs Don Leo Jonathan, an episode of Larry Land with Jimmy Snuka as the guest, and the main event in which World Champion Bobo Brazil defends his title against former champion Nick Bockwinkel.

Major League Wrestling (MLW) AWA:RAW on VEGAS TV Thursday November 30, 2006 (Second Half, First Half is posted above)
Match #4: Don Leo Jonathan (managed by Bobby Heenan) defeated The Crusher
- this has been a long-awaited match between avowed Heenan Family antagonist The Crusher and Jonathan ever since DLJ first entered Major League Wrestling back in September
-right before the match started, The Crusher got distracted as additional Heenan Family members Ox Baker, Ray Stevens, and Kink Kong Bundy suddenly came down to the ringside area and stationed themselves around the ring.
- Jonathan took advantage of this distraction to attack The Crusher from behind with a flying head scissors followed by an atomic drop to start the match. A few moves later, DLJ followed up the Heenan Family's carefully constructed ambush to win the match via his MORMON SWING
-after the match was over and under the directions of Heenan, DLJ, Baker, Bundy, and Stevens all proceeded to stomp and kick The Crusher who was still on the mat until they were chased to the back by the Double Axe Attack who came down to make the save for The Crusher
Larry Land: This week's guest is Jimmy Snuka who last week at Survivor Series won the first ever Hell in a Cell match in Major League Wrestling's history to win his feud against Don Muraco.
Larry Zbyszko (accompanied by his body guard Cowboy Bob Orton Jr): "Welcome to Larry Land starring me, the Living Legend and Intercontinental Champion, Larry Z."
Zbyszko: "First I now want to remind everyone how my team of Larry's Legends turned Antonino Rocca's team of Antonio's All Stars into no-stars at our Survivor Series elimination tag match."
Zbyszko: "Neither Antonino Rocca or the other four losers on his team now get a title shot at my Intercontinental Championship anytime soon beacuse I survived the match and exposed them for the inferior athletes that they are compared to me as they all got eliminated one by one. The only non-champion surviving that match to get a title shot was Cowboy Bob Orton Jr."
Zbyszko: "Now my guest this week on Larry Land is some guy named Jimmy Snuka who I heard just got out of a cell last weekend."
Jimmy Snuka arrives on Larry Land.
Zbyszko (to Snuka): "Wow, look at you. No wonder you defeated Don Muraco in your Hell in a Cell match at Survivor Series. You obviously had the home field advantage because a savage like you belongs in a cell."
Snuka: "I won at Survivor Series and I am here now Zbyszko to challenge you for that (Snuka points to Zbyszko's Intercontinental Championship)."
Zbyszko: "Well, since I actually survived my elimination match at Survivor Series and you were not even in an elimination match at Survivor Series, according to the rules I don't have to defend my Intercontinental Championship against you any time soon."
Snuka (nodding toward Orton Jr): "He also survived at Survivor Series. So maybe I challenge your body guard to a match next week for his automatic title shot that he won at Survivor Series and if I win then I get to challenge you for your Intercontinental Championship at New Year's Revolution?"
Zbyszko: "Well, if you are going to challenge Cowboy Bob for a title shot against me, do it properly. Here, grab this microphone in your dirty hands and stand up and formally make your challenge. I only wish I had a tree or something to make you feel more at home."
(As Snuka starts to rise, Orton Jr hands Zbyszko a coconut)
As Snuka is about to make his formal challenge to Zbyszko and Orton Jr, Zbyszko says "Here, have a coconut" and viciously smashes the coconut hard against Snuka's head.
As Snuka crumples to the ground and knocks over the Larry Land set in the process, Zbyszko takes off his belt and starts to whip him. Meanwhile, Orton Jr starts to kick Snuka.
An enraged Snuka manages to stumble to his feet and then charges after Zbyszko and Orton Jr who just get out of the way by managing to close a door to separate themselves from Snuka. It takes the combined efforts of Koko B. Ware, Playboy Buddy Rose, S.D. Jones, and Hacksaw Jim Duggan who arrive on the collapsed Larry Land set to hold back Snuka and tell him to wait until next week when he gets his match against Orton Jr for a possible title shot vs Zbyszko at New Year's Revolution.
(Note: this edition of Larry's Land was done partly in tribute of Roddy Piper who it was learned this week is currently battling cancer).
Match #6, the main event: Nick Bockwinkel (managed by Bobby Heenan) defeated World Champion Bobo Brazil (accompanied by Mil Mascaras) to win the World Championship.
- Brazil was accompanied to his title defense match by his best friend Mascaras. Brazil and Mascaras are also partners in the tag team the Brothers of Other Mothers.
-Bockwinkel earned this title shot as a result of being the only survivor at Survivor Series when the Heenan Family team that he captained defeated the team captained by Bobo Brazil in a 10 man elimination tag match.
- Brazil started off strong and had Bockwinkel in trouble early in the match
- But Bockwinkel was able to battle back and methodically work over Brazil by repeatedly applying both of his finishers until Brazil finally tapped out to Bockwinkel's FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK.
NICK BOCKWINKEL REGAINS THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP TO BEGIN HIS SECOND REIGN AS WORLD CHAMPION!
-As Bockwinkel and Heenan celebrate, MLW Chairman Bruno Sammartino comes out and tells Bockwinkel that his first title defense and Brazil's first rematch opportunity will both come at New Year's Revolution. Sammartino, however, says there will be four other wrestlers involved in this match which will be the first-ever Elimination Chamber match in Major League Wrestling history. Sammartino finishes by saying there will be 4 qualifying matches next week on AWA:RAW to determine which other four wrestlers will join Brazil and Bockwinkel in the Elimination Chamber at New Year's Revolution!
-Both Bockwinkel and Heenan react with outrage at hearing Bockwinkel will have to defend his newly-won championship against five other wrestlers in an Elimination Chamber match at New Year's Revolution as the show comes to an end.

Nice Larry Land segment. ;D
And I'd be complaining too if I were Bockwinkel. Can't see him wakling out with that belt.

Nice Larry Land segment. ;D And I'd be complaining too if I were Bockwinkel. Can't see him wakling out with that belt. Yeah, I liked the Larry Land segment because it allowed me to further a storyline and also pay tribute to Piper who is one of my top 5 favorites of all time. Bockwinkel's odds in the elimination chamber might actually improve a little next week. It depends on who wins next week's 4 qualifying matches which will include some other members of the Heenan Family. Thanks for the feedback godzillajoe2k4.

With only 16 days to go until the NWA brand of Major League Wrestling presents Hardcore Holidays, it is now time for this week's edition of NWA:NITRO!
