LWE Title Match: Curt Hennig b. Champion Nick Bockwinkle, COUNTOUT
NOTES: Bastien and Hutton waged an awesome scientific battle earning them a standing ovation...Jimmy Valiant kicked out of 2 5-counts after 2 AVALANCHES by Bundy. The third time was the charm for King Kong. The Boogie Woogie Man showed a lot of heart...Vanity and Dipaulo have signed for a televised rematch...Hennig looked great all evening winning the battle royal and dominating the champion in a count-out victory. The Heenan camp is split as Heenan's Tag-Team Champions Larry Hennig and Harley Race were on different sides of the fence in a pre-match locker room interview. This could cause more dissension as a rematch is being worked on with LWE officials. Stay tuned...
LWE Champion: Nick Bockwinkel (w/ mgr. Bobby Heenan) #1 Contender: Curt Hennig #2 Contender: Iron Sheik #3 Contender: Argentina Rocca
IC Champion: Buddy Rose (w/ Sherri Martel) #1 Contender: Jimmy Valiant #2 Contender: Red Lyons

NOTES:
Richard Hutton is now managed by Wild Red Berry and is officially a doctor. Hutton claims to have an anatomy and physiology destruction degree from Oklahoma State ...Snuka and Jonathan catapaulted to the #1 contender's spot and will challenge for the tag-titles...Hennig and Bockwinkel have forged quite a rivalry with LWE Tag-Champions Harley Race and Larry Hennig in the middle of a Heenan family rift. Could this mean trouble for the tag-champions?
Poughkeepsie , NY
Dark match: Don Muraco & Bob Orton, jr. b. Bobby Eaton & Dennis Condrey
Iron Sheik b. Cousin Luke
Mad Dog Vachon b. Crippler Stevens
LWE Tag-Champion Harley Race b. Jimmy Snuka

Rose or Valiant will be able to use the belt in their No-DQ IC title match in MSG...Bockwinkel won the Lumberjack match, but Harley Race got involved and led to Bockwinkel using the sleeper on Hennig for the win. The night ended with Bockwinkel and Race on one side and the Hennigs on one side in a staredown. Bobby Heenan looked worried in the middle!

LWE Tag-Titles: Jimmy Snuka and Don Leo Jonathan b. Harley Race & Larry Hennig to win the titles!
Mad Dog Vachon b. Crippler Stevens
Apter interviewed Hennig and the Commissioner offered a title shot for Hennig, anytime and anywhere! The added bonus: Crusher will be the Special Referee to reduce chances of a controversial finish like the Lumberjack Match...Jimmy Valiant won the IC title with the SLEEPER after a wild brawl...Curt Hennig won the LWE Title in Bockwinkel's 2nd defense of the night. The Crusher was slightly pro-Hennig, but Nick complained that Hennig's win was cheap due to the referee, timing and a conspiracy by the LWE to remove the Heenan family from power. He demands a rematch...Harley Race never tagged in the title match as he avoided tags and some suspect this is payback for the Ax supporting Curt and not Bockwinkel in their rivalry for the LWE Title. This was confirmed in a post-match attack by Heenan and Race...Mad Dog Vachon has Ray Stevens' number and is looking for other Heenan family members to antagonize. Perhaps he, the Hennigs and Crusher can form an alliance? With the LWE, anything is possible!