MAJOR LEAGUE WRESTLING (MLW) NWA:NITRO on Vegas TV Friday December 2, 2006 (broadcast date)
Match #1: Ted DiBiase defeated George Hackenschmidt by DQ.
- this match was a chance for Hackenschmidt to try to gain revenge against DiBiase who eliminated him early at last weekend's Survivor Series by forced him to tap out to his FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK in a match
-DiBiase completely dominated Hackenschmidt in this match and appeared on the verge of obtaining another easy victory over him as he had Hackenschmidt grimacing in pain and trapped once again in his FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK.
-However, before Hackenschmidt could tap out, the Four Horsemen (Hackenschmidt is their new associate) arrived in the ring and caused the disqualification as Johnny Valentine nailed DiBiase with his ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER
-after the Four Horsemen forced DiBiase to retreat back to the locker room, MLW Champion got on the microphone:
Rogers: "Once again, take a step back and see what's causing all this."
Rogers: "It's us the Four Horsemen-we rule the NWA brand and we are the best thing going today. And after tonight all four of us will be leaving this building with gold around our waists when Harley Race defeats Frank Gotch for the United States Championship and when the Valentines defeat Giant Baba and Antonio Inoki to retain the United States Tag Team Championship. Whoooooo!"
Rogers: "And of course, I'll be leaving tonight without any question as the MLW Champion as I don't even have to defend my title for the next couple of weeks because I was one of the survivors in our match that we won last weekend at Survivor Series."
Rogers: "That's right all the men here want to be me and all the women here want be with me. Lets face it ladies, my name is not Flintstone, but you all know I can make your Bedrock."
- MLW Bruno Sammartino suddenly arrives in the ring.
Sammartino: "Buddy Rogers. You are right. You don't have to defend the MLW Championship for th next 3 episodes of NWA:NITRO because you survived the elimination match you were in at Survivor Series."
Sammartino: "However, you will defend the MLW Championship at Hardcore Holidays on December 17th where all matches will be specialty hardcore matches against an opponent to be determined."
Sammartino: "I was trying to decide whether you would defend the MLW Championship at Hardcore Holidays in a chain match, an electric turnbuckle shock match, a barbed wire match, or a stun rod match. Then I decided that I would combine all of these and make you defend the MLW Championship at Hardcore Holidays in a Four Weapons of Destruction Match (using COTG rules)!
Rogers complains angrily at hearing this news but to no avail as Sammartino leaves the ring.
Match #2: Rick Rude defeated Diamond Dallas Page (accompanied by Diamond Doll Maxine Babe).
-at last weekend's Survivor Series, DDP and Rude captained opposing teams in a 1o man elimination tag match but this week these two enemies squared off in singles competition
-this was a great match with lots of back and forth action that ended when Rude hit DDP with the RUDE AWAKENING.
-after the match, Rude arrogantly posed suggestively toward Diamond Doll Maxine Babe when DDP managed to recover and hit Rude from behind with a DIAMOND CUTTER.
-DDP then placed a foot on Rude's chest as he lit a cigar and told Rude that at Hardcore Holidays he would knock him out once again because earlier tonight he arranged for them to compete in a coal miner's glove match at Hardcore Holidays!
Match #3: Bruiser Brody and Steve "Dr. Death" Williams (managed by Killer Kowalski) defeated the Road Warriors by DQ.
-these two enemy tag teams, to nobody's surprise, proved unable to work together last weekend at Survivor Series in their inter-promotional tag team elimination match on the team of NWA brand tag teams against the AWA brand tag teams as they eliminating each other by brawling their way into a double countout
-tonight's match turned out to be another great match between these two tag teams but Brody and Williams got the DQ win when Hawk was DQd for hitting Williams in the head with a steel chair outside of the ring.
-after the match, Brody and Williams' manager Kowalski got on the microphone and told the Road Warriors that they would not be able to take an easy DQ defeat at Hardcore Holidays in a match to determine the conclusive winner of their feud.
-Kowalski said he got this idea from the Snuka-Muraco match at Survivor Series and announced that he has arranged for the Road Warriors to wrestle his men Bruiser Brody and Steve "Dr. Death" Williams in a feud-ending Hell in a Cell match at Hardcore Holidays!
In the ring: Billy "Red" Lyons
Lyons: "Everyone here knows that I was one of the few wrestlers here not named to compete on any one of the NWA brand's 5 teams at Survivor Series. Well that changes tonight as I am going to make sure I am on the Hardcore Holidays PPV as I am adopting a new attitude with a new name."
Lyons (nodding to ring announcer Gary Michael Cappetta): "From now on this is how you introduce me."
Lyons then made a gesture and a spotlight was suddenly; shown on him standing in the center of the ring. Lyons then held up his hand and a microphone from the ceiling dropped into his hand."
Lyons: "I weigh in tonight at 6 feet 2 inches and 232 pounds. I hail from Nova Scotia, Canada. And my new name is: MRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.CANADAAAAAAAAAAAA...........CAAAAAAAAAANAAAAAAAAADAAAAAAAAA...CANADA!
Lyons then boldly issued an open challenge for someone to face him, Mr. Canada, in a match at Hardcore Holidays as the crowd sat in shock not sure what to think of Lyons' new persona.
End of First Half.
Second Half will be posted later tonight and will include the World Tag Team Champions the Fabulous Kangaroos vs the Midnight Express in a non-title match, Giant Baba and Antonio Inoki challenging the Valentines for the United States Tag Team Championship in a best 2 out of 3 falls match, and Frank Gotch defending the United States Championship against Harley Race. Will the Four Horsemen, after tonight, all have championship gold around their waists?

Major League Wrestling (MLW) NWA:NITRO Friday December 1, 2006 on VEGAS TV (Second Half of the show, First Half is posted on the previous page)
Match #4: World Tag Team Champions Fabulous Kangaroos (managed by Captain Kangaroo-formerly Albano) defeated Midnight Express (managed by Jim Cornette) by DQ in a non-title match.
-Bobby Eaton and Stan Lane were the two members of the Midnight Express who competed in this match while Dennis Condrey and Cornette accompanied them to ringside.
- This match was non-title because the Midnight Express survived their elimination match at Survivor Series to receive a title shot. But, because the Kangaroos also survived their elimination match at Survivor Series, the Midnight Express first had to defeat the Kangaroos in a non-title match.
- The two teams traded offense until the Fabulous Kangaroos appeared to have the match won by giving Eaton a BOOMERANG. But Condrey ran into the ring and gave Al Costello a FACE FIRST LEG SWEEP for the DQ.