Johnstown , PA
The night began with LWE officials announcing a partnership with several promoters across the country and globe. The new year will see the Superstars appear in different areas of the US and countries like Canada , Japan , Germany , England and Spain . These co-promotions have allowed the LWE to introduce three new things: new talent, new ring and a new name! That being said, the newcomers for the new year are: Ivan Koloff, The Midnight Express and SD Jones and Koko Ware. The new ring is basically white ropes, black and blue turnbuckles (similar to WWF rings) and blue apron with light blue mats. Finally the LWE (Legends Wrestling Enterprise) is now the LWA (Legends Wrestling Association) which represents the cooperation of other global promotions. This is a milestone as the 5th year looks to broaden the horizons for more people to see LWA action then ever before as the TV is shown in more stations, but will be visiting more cities then ever!!
Red Lyons b. Ivan Koloff DQ
Best-of-3 falls, 6-man tag: Midnight Express (Condrey & Eaton) with Jim Cornette b. Kangaroos w/ Red Berry 2-1
Crippler Stevens b. Red Bastien DQ
Jimmy Valiant & Mad Dog Vachon b. Buddy Rose and King Kong Bundy, DQ
Steel Cage: Ilio Dipaulo b. Vanity
NOTES: Ivan attacked Lyons with a chain causing a DQ in his LWE return...This version of the Midnight Express hasn't been seen and looked sharp beating the former champions 2 of 3 falls...Bastien could not stand getting harassed by Stevens and Heenan and retaliated with a chair, causing a DQ...Heenan and Sherri also caused a DQ in the tag-team match. The two teams have signed for a steel cage rematch...Ilio Dipaulo won his feud over Vanity with convincing comeback win. Rumor has it that Vanity has left the federation due to this loss.
LWA Champion: Curt Hennig
#1 Contender: Nick Bockwinkel
#2 Contender: Argentina Rocca
IC Champion: Jimmy Valiant
#1 Contender: Buddy Rose
LWA Tag-Champions: Jimmy Snuka & Don Leo Jonathan

LWA - King of the Hill Dark matches: The masked Blue Devil (Astro Turk) b. SD Jones Blue Devil made his debut with a huge upset over popular SD Jones Koko B. Ware b. masked Black Demon (Black Hole Bart), COR Ware holds 2 COR victories over the mysterious Black Demon, this match ended with Koko delivering the GHOSTBUSTER and a top-rope dropkick, causing Demon to flee the ring. Pay-Per-View Matches: Best-of-3 Falls: Midnight Express drew Fabulous Kangaroos The Midnight Express held the advantage when the time-limit expired with their match versus the Kangaroos. Each team captured a fall and used their managers to interfere. The fans enjoyed this "heel-vs-heel" match tremendously. Costello used the MARBLE BOR LEGLOCK on Condrey to win the first fall and Condrey reversed roles in the second fall with the FACE FIRST SLAM IC Title Ladder Match: Buddy Rose b. (ch) Jimmy Valiant to regain the title! Rose regained the IC title with little fanfare and many challengers are lining up including former champs Crusher and Valiant. LWA Tag-Titles, NO-DQ: (ch) Jimmy Snuka & Don Jonathan b. Don Muraco & Bob Orton, jr. Muraco berated the ring announcer for announcing the challengers with little enthusiasm and questioned what would happen if they won the titles. Muraco started to threaten the ring announcer, when the champs rushed the scene! Snuka and Muraco fought most of the match for their teams as this personal vendetta has stretched into the tag-team title picture. JOnathan pinned Orton for the victory after seeing Snuka absorb tremendous punishment trying to get at Muraco.A singles match has been signed with Muraco and Snuka in a Steel Cage, which will be a precursor to an Ultimate Escape match for the tag-titles! LWA Title, Ironman: Nick Bockwinkel b. Curt Hennig 6-2 Bockwinkel gained an early advantage and held slight control until picking up 2 quick falls which put the match away for the champion. Amidst the controversy is Heenan's interference and outside allies protecting the injured Bockwinkel. The LWA rules committee needs to sanction a match to settle things between these two. A possible rematch in a Steel Cage or a Last Man Standing Match would settle things and eliminate all the controversy. 20-man King of the Hill Rumble: Ivan Koloff won the battle royal after earning #20 in the Beat-the-Clock challenges! Ivan Koloff earned his victory by eliminating rival Red Bastien, he also eliminated Crusher and Yukon Eric. The Russian Bear is a legitimate threat to the LWA title and has enlisted the services of Nikita Brezhnikov to manage him in his bid to become LWA Champion...An intriguing encounter occurred when King Kong Bundy and Yukon Eric squared off. This happened twice, but the first instance saw Eric shake the ring with some monstrous chops as the Woodsman unloaded on the Avalanche master. Fans would love to see this match-up one-on-one! Two wrestlers from outside the LWA began the match: PPW TV Champion Justin Credible and PPW Heavyweight Champion Diamond Dallas Page. Excellent exchange between the two, which ended when Credible eliminated Page. Credible also eliminated the 3rd man in: Red Lyons and really looked impressive. However, catch Power Pro Wrestling at cotg.proboards12.com/index.cgi?board=lowcards&action=display&thread=1121543611&page=2 to see how this event impacts that federation! LWA Champion: Nick Bockwinkel #1 Contender: Ivan Koloff #2 Contender: Curt Hennig #3 Contender: Red Bastien IC Champion: Buddy Rose #1 Contender: Crusher #2 Contender: Jimmy Valiant LWA Tag-Champions: Jimmy Snuka & Don Leo Jonathan #1 Contenders: Don Muraco & Bob Orton, jr. #2 Contenders: Midnight Express

LWA at Niagara Falls, NY LWA Spotlight TV taping Show opened with an announcement regarding the LWA title picture. Not only is Ivan Koloff the #1 contender due to the King of The Hill victory, but LWA officials have sanctioned one more match to settle matters between the last two LWA champions: Nick Bockwinkel (current) and Curt Hennig. The two will square off in the main event of Super-brawl: Northern Fights from Toronto, Ont. However, the fans will be allowed to choose the stipulations (see the poll section to vote). Fans are urged to vote early and often and have until February 17. The choices will be a Steel Cage or a Last Man Standing Match. Either way, a real test of stamina and determination to settle this rivalry!
Butcher Vachon b. masked Blue Devil (Astro Turk) Butcher rallied with some out of the ring tactics and finished off the Devil with 2 Backbreakers and a HANGMAN.
Crippler Stevens b. Cousin Luke Heenan Family member Stevens used his namesake Piledriver for a smooth victory over Cousin Luke.
Curt Hennig b. Doc Hutton Due to pre-match stipulations Hennig earned 5 minutes in the ring with Bobby Heenan. Hennig and Hutton fought a surprisingly scientific battle with many twists and turns, but Hennig used several dropkicks, forearms and rolling snaps to wear down the neck of Hutton. A Sleeper clinched his time with "The Weasel."
Curt Hennig b. Bobby Heenan COR Heenan did not last long as "The Brain" fled ringside after absorbing some punishment. The fans went crazy with the punishment Curt dished out as Hennig has many reasons to be unleash his fury on Heenan.
Over-the-rope match: Yukon Eric b. King Kong Bundy Bundy wanted revenge on Yukon for eliminating him from the King of the Hill rumble. Yukon rallied to throw Bundy over. These two are not finished yet.
Bill Apter of the Wrestling News interviewed the King of the Hill rumble winner Ivan Koloff on "In This Corner." The Russian Bear claimed he would topple Bobby Heenan's champion with his guaranteed title shot and stated "That the family is crumbling and his eventual title victory will crumble America too!" At that moment, a surprisingly angry Harley Race came to the defense of the Heenan Family (and America) and yelled that the Koloff is an ingrate because he never complains about the checks he cashes from the LWA and he will force the Bear to eat these words. Fans were confused as they could not tell if Race was defending Bockwinkel, Heenan or America! Stay tuned.
DARK MATCHES: LWA Champion Nick Bockwinkel and IC Champion Buddy Rose b. Crusher and Mad Dog Vachon, DQ.
Wild brawl which saw all four men battle on the floor repeatedly as the ref showed plenty of leeway. The overzealous Mad Dog used both title belts as to sandwich them on Bockwinkel's head forcing the rough to finally call a DQ.
Lumberjack Match: Koko B. Ware b. masked Black Demon (Black Hole Bart). Ware wanted to get his hands on the Demon after two consecutive count-out wins. Match was marred with interference as King Kong Bundy ran over the Birdman after he was thrown outside the ring, but Mad Dog Vachon evened the score moments later when he smashed the masked man over the head with a chair. Ware used the GHOSTBUSTER to win the bout.
LWA Champion: Nick Bockwinkel #1 Contender: Ivan Koloff #2 Contender: Curt Hennig #3 Contender: Red Bastien
IC Champion: Buddy Rose #1 Contender: Crusher #2 Contender: Jimmy Valiant