-After the match, Lane knocked out both Roy Heffernan and Captain Kangaroo with vicious tennis racket shots to the head
-Lane, Eaton, and Condrey together proceeded to assault Costello who they dragged up the ramp and then tossed over the side into an assortment of electrical equipment
-the crowd suddenly grew silent as the impact of Costello's body hitting the electrical equipment caused sparks to fly and the show suddenly went to commercial
- after the commercial, Costello was shown being loaded onto a stretcher as Dan Severn, Dick Hutton, the Armstrongs, the Boogie Woogie Man, Operation: Pimp, Johnny Valiant, and Virgil had come out to assist Costello, Heffernan, and Captain Kangaroo.
Backstage: MLW Chairman Bruno Sammartino comes up to the Midnight Express and Cornette in the locker room and tells all four of them that they are suspended indefinitely for their heinous attack upon Costello tonight.
Match #5: Giant Baba and Antonio Inoki defeated United States Tag Team Champions the Valentines by DQ.
- this match took place because Inoki received an automatic title shot because he survived his elimination match at Survivor Series. Inoki chose Baba to team with him against the Valentines who had to put their championship on the line because they did not survive their elimination match at Survivor Series.
- this match ended when Johnny Valentine threw Baba out of the ring where Baba was attacked from behind by his enemy Ivan Koloff and his chains which caused the Valentines to get DQd.
-the Valentines appeared happy with this decision because they can't lose their championship by a DQ decision
-MLW Chairman Bruno Sammartino then came out and said there would be a rematch next week between Baba and Inoki vs the Valentines in a best 2 out of 3 falls match for the United States Tag Team Championship but, to ensure that there would be neither a DQ decision or any outside interference, in a steel cage
_Sammartino then announced that Baba and Inoki would wrestle Koloff and the Terrible Turk in a tag team steel chain match at hardcore Holidays. And, if Baba and Inoki win the United States Tag Team Championship against the Valentines next week, then their steel chain tag team match vs Koloff and the Terrible Turk at Hardcore Holidays will be for the United States tag Team Championship!
Hot Seat: The Barroom Heroes (Sandman and Justin Credible, managed by Phantasy) are this week's guests.
-Barroom Heroes announce they have secured a match against their enemies Operation:Pimp (Hardcore Hodge and Steve Corino) at Hardcore Holidays.
- Bill Apter remind the Barroom Heroes that they lost to Operation:Pimp at Sin City Showdown back in October in their tag team tables match
- Barroom Heroes respond that they will have the clear advantage against Operation:Pimp at Hardcore Holidays because this time their match will be a tag team Singapore cane match!
Hardcore Holidays Advertisement: Major League Wrestling's NWA brand presents Hardcore Holidays! Sunday December 17, 2006 Vancouver, B.C. 1. Opponent TBD vs MLW Buddy Rogers in a four weapons of destruction match. 2. Road Warriors vs Bruiser Brody and Steve "Dr. Death" Williams in a Hell in a Cell match 3. Giant Baba and Antonio Inoki vs Ivan Koloff and the Terrible Turk in a tag team steel chain match 4. Diamond Dallas Page vs Rick Rude in a coal miner's glove match 5. Operation: Pimp (Hardcore Hodge and Steve Corino) vs the Barroom Heroes (Sandman and Justin Credible, managed by Phantasy) 6. More matches to be announced.
Match #6, the main event: Harley Race defeated Frank Gotch to win the United States Championship.
-Despite Gotch's determined resistance that included kicking out of 3 PILEDRIVERS, Race won the match and the United States Championship via a vertical suplex and a handful of tights.
-Race wins his first-ever title in Major League Wrestling (MLW)
- now all 4 of the regular members of the Four Horsemen have titles: Buddy Rogers (MLW Championship), Harley Race (United States Championship), and the Valentines (United States Tag Team Championship.
-all four of the Four Horsemen, along with their new associate George Hackenschmidt, join Race in the ring to celebrate as they hold all four of their belts in the air as the show comes to an end.

Major League Wrestling (MLW) AWA:RAW PREVIEW for Thursday December 7, 2006
Last week on AWA:RAW (see show posted on previous page), Nick Bockwinkel managed to regain the World Championship from Bobo Brazil. But MLW Chairman Bruno Sammartino then informed Bockwinkel that he would be defending his newly-regained championship against Brazil and four other opponents in Major League Wrestling's (MLW's) first-ever Elimination Chamber match at New year's Revolution on January 7 in Puerto Rico!
The four wrestlers joining Bockwinkel and Brazil in the Elimination Chamber at New Year's Revolution will be determined this week on AWA:RAW via four qualifying matches:
Antonino Rocca vs Gorgeous George The Crusher vs Don Leo Jonathan Jim Londos vs Don Muraco Mil Mascaras vs Ray Stevens
In addition, one week after being bashed in the head with a coconut on Larry Land, Jimmy Snuka will wrestle Intercontinental Champion Larry Zbyszko's body guard Cowboy Bob Orton Jr. If Snuka wins, he receives the automatic title shot that Orton Jr won at Survivor Series by surviving his elimination match and Snuka has already promised to use Orton Jr's automatic title shot to challenge for Zbyszko's Intercontinental Championship at New Year's Revolution.
Furthermore, one week after the Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff won a four tag team elimination match to challenge the Vachons for the MLW Tag Team Championship in a best two out of three falls match at New Year's Revolution, Butcher Vachon will wrestle Nikolai Volkoff in singles competition. And the Double Axe Attack, who came to the aid of The Crusher last week after he was attacked by the Heenan Family in the ring, will wrestle Heenan Family members King Kong Bundy and Ox Baker in tag team action.
Now it is time for the preview for this week's edition of NWA:NITRO - the main weekly show for the NWA brand of Major League Wrestling (MLW)!
Major League Wrestling (MLW) NWA:NITRO PREVIEW for Friday December 8, 2006
Last week on NWA:NITRO (see show posted above), Harley Race defeated Frank Gotch to win the United States Championship. As a result of Race's victory, all four regular members of the Four Horsemen now currently have title belts around their waists.
But can the Horsemen retain their gold? MLW Chairman Bruno Sammartino has announced that Frank Gotch will get a rematch against Harley Race for the United States Championship at Hardcore Holidays in a match with the stipulation still to be determined. In addition, this week on NWA:NITRO, Sammartino has announced he will reveal the identity of MLW Champion Buddy Rogers' opponent in the main event four weapons of destruction match for the MLW Championship!
Also, some of the Four Horsemen might lose their titles as early as this week as the United States Tag Team Champions the Valentines will defend their titles against Giant Baba and Antonio Inoki in a best 2 out of 3 falls match inside a steel cage. Last week, the Valentines lost to Baba and Inoki by DQ when Baba's enemy Ivan Koloff interfered by smashing Baba with his steel chains. But this week inside the steel cage, neither a DQ finish or outside interference will be possible. Furthermore, if Baba and Inoki win the United States Tag Team Championship this week, then their tag team steel chain match against Koloff and the Terrible Turk at Hardcore Holidays will be for the United States Tag Team Championship!
In addition, there will be an update on the condition of the World Tag Team Champions the Fabulous Kangaroos one week after they suffered an attack by the Midnight Express so vicious that it led to the indefinite suspension of Jim Cornette, Dennis Condrey, Bobby Eaton, and Stan Lane.
Furthermore, as they get set to face off in a Hell in a Cell match at Hardcore Holidays, the Road Warriors will once again battle their enemies Bruiser Brody and Steve "Dr. Death" Williams and Diamond Dallas Page will wrestle his enemy Rick Rude just one week before they meet in a cold miner's glove match at Hardcore Holidays.
All this and more this week on NWA:NITRO!
Splatter, Major League Wrestling's (MLW's) spokesman, says: "Major League Wrestling (MLW). Don't you DARE miss it!"

Major League Wrestling (MLW) AWA:RAW on VEGAS TV Thursday December 7, 2006 (broadcast date) (First Half of the show)
Match #1: Nikolai Volkoff (managed by Nikita Breznikov and accompanied by the Iron Sheik) defeated Butcher Vachon (accompanied by Mad Dog Vachon).
-Butcher Vachon (along with Mad Dog Vachon) is one half of the current MLW Tag Team Champions
- the Vachons are scheduled to defend their MLW Tag Team Championship against the Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff at New Years Revolution on January 7, 2006 in Puerto Rico
- Butcher Vachon started off strong in this match until Volkoff, once he managed to block a headlock and then thumb to eye, remained in control for most of the rest of the match and won via his BACKBREAKER DROP.
Backstage: Bobby Heenan is talking to Heenan Family members World Champion Nick Bockwinkel, Ray Stevens, King Kong Bundy, Don Leo Jonathan, and Ox Baker
- Heenan emphasizes to his family members that tonight they need to ensure that The Crusher and Mil Mascaras do not win their qualifying matches to become 2 of the 4 wrestlers to join Bockwinkel and Bobo Brazil in the elimination chamber for the World Championship at New Years Revolution.
-Heenan says he has arranged tonight for Jonathan to wrestle The Crusher (who for awhile now has been determined to get his hands on Bockwinkel) in one qualifying match. And thus a victory tonight by DLJ will give Bockwinkel another ally in the Heenan Family in DLJ the Elimination Chamber while also preventing Bockwinkel from having to deal with the Heenan Family's greatest enemy in The Crusher in the Elimination Chamber at New Year's Revolution.
-Heenan also says he has arranged tonight for Stevens to wrestle Mil Mascaras (Brazil's best friend) in another qualifying match. And thus a victory by Stevens over Mascaras would prevent Brazil from getting his top ally alongside him (Brazil) in the Elimination Chamber at New Year's Revolution while also giving Bockwinkel another ally in Stevens in the Elimination Chamber at New Year's Revolution.
-Heenan reminds his Heenan Family members how Mascaras helped Brazil (who was the World Champion at the time) retain his championship at Cyber Sunday over Bockwinkel when MLW fans voted Mascaras in as the third wrestler in the triple threat main event for the World Championship and thus stresses that they can not again allow Mascaras another chance to help out Brazil.
-Heenan (pointing at Bundy and Baker) then says the Double Axe Attack also has something coming to them after they saved The Crusher from getting beat down last week on AWA:RAW by the entire Heenan Family and that this payback is coming up next.
Match #2: King Kong Bundy and Ox Baker (managed by Bobby Heenan) defeated the Double Axe Attack.
-Despite some impressive offense early on by Curt Hennig, the end came when Bundy gave Curt Hennig two straight AVALANCHES for the pinfall victory.
- After the match, Baker pummeled Larry Hennig and then gave him a HEART PUNCH.
- Bundy and Baker, working together under Heenan's orders, proceeded to continue attacking Curt Hennig as Baker held Curt Hennig upside down on the turnbuckle and gave his knee several vicious shots with a steel chair as Bundy simultaneously smashed Curt Hennig with 3 more AVALANCHES.
-After Heenan, Baker, and Bundy left the ring, a clearly-injured Curt Hennig was attended to and then carried away on a stretcher by trainers and EMTs.
Match #3: Jim Londos defeated Gorgeous George in a qualifying match for the Elimination Chamber at New Year's Revolution.
-George started off in control with a headlock takedown and then an airplane spin. But Londos battled back a few moves later and wore down George who he eventually put away with a crotch lift and slam followed by an AIRPLANE SPIN.
-Londos joins Brazil and Bockwinkel in the Elimination Chamber at New Year's Revolution to battle for Bockwinkel's World Championship!
Match #4: Don Leo Jonathan (managed by Bobby Heenan) defeated The Crusher in a qualifying match for the Elimination Chamber at New Year's Revolution.
- near the end of this match, the Crusher tried to bodyslam DLJ but was unable to lift the bigger man up. DLJ then gave The Crusher 2 straight atomic drops. As The Crusher then stumbled to his feet, both Bundy and Baker (who had just arrived at ringside) each reached into the ring to trip him. The Crusher was then hit with DLJ's MORMON SWING to which he submitted.
-Heenan, Jonathan, Bundy, and Baker, all rejoice as another Heenan Family Member in Jonathan will now be joining fellow Heenan Family member and current World Champion Bockwinkel in the Elimination Chamber at New Year's Revolution!
-Jonathan thus joins Bockwinkel, Brazil, and Londos as four of the 6 wrestlers in the Elimination Chamber at New Year's Revolution!
End of First Half. Second Half will be posted next and includes the last two qualifying matches for the Elimination Match for the World Championship at New Year's Revolution in Antonino Rocca vs Don Muraco and Mil Mascaras vs Ray Stevens. Also, in the Second Half, Jimmy Snuka wrestles Cowboy Bob Orton and if Snuka wins he gets to challenge Intercontinental Champion Larry Zbyszko (for whom Orton Jr serves as a body guard) at New Year's Revolution!

Major League Wrestling (MLW) AWA:RAW on VEGAS TV Thursday December 7, 2006 (broadcast date) (Second Half of the show, First Half is posted above)
Match #5: Don Muraco (managed by Sherri Martel) defeated Antonino Rocca by DQ in a qualifying match to enter the Elimination Chamber match at New Year's Revolution to compete for the World Championship.