Argentina Rocca b. Masked Superstar Rocca won easily with a flying head scissors in this beat-the-clock rematch
Flying Redheads b. Ivan Koloff & Iron Sheik, DQ Koloff was DQ'd for choking Lyons with his chain. This doesn't hurt Koloff's standing as #1 contender, but does further his vicious reputation.
Don Leo Jonathan b. Cowboy Bob Orton LWA Tag-Champion Jonathan used a swinging full nelson and a MORMON SWING to gain victory. These two will square off with their partners in Superbrawl: Northern Fights in an Ultimate Escape Cage match for the LWA Tag Belts.
Special Texas Death Match: Bobo Brazil b. The Sheik Special appearance for these two Motor City Legends as they fought all over the arena into the crowd. These two used objects as Sheik succumbed to several COCO BUTTS and a falling elbow. GREAT MATCH!

Toronto, ONT-Super Brawl-Northern Fights Dark matches: SD Jones b. Killer Kowalski Jones pinned the Killer after a couple of HEAD BUTTS. Jones was getting beat on badly outside the ring, but turned the tables for the upset!
Wolf vs. Black Demon, DDQ Both men brawled uncontrollably as the Demon tried everything to protect his identity as Wolf was fixated with removing the hood.
Regular Card: Mad Dog Vachon b. Crippler Stevens The Mad Dog continued his campaign against the Heenan Family with a win over the Crippler using the PILEDRIVER.
In-ring announcement with Bill Apter speaking with LWA Commissioner Gorilla Monsoon. Monsoon announced the 4th annual March To Glory Tag-Team Tournament will be open to 24 teams across the globe and will be an interpromotional event. Bracketing and locations will be announced on LWA TV and promises to be the biggest tournament in its history!
Harley Race b. Iron Sheik Race came to the ring with Heenan, but seemed indifferent to the leader of the Family. Race plowed through the Sheik in this battle of former LWA champions and even threatened Nikita Brezhnikov. Race claimed he is not finished with these "foreign ingrates" and doesn't care what he has to do to rid the LWA of this stench, he will do it. He walked back to the dressing room by himself, leaving Heenan at ringside.
IC Title: Crusher b. (ch) Buddy Rose, COR. Crusher brutalized the man who beat him for the title, but only won the match as LWA titles cannot change hands on DQ or Count outs. Rose spent most of the time getting walloped at ringside and one point was caught on the ring apron and received several CRUSHER BOLO's for his efforts to climb back in the ring. A bloody Rose finally succumbed to the vicious assault and was counted out.
6-man Elimination Tag-Challenge: Fabulous Kangaroos and Red Berry b. Midnight Express and Jim Cornette. Kangaroos swept the match as Eaton was DQ'd for using the tennis racket on Costello. This was the second elimination as Condrey was pinned with an Aussie Suplex in the first fall. This left Cornette against the Kangaroos and Red Berry. The Kangaroos had fun with the Louisville Lip and Berry pinned him after a SMASH WITH CANE, supposed payback for the earlier tennis racket smash.
LWA Title, Last Man Standing Rules with Tie Domi as Troubleshooting Referee: Nick Bockwinkel (ch) b. Curt Hennig Tie Domi was the inside ref and a regular LWA official stood outside the ring to thwart interference. However, Bobby Heenan and Larry Hennig got into a pre-match argument and the referees made BOTH men return to the locker room or risk suspension and fines. Hennig started off fast with assistance from a Tie Domi punch after Bockwinkel refused to break a hold. This busted open Bockwinkel and actually was the turning point as Hennig would lose his advantage and eventually the match (Bockwinkel picked up 5 quick tokens with the 4th preceded by the Domi punch, but Hennig received the last 10 tokens of the match in what proved to be a very streaky match). Both men had to be assisted to the back, but to a standing ovation!
Ivan Koloff b. Red Bastien The Russian Bear proved his #1 contender-ship with an easy victory over Red Bastien. Koloff used the RUSSIAN BEAR HUG to get the win. Could Koloff be next in Harley Race's sites on "foreign ingrates". Does Race's agenda match the Heenan Family agenda? Stay tuned for more LWA action to find the answers!
Battle of the Yukon: King Kong Bundy b. Yukon Eric, COR The irresistible force met the immovable object in this battle of the behemoths. These two rivals fought in the King Of The Hill Rumble and an Over The Top Rope Match to see who the better man is, but nothing was resolved from this match. The fans enjoyed this match tremendously as both big men put on a good exhibition of power. There was one point in the match where Bundy threw Eric over the ropes, but Eric returned immediately to return the favor and used the KODIAK KRUNCH to gain the advantage. Bobby Heenan figured in the decision as he held Eric's leg while Bundy clothesline him. While Eric was down, Bundy landed an AVALANCHE on the floor while the Brain was holding down Eric's legs. Yukon was injured by this action and fans will receive and update on his condition on LWA TV.
Ultimate Escape Tag-Title Match: Jimmy Snuka & Don Leo Jonathan (ch) b. Don Muraco & Cowboy Bob Orton The champs looked great in this match with Snuka dominating Muraco early and busting him wide-open! Jonathan used a MORMON SWING on Muraco to exit the cage. Snuka continued the assault on both challengers, but tossed Orton outside the cage after hitting a power slam! This left Muraco alone with the Superfly. Snuka has wanted for so long to get Muraco in this position and relished the opportunity of bloodying up the Magnificent One even more! Snuka won the match and retained the Tag-Titles in the process. Despite taking one of the worst beatings in recent memory, Muraco walked out of the cage and back to the locker room on his own accord. This displayed much determination and toughness on his part. Great match.
NOTES: No title changes, but the LWA picture is definitely more interesting after this card. Between Crusher and Rose battling for the IC title, Bockwinkel heading for a showdown with Ivan Koloff and the tag-title picture being interesting with the upcoming tournament, there is plenty of action as the LWA heads out of winter.
LWA Champion: Nick Bockwinkel #1 Contender: Ivan Koloff #2 Contender: Harley Race #3 Contender: Mad Dog Vachon
Intercontinental Champion: Buddy Rose #1 Contender: Crusher #2 Contender: Yukon Eric