-Rocca and Muraco traded offense as the momentum of the match rapidly shifted back and forth between them until Sherri Martel threw a steel chair into the ring.
- the referee picked up the chair and removed it from the ring, but while doing so, the referee failed to notice Martel trowing in a second steel chair which she tossed toward Muraco
-Rocca intercepted the steel chair in mid-air and used it to whack Muraco on the head
-the referee saw Rocca hit Muraco with the chair but not that Martel was responsible for the chair being in the ring in the first place and instantly called for the bell to award the match to Muraco by DQ.
-Muraco has now earned the right to join Bockwinkel, Brazil, Londos, and Jonathan as 5 of the 6 competitors in the Elimination Chamber match at New Year's Revolution for Bockwinkel's World Championship!
Backstage:
-Yukon Eric and Cousin Luke are walking down a hallway when they are suddenly attacked from behind by former MLW tag Team Champions the Heart Thrashers and their manager Cassandra
- The Heart Thrashers are mad at Yukon Eric and Cousin Luke because Yukon Eric last week on AWA:RAW grabbed and kissed Cassandra which distracted the Heart Thrashers during their #1 contender's match and caused them to lose their match to the Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff and thus a shot at regaining their MLW Tag Team Championship from the Vachons at New Year's Revolution.
- The Heart Thrashers pummel Yukon Eric and Cousin Luke and then challenge them to a match at New Year's Revolution! But Yukon Eric and Cousin Luke are too beaten up to respond to this challenge at the moment.
Match #6: Jimmy Snuka defeated Cowboy Bob Orton Jr (accompanied by Intercontinental Champion Larry Zbyszko) to win a title shot vs Zbyszko at New Year's Revolution.
-This match is being held after the events on last week's edition of Larry Land where Zbyszko smashed Snuka's head with a coconut (tribute to Piper who is cancer-stricken) after Snuka challenged Zbyszko's body guard Orton Jr for his (Orton Jr's) title shot that Orton Jr won at Survivor Series as a result of surviving his elimination match at Survivor Series.
-Orton Jr started off this match in control by giving Snuka an eye gouge. But Snuka quickly gained control and unleashed a series of offensive moves against Orton Jr that included two near-pinfalls via power slams.
-Orton Jr finally regained control of the match by, after being thrown into the turnbuckle by Snuka, nailing the Superfly with a raised boot to the face.
-Orton Jr then threw Snuka outside of the ring where he was immediately grabbed by a waiting Zbyszko. Zbyszko attacked Snuka as Orton Jr also came out of the ring and then held Snuka as Zbyszko grabbed a chair to smash over the head of the Superfly.
-But at the last second, Snuka dodged out of the way and Zbyszko accidentally smashed Orton Jr with the steel chair. Snuka then took out a shocked Zbyszko by giving him a flying headbutt hat caused Zbyszko to stumble backward and hit his head on the steel ring post to force him to crumple to the ground.
-Snuka then tossed Orton Jr back into the ring and immediately hit him with a SUPERFLY LEAP for the victory. Snuka thus wins the right to challenge Larry Zbyszko for the Intercontinental Championship at New Year's Revolution!
Splatter's major announcement: The voice of Splatter, MLW's spokesman, comes on over the intercom in the arena and tells everyone that Major League Wrestling will be celebrating its one-year anniversary in late March. And to celebrate this major milestone, Major League Wrestling will put on the biggest card in its history as wrestlers from both its AWA and NWA brands will compete in an event called Wrestlemania scheduled for that time period! Splatter finishes by telling everyone that the road to Wrestlemania has now begun!
Match #7, the main even: Mil Mascaras (accompanied by Bobo Brazil) defeated Ray Stevens (accompanied by World Champion Nick Bockwinkel and manager Bobby Heenan) to win the sixth and final spot in the Elimination Chamber match for the World Championship at New Year's Revolution.
- this match was of critical importance for both Brazil and Bockwinkel as a victory by Mascaras would give his best friend Brazil an important ally in the Elimination Chamber at New Year's Revolution while a victory by Stevens would have given Bockwinkel yet another Heenan Family member in addition to Don Leo Jonathan to help him defend his World Championship in the Elimination Chamber at New Year's Revolution.
- This was an exciting main event match as both Mascaras and Stevens (supported by Brazil and Bockwinkel respectively) demonstrated they knew what was at stake in the outcome by showing a strong determination to put the other away.
- Mascaras was able to go on an impressive offensive run and appeared to have the match won via a CROSSBODY ATTACK until Heenan broke up the count by distracting Mascaras. Mascaras got angry and chased Heenan around the ring which gave Stevens a chance to recover and meet Mascaras outside of the ring where a brawl ensued that Stevens won. Stevens then tossed Mascaras back into the ring and then nailed him with a Crippling Piledriver.
- Mascaras however managed to regain the offensive again and seemed to have the match won yet again after hitting Stevens with another CROSSBODY ATTACK. Bockwinkel ran into the ring to make the pin save but Mascaras saw him in time and caught Bockwinkel and threw him outside of the ring toward Brazil who, to loud cheers from the crowd, hit Bockwinkel with a COCO BUTT. Mascaras then hit Stevens with a FLYING BODYPRESS for the 3 count victory!
-Mascaras thus wins the final spot in the Elimination Chamber match for Bockwinkel's World Championship at New Year's Revolution where he will join his best friend and fellow member of the tag team Brothers of Other Mothers in Bobo Brazil! Brazil and Mascaras have thus also managed to offset the Heenan Family's advantage of having two members in Bockwinkel and DLJ in the Elimination Chamber at New Year's Revolution!
-As Brazil and Mascaras celebrate together in the ring, the show comes to an end.

Major League Wrestling (MLW) NWA:NITRO on VEGAS TV Friday December 8, 2006 from Phoenix, AZ (First Half of the show).
Match #1: Hardcore Hodge (accompanied by Steve Corino) defeated Justin Credible (managed by Phantasy and accompanied by Sandman).
-this was a singles match between half of the members of the two opposing enemy tag teams in Operation:Pimp (Hodge and Corino) and the Barroom Heroes (Credible and Sandman) who are set to meet in a Singapore Cane tag team match at Hardcore Holidays on Sunday December 17.
-Hardcore Hodge used his OKLAHOMA SIDE ROLL to pick up the relatively easy win over the junior heavyweight Credible.
In the Ring: MLW Chairman Bruno Sammartino with Frank Gotch and the Four Horsemen: MLW Champion Buddy Rogers, United States Champion Harley Race, United States Tag Team Champions the Valentines, and George Hackenschmidt.
-Sammartino tells Race that Gotch will get his rematch for the United States Championship (that Race won last week on NWA:NITRO) at Hardcore Holidays in a ladder match.
- Sammartino informs Rogers that his unnamed opponent at Hardcore Holidays for the MLW Championship in the four weapons of destruction match that was announced last week will be none other than Dan Severn!
- Rogers visibly unhappy about having to defend his MLW Championship at Hardcore Holidays against the former MMA star Severn in a four weapons of destruction match, requests that Severn first wrestle the Four Horsmen's new associate Hackenschmidt in a match tonight and Sammartino agrees to this request.
Match #2: Diamond Dallas Page (accompanied by Diamond Doll Maxine Babe) defeated Rick Rude.
-Rude began the match by throwing DDP into the turnbuckle but DDP used his boot to nail a charging Rude in the face. As Rude staggered backward, DDP hit him with a DIAMOND CUTTER for the astonishingly quick victory.
- DDP looks great as he is set to meet his enemy Rude once again next weekend at Hardcore Holidays in a coal miners glove match.
Match #3: Bob Orton Sr. defeated Richard Hutton.
-In a great match that saw both Hutton and Orton Sr survive multiple pin and/or submission attempts against each other, the end came when Orton Sr hit Hutton with 3 straight neckbreakers followed by a PILEDRIVER.
- After the match, Bob Orton Sr took a rope which he used to choke and repeatedly whip Hutton. Orton Sr then informed Hutton that he had gotten them a bull rope match at Hardcore Holidays to settle their feud once and for all!
End of First Half. Second Half will be posted next and includes Mr. Canada's (Billy "Red" Lyons) open challenge, the Road Warriors vs Bruiser Brody and Steve "Dr. Death" Williams, a Hot Seat episode that will update the condition of Al Costello who the Midnight Express tried to electrocute last week only to get indefinitely suspended instead, Dan Severn vs George Hackenschmidt, and Giant Baba and Antonio Inoki vs the Valentines in a best 2 out of 3 falls match for the United States Tag Team Championship inside a steel cage!

Major League Wrestling (MLW) NWA:NITRO on Vegas TV Friday December 8, 2006 from Phoenix (Second Half, First Half was posted on Sunday)
In the Ring: Mr. Canada (formerly known as Billy "Red" Lyons)
Ring announcer Gary Michael Cappetta said: "Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Mr. Canada."
Mr. Canada, obviously upset at what he perceived as Cappetta's lackluster introduction, told Cappetta to take a seat and that this once again is how he needs to be introduced.
The lights suddenly go out except for a spotlight focused on Mr. Canada who is standing in the center of the ring with his hand held out to the ceiling as a microphone slowly drops into it from the ceiling.
Mr. Canada: "I weigh in tonight at 6 feet 2 inches and 232 pounds. I hail from Nova Scotia, Canada. And my name is: MRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.CANADAAAAAAAAAAAA...........CAAAAAAAAAANAAAAAAAAADAAAAAAAAA.....CANADA!
The fans in Phoenix, turned off by what they see as arrogance on the part of Mr. Canada, began to boo him.
Mr. Canada (ignoring the boos): "Last week I issued an open challenge for anyone to face me at Hardcore Holidays in Vancouver, British Colombia next weekend in a Canadian Hardcore match. But so far nobody has had the courage to accept my challenge. So I will ask again, are there any wrestlers back in the locker room daring enough to wrestle me in a Canadian Hardcore match at Hardcore Holidays?"
Nobody comes out to accept Mr. Canada's open challenge.
Mr. Canada: "Next week I will issue this challenge one more time for someone to face me, the icon of the Great White North, at Hardcore Holidays."
Match #4: Road Warriors defeated Bruiser Brody and Steve "Dr. Death" Williams (managed by Killer Kowalski) by DQ.
- another brutal match between these two enemy tag teams who are set to end their feud at Hardcore Holidays when they meet in a Hell in a Cell match!
-Brody and Williams got DQd when Williams threw Animal out of the ring and then their manager Kowalski applied his KOWALSKI CLAW on Animal and refused to relinquish the hold
Hot Seat: World Tag Team Champions the Fabulous Kangaroos and their manager Captain Kangaroo are this week's guests.
-Apter asks how Al Costello is doing after the Midnight Express tried to electrocute him last week which caused MLW Chairman Bruno Sammartino to suspend Bobby Eaton, Stan Lane, Dennis Condrey, and Jim Cornette indefinitely.
-The Kangaroos say that Costello is improving and that they are pleased to announce that Sammartino has granted a request they made to him in that he will give the Fabulous Kangaroos a chance to get revenge by allowing the suspended Midnight Express to compete against them at Hardcore Holidays in a scaffold match!
-Costello says that the Midnight Express last week threw him off the stage into a bunch of electrical equipment but that at Hardcore Holidays he and Heffernan will return the favor by throwing the Midnight Express off the scaffold high above the ring!
Match #5: Dan Severn defeated George Hackenschmidt (accompanied by MLW Champion Buddy Rogers).
-despite some early offense that he got in against "the Beast," Hackenschmidt struggled once again as Severn controlled most of this match and went on an impressive sustained offensive run that ended when he pinned Hackenschmidt via a fireman's carry slam.
-Severn, Roger's challenger for the MLW Championship in a four weapons of destruction match at Hardcore Holidays, gestured to Rogers that soon the MLW Championship would be wrapped around his waist as he is announced as the winner in his match with Hackenschmidt.
Hardcore Holidays Advertisement: Major League Wrestling's NWA brand presents Hardcore Holidays! Sunday December 17, 2006 Vancouver, B.C. 1. Dan Severn vs MLW Champion Buddy Rogers in a four weapons of destruction match. 2. Road Warriors vs Bruiser Brody and Steve "Dr. Death" Williams in a Hell in a Cell match 3. Frank Gotch vs United States Champion Harley Race in a ladder match 4. World Tag Team Champions Fabulous Kangaroos vs Midnight Express in a scaffold match (non-title) 5. Giant Baba and Antonio Inoki vs Ivan Koloff and the Terrible Turk in a tag team steel chain match 6. Diamond Dallas Page vs Rick Rude in a coal miner's glove match 7. Operation: Pimp (Hardcore Hodge and Steve Corino) vs the Barroom Heroes (Sandman and Justin Credible, managed by Phantasy) 8. More matches to be announced.
Match #6, the main event: United States Tag Team Champions the Valentines defeated Giant Baba and Antonio Inoki 2-0 in a best 2 out of 3 falls match inside a steel cage.