LWA TV at Cleveland, OH:
The broadcast began with Intercontinental Champion Buddy Rose being interviewed to start the show. He announced that LWA officials were ordering him to defend the belt against Crusher due to the controversial finish at Superbrawl. However, The Heenan Family jumped Crusher on the way to the ring, injuring his arm. Rose declared himself the winner by forfeit, but LWA officials ordered Rose to defend the belt against SD Jones and is the first match!
Intercontinental Title Match: Buddy Rose (ch) vs. SD Jones, draw. SD was psyched to get a title shot and made the most of it as he took Rose to the limit. SD held the advantage when the time-limit expired and used Philly Shuffle and KO Punch to "pin" Rose before Sherri pulled Rose out of the ring.
Ilio Dipaulo b. Greg Valentine, DQ Dipaulo was dishing out punishment to the Hammer until Brutus Beefcake interfered against the Italian Strong Man with a slam on the floor, causing a DQ.
Brutus Beefcake b. Jim Brunzell, COR Beefcake used the FLYING KNEE SMASH to knock Brunzell out of the ring into the announce table. Brunzell could not beat the count giving Beefcake the duke.
An update aired on the status of Yukon Eric and the injury he suffered at the hands of King Kong Bundy and Bobby Heenan. Eric cannot wrestle until doctors clear him for action as his ribs were severely hurt by a running splash outside the ring with Heenan holding Eric's legs. Eric vowed revenge on Bundy and this will show the LWA a "new" Yukon Eric.
Don Leo Jonathan b. Don Muraco LWA Tag-Championship partner Snuka was in the corner of Don Leo to offset the presence of Lou Albano and Cowboy Bob Orton. Muraco tried to leave the ring, but Snuka kept throwing him back into the ring and running off Orton. The tag-team champs look good even in singles competition as Jonathan used a swinging full nelson for the win.
An update on the 4th Annual March To Glory Tag-Team Tournament and complete brackets will be displayed at the end of the show. The tournament begins next week with matches from Uniondale, NY and continue the following week. There are 24 teams invited to this tournament with 8 teams receiving byes. Uniondale, NY hosts 1st and 2nd round matches along with Allentown, PA with Baltimore, MD hosting the final three rounds aired on a Saturday Night Special broadcast. The winner of the tournament will receive prize money and a shot at the LWA Tag-Championship at Legends Fever from Chicago, IL!
Jimmy Snuka b. Cowboy Bob Orton The other LWA tag-champion Snuka dominated Orton and landed the Superfly. Albano placed Orton's foot on the rope to break a pin attempt from a SUPERFLY and at that point a huge brawl erupted at ringside with Snuka and Jonathan fighting Muraco, Orton and Albano! When the smoke cleared Snuka kept the pressure on and landed another SUPERFLY, but Snuka lifted Orton up and landed his THIRD SUPERFLY to get the win - good match.
Show finished with the announcement of the complete brackets for March To Glory, Interpromotional Tag-Team Tournament (LWA, PPW and JLW (Japanese Legends of Wrestling)): Uniondale, NY 1st-round matches - Buddy Rose & Dock Hutton vs. SD Jones & Koko Ware Argentina Rocca & Ilio Dipaulo vs. King Kong Bundy & Masked Superstar Red Bastien & Red Lyons vs. Vachons Killer Bees vs. Greg Valentine & Brutus Beefcake

10-man Elimination Tag-Team Match: LWA Champion Nick Bockwinkel, Crippler Stevens, King Kong Bundy, Masked Superstar and Bobby Heenan b. Curt & Larry Hennig, Vachon Brothers and Crusher. Crusher could not wrestle due to his injury and Heenan "offered" to step aside to make things even, making this an 8-man match. Here were the eliminations: Bockwinkel b. Mad Dog Vachon, back suplex Curt Hennig b. Nick Bockwinkel, DQ Curt Hennig b. Masked Superstar, DQ Curt Hennig b. Stevens, sleeper Bundy b. Curt Hennig, DQ Bundy b. Larry Hennig, DQ Bundy b. Butcher Vachon, AVALANCHE
Great match with Bockwinkel gaining a pin over Mad Dog, but was DQ'd for Heenan choking Curt Hennig against the ropes. Masked Superstar continued the assault and was also DQ'd for illegal tactics. Stevens entered the ring and thought Hennig was easy pickings, but Hennig rallied with a sleeper to eliminate the Crippler. Bundy entered, but Curt Hennig slammed Bundy on the head with a chair in retaliation of foul tactics from Bundy and Heenan. Larry Hennig continued the assault, but was DQ'd when he and Curt delivered a double Ax attack. Butcher vachon tried to gain the win, but Bundy's bulk was too much to overcome and King Kong gained the victory and the match with the AVALANCHE. Impressive outing for Bundy.