First Fall: Inside the steel cage, Baba and Inoki did not look as good as they did in their match last week against the Valentines. Inoki was bleeding heavily after being smashed into the side of the steel cage by Johnny Valentine. The Valentines won this fall when Greg Valentine made Inoki tap out to his FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK. Valentines are up 1-0.
Second Fall: Baba and Inoki looked better in this fall but became distracted once Ivan Koloff and the Terrible Turk, their opponents in a tag team chain match at Hardcore Holidays and who interfered in Baba and Inkoi's match against the Valentines last week on NWA:NITRO, suddenly showed up at ringside. The Valentines took advantage of this distraction as Johnny Valentine proceeded to pin Inoki via his ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER. Valentines win this match 2-0 to retain the United States Tag Team Championship.
After the Valentines left the steel cage and Baba came over to help out Inkoi who was still bleeding profusely, Koloff and the Terrible Turk entered the steel cage and proceeded to viciously attack Baba and Inoki until they had to climb over the top of the steel cage to escape as the Armstrongs, Virgil, Johnny Valiant, the Boogie Woogie Man, and Ted DiBiase all came down and entered the steel cage to help Baba and Inoki. As the crowd heavily booed a retreating Koloff and the Terrible Turk, the show came to an end.

This week, Bockwinkel, Brazil, Londos, DLJ, Mascaras, and Muraco will each wrestle a mystery opponent in a series of beat the clock matches and the wrestler among these 6 who can win his match the fastest will earn the strategic advantage of getting to enter the Elimination Chamber last at New Year's Revolution!

Major League Wrestling (MLW) AWA:RAW Thursday December 14, 2006 from Colorado Springs, CO (First Half of the show)
Tonight's edition of AWA:RAW features 6 beat the clock matches where the 6 participants (World Champion Nick Bockwinkel, Bobo Brazil, Mil Mascaras, Don Leo Jonathan, Jim Londos, and Don Muraco) in the Elimination Chamber match for Bockwinkel's World Championship at New Year's Revolution will each wrestle a mystery opponent. And the participant who pins his opponent tonight the fastest will receive the strategic advantage of entering the Elimination Chamber last at New Year's Revolution!
Match #1: Iron Sheik (accompanied by Nikolai Volkoff and managed by Nikita Breznikov) defeated Mad Dog Vachon (accompanied by Butcher Vachon and managed by "Wild" Red Berry).
- In a good competitive opening match that saw the action shift back and forth, Mad Dog Vachon appeared to have the Iron Sheik in serious trouble at the end via a bite to forehead. But Breznikov distracted Mad Dog Vachon which allowed the Iron Sheik to recover and roll him up from behind while holding the ropes for extra leverage for the win.
-Along with Volkoff's win against Butcher Vachon on last week's edition of AWA:RAW, the Iron Sheik's victory tonight over Mad Dog Vachon means the Iron Sheik and Volkoff have defeated the Vachons in singles competition for two straight weeks. But will this translate to success for the Iron Sheik and Volkoff at New Year's Revolution when they challenge the Vachons for the MLW Tag Team Championship in a best 2 out of 3 falls match?
-Berry, upset at Breznikov's interference that cost Mad Dog Vachon tonight's match, got on the microphone and challenged Breznikov, Volkoff, and the Iron Sheik to a 6 man tag team match on the next edition (and last before New Year's Revolution) of AWA:RAW!
Backstage:
-the Heart Thrashers (Brutus Beefcake and Buff Bagwell and their manager Cassandra) say that they've got their match against Yukon Eric and Cousin Luke at New Year's Revolution changed to a 6 man elimination tag team match!
-Cassandra then introduces Gorgeous George as the Heart thrashers partner for this upcoming match at New Year's Revolution and vows that Yukon Eric will pay for fondling her and sticking his tongue in her mouth two week's ago on AWA:RAW which caused the Heart Thrashers to get distracted and lose their #1 contenders match to Nikolai Volkoff and the Iron Sheik.
Match #2 (beat the clock): Jim Londos pinned Iron Mike DiBiase in 6:06.
- Iron Mike DiBiase turned out to be Londos' mystery opponent but the surprise did little to hurt Londos' performance as he controlled virtually the entire match and won in convincing fashion via his AIRPLANE SPIN at the 6:06 mark which is now the time that the other Elimination Chamber competitors must beat.
Match #3 (beat the clock): Don Muraco (managed by Sherri Martel) defeated Koko B. Ware at 8:20
-Koko B. Ware turned out to be Muraco's mystery opponent
-Muraco started off in control as Martel kept screaming to remind him to beat Londos' time of 6:06. But Ware responded to being thrown in the ropes by Muraco with an incredible flying bodypress that Muraco just kicked out of. Ware then gave Muraco a top rope dropkick followed by a GHOSTBUSTER but Martel put Muraco's foot on the rope to stop the 3 count. Muraco was able to battle back and put Ware away via 2 straight Asiatic Spikes followed by his HAWAIIAN HAMMER to pin Ware- but not until the 8:20 mark which put him behind Londos' time.
Match #4 (beat the clock): Mil Mascaras pinned the Missing Link at 9:43.
-The Missing Link turned out to be Mascaras' mystery opponent
-The Missing Link was able to get enough offense end to prevent Mascaras from beating the clock. But the end came when Mascaras threw the Missing Link out of the ring and then, right as the Missing Link climbed back in through the ropes, nailed him with a CROSSBODY ATTACK for the pinfall victory at 9:43. Londos is still in the lead at 6:06.
Match #5 (beat the clock): Don Leo Jonathan (managed by Bobby Heenan) defeated Playboy Buddy Rose at 10:54.
-fan favorite Playboy Buddy Rose turned out to be DLJ's mystery opponent.
- Rose gave DLJ an enormous amount of trouble and seemed on the verge of a possible upset as he made DLJ kick out 3 times from 3 straight BOMBS AWAYs. But DLJ's superior agility and power proved to his advantage in this match as he managed to wear down Rose and finally make him submit to the MORMON SWING at 10:54. Londos is still in the lead at 6:06.
End of First Half. Second Half will be posted next and includes an edition of Larry Land where Yukon Eric and Cousin Luke are the guests and two more beat the clock matches as Bobo Brazil and World Champion Nick Bockwinkel will each wrestle mystery opponents and try to beat Londos' time of 6:06!

Major League Wrestling (MLW) AWA:RAW Thursday December 14, 2006 from Colorado Springs, CO (Second Half of the show- First Half is posted above)
Match #6: Killer Bees defeated Red Bastien and S.D. Jones.
-this tag team match between two teams of faces served as a break in tonight's Beat the Clock matches.
- a good and highly competitive match that finally ended when Jim Brunzell pinned S.D. Jones via his KILLER DROPKICK. Both teams shook hands after the match.
Match #7 (Beat the Clock): Bobo Brazil defeated Ray Stevens (managed by Bobby Heenan) in 9:05.
-Stevens turned out to be Brazil's mystery opponent.
- Although Stevens gave Brazil lots of trouble and almost pinned him once via his BOMBS AWAY finisher, Brazil appeared to have the match won prior to the 6:06 target mark set by Londos in the first half of tonight's show as he (Brazil) had Stevens down via a big hammer punch- but Heenan was able to provide distraction which caused the match to be prolonged. Brazil ended up defeating Stevens but not the clock as he put Stevens away via a COCO BUTT at the 9:05 mark. Londos' time of 6:06 is still intact as the time to beat to win the right to enter the match in the Elimination Chamber last at New Year's Revolution!
Larry Land: This week's guests are Yukon Eric and Cousin Luke.
Intercontinental Champion Larry Zbyszko (accompanied by his bodyguard Cowboy Bob Orton Jr): "Jimmy Snuka last week on AWA:RAW might have gotten lucky by defeating my bodyguard Orton Jr to win the right to challenge me for my Intercontinental Championship at New Year's Revolution. But at New Year's Revolution it will be a whole different story when I give Snuka a PILEDRIVER to send him on a one way trip to Larry Land."
Zbyszko: "I now have to warn every single fan of Larry Land, that tonight there will be a sexual predator in Yukon Eric as one of my interviewees. Watch this and see for yourselves."
Footage from the AWA:RAW episode of two weeks ago (see my previously posted results from two weeks ago) is then shown from the #1 tag team contender's elimination match which pitted the Killer Bees vs Yukon Eric and Cousin Luke vs the Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff vs former MLW Tag Team Champions the Heart Thrashers (Brutus Beefcake and Buff Bagwell- managed by Cassandra). The footage shows the Killer Bees being eliminated first followed by Yukon Eric and Cousin Luke. But before Yukon Eric left the ring area he grabbed Cassandra and kissed her which including sticking his tongue into her mouth. This caused the Heart Thrashers to get distracted and then immediately get eliminated by the Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff which meant the Iron Sheik and Volkoff and not the Heart Thrashers won the right to challenge MLW Tag Team Champions the Vachons at New Year's Revolution.
After the footage is shown, the hillbilly music for Yukon Eric and Cousin Luke is played and they arrive on Larry Land.
Zbyszko (waving his hands and holding his nose in disgust): "PU, you two stink. Now I am going to have to fumigate this place."
Zbyszko: "Yukon Eric, after looking at you, now I can see why you took advantage of the opportunity to sexually assault Cassandra. You couldn't get a date if you walked into the Bunny Ranch brothel in Nevada with a $1,000 bill taped to your head. I hope the Heart Thrashers and Gorgeous George kick your putrid a***s at New Year's Revolution."
Yukon Eric: "No way Mr. Zbyszko. I know that Cassandra is a chick who really wants to get with Yukon Eric."
Yukon Eric: "But what me and Cousin Luke are here for is to announce who our partner will be against the Heart Thrashers and Gorgeous George in the 6 man tag elimination match at New Year's Revolution."
Zbyszko: "Yeah? Who in the hell would want to team with you two degenerate losers?"
Cousin Luke: "Our partner at New Year's Revolution will be Hacksaw Jim Duggan."
Duggan then arrives on Larry Land carrying his 2X4 with his thumb in the air.
Zbyszko (to Duggan): "Do you stick your tongue out like that to balance yourself?"
-As Duggan starts to answer, he along with Yukon Eric and Cousin Luke are suddenly attacked from behind by Gorgeous George and the Heart Thrashers. Zbyszko and Orton Jr then join in this carefully constructed ambush while Cassandra shouts out instructions until Snuka (Zbyszko's opponent at New Year's Revolution) runs out with a bat set on fire to chase Zbyszko, Orton Jr, George, and the Heart Thrashers away for the set of Larry Land.
-MLW Chairman Bruno Sammartino then arrives and announces that on the next edition of AWA:RAW (the last before New Year's Revolution) there will be an 8 man tag team match in which Jimmy Snuka, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Yukon Eric, and Cousin Luke will take on Larry Zbyszko, Gorgeous George, and the Heart Thrashers!
Advertisement for New Year's Revolution:
New Year's Revolution (presented by the AWA brand of Major League Wrestling) Sunday January 8, 2007 from Puerto Rico
1. World Champion Nick Bockwinkel vs Bobo Brazil vs Mil Mascaras vs Don Leo Jonathan vs Jim Londos vs Don Muraco in an Elimination Chamber match for the World Championship. 2. Jimmy Snuka vs Intercontinental Champion Larry Zbyszko 3. MLW Tag Team Champions the Vachons vs the Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff in a best 2 out of 3 falls match 4. The Crusher and Larry Hennig vs King Kong Bundy and Ox Baker. 5. Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Yukon Eric, and Cousin Luke vs Gorgeous George and the Heart Thrashers (Brutus Beefcake and Buff Bagwell) in a 6 man tag team elimination match. 6. Additional matches to be announced.
Match #8 (Beat the Clock), the main event: World Champion Nick Bockwinkel (managed by Bobby Heenan) defeated Antonino Rocca in 7:14.
-Before the match began, MLW Chairman Bruno Sammartino announced that if Bockwinkel's mystery opponent defeated him in tonight's non-title match, then he would later earn an automatic title shot against whoever wins the Elimination Chamber and thus the World Championship at New Year's Revolution!
-Antonino Rocca turned out to be Bockwinkel's mystery opponent.
-Rocca appeared to have this match (and thus a future automatic title shot) won when Bockwinkel appeared ready to submit to Rocca's ARGENTINIAN BACKBREAKER. But Ray Stevens, Bockwinkel's fellow Heenan Family member, got away with interfering in the match which allowed Bockwinkel to recover and pin Rocca via a back suplex while putting his feet on the ropes for extra leverage. But Bockwinkel's victory did not come until the 7:14 mark which means he did not beat Londos' time of 6:06 and thus Jim Londos tonight has won the right to enter the Elimination Chamber last at New year's Revolution!
As Bockwinkel, Stevens, and Heenan walk away up the ramp, an angry Rocca gets on the microphone and says that although he lost tonight's match and thus a futue automatic title shot thanks to Ray Stevens, he is now challenging Ray Stevens to a match at New Year's Revolution. The crowd cheers Rocca's announcement which is ignored by Bockwinkel, Stevens, and Heenan as they are shown walking up the ramp with their backs toward Rocca as the show comes to an end.