Baltimore, MD, = March 2 Glory Championship Bracket
Matches shown on Saturday Night Special television special!
Media from Japan, UK, Canada and Mexico gathered to cover this special tournament, creating a Super-Bowl like atmosphere. The event started off with a backstage interview with the Road Warriors and Paul Ellering. Unfortunately, they were cut off mid-interview when another media outlet crossed the interview area. The members of the Japanese media were following the Japanese Team of Inoki & Rikidozan for comments. Hawk, Animal and Ellering took exception and started brawling around the press room. Animal and Rikidozan exchanged punches and were separated by security, but Antonio Inoki was not so lucky as Ellering handed Hawk a glass water pitcher and smashed it over Inoki's head. Hawk continued the assault to deepen an already severe wound. LWA officials were able to break it up, but Inoki was rushed to the hospital for medical attention. The camera cut-away to the arena and an update on this situation would be released after the first match.
The Hennigs b. Race & Stevens, COR Curt and Larry had Stevens and Heenan on the run the entire match. Things got rough, but Curt drop-kicked Stevens through the timekeepers table earning the win by count-out.
Williams & Dibiase awaited their opponents Hawk & Animal for their match. However, the update on the pre-match situation between the Road Warriors and Inoki & Rikidozan resulted in 2 eliminations from the tournament. First, LWA commissioner announced that Inoki cannot compete due to severe injuries in the pre-match assault so their opponents, Ivan Koloff & Iron Sheik will receive a bye to the semifinals. Hawk & Animal have also forfeited their match as they have been escorted from the building and are suspended indefinitely pending review of today's incident.
Williams & Dibiase, forfeit via suspension over Hawk & Animal
Koloff & Sheik, forfeit via injury over Inoki & Rikidozan
Kangaroos b. (ch) Snuka & Jonathan, DQ Snuka and Jonathan controlled the match until Red Berry's cane entered the action. Snuka, and not Costello was caught using it and was DQ'd. Kangaroos advance to semifinals with an upset over the current LWA Tag-Champs.
Semifinals Williams & Dibiase b. The Hennigs. The bye assisted Dibiase & Williams as they were fresh and the Hennigs were physically and emotionally spent over their win against the Heenan family. Dibiase used the power slam for the win, ending the Hennigs 3 match tournament streak. The Hennigs fought the most matches in the tournament (4).
Kangaroos b. Koloff & Sheik The Roos luck continued as Koloff was DQ'd for using the chain and the Kangaroos will face Williams & Dibiase for the tournament championship.
March 2 Glory Finals: Kangaroos b. Williams & Dibiase The #1 Contenders in the LWA met the #1 Contenders in the PPW for the finals. Doc and Dibiase dominated Heffernan throughout the match and looked like they would win, but the Kangaroos used their experience, teamwork and wits to ride out the size advantage and turn the tide. Costello rallied his team and used the BOOMERANG on Williams for the win. The Kangaroos win the tournament and the LWA Tag-Title Shot at Legends Fever in Chicago!
IC Return Title Match with Crusher as referee: Buddy Rose (ch) b. SD Jones, DQ Could Crusher's refereeing provide a title win like it did for Curt Hennig? Almost, but Jones was caught using a pair of brass nux which Sherri Martel originally passed to Rose. Crusher had no choice to call for a DQ as Rose was knocked cold!

Who Is Sean Mooney, I like reading your fed results and I think it is cool that you have a LWE Year 4 going. Thanks for reading, Mr. Vegas. Yeah sometimes it is tough to keep things fresh, but I do not use the entire roster of cards. The other thing is a draft lottery I played out. Look for the results soon...

LWA at Austin, TX (Battlezone TV- Episode 2) Televised matches: Dock Hutton b. Black Bart, atomic drop.
Superfly Snuka b. SD Jones, SUPERFLY SPLASH. Bill Apter interview backstage with King Kong Bundy after Bundy met with LWA Officials. Bundy was upset that he is always saving the bacon of the Heenan Family and wants a title match of his own. In fact, Bundy and an unknown person demanded LWA officials for a title match against fellow Heenan Family member LWA Champion Nick Bockwinkel, partially due to him being the lone survivor in the first-episode of Battlezone and partially because of Bundy’s winning percentage in the LWA. Bundy announced that he is no longer part of the “Heenan Family” and will debut his new manager in the LWA championship match scheduled in Houston against Nick Bockwinkel as LWA officials granted Bundy his title shot!
Danny Hodge b. Larry Hennig, deathjump and cross body press.
Intercontinental Championship Match: Champion Buddy Rose (w/Sherri) b. Chris Candido (w/Tammy), Rose snuck a foreign object after brawling continuously outside the ring with Candido.
Don Leo Jonathan b. Ace Orton, MORMON SWING.
A special segment from the LWA backstage media center with Bill Apter reporting The LWA Rules Committee sanctions an IC Title match to be held in a steel cage between Buddy Rose and Chris Candido. This mandate was forced by the controversial finish in the IC-Title match earlier in the evening. Bill Apter also has big news concerning Bobby Heenan’s reaction to the LWA championship picture, but the details will not be available until the end of the broadcast.
George Hackenschmidt b. Curt Hennig, DQ Bobby Heenan appeared on screen with Bill Apter and went berserk, calling Bundy every name in the book. Bundy immediately came out and got into it with the Brain. Eventually, Bundy tried to lay his hands on Heenan after being slapped, but timely intervention by LWA Champion Nick Bockwinkel saw the broadcast end with Bundy and Bockwinkel brawling in LWA Headquarters! Apter signed off with a reminder about the upcoming title bout!
Dark Matches -No-holds barred: Don Muraco b. Bullet Bob Armstrong, HAWAIIAN HAMMER after an awesome brawl. Muraco was in trouble but the tide turned several times and ended with Muraco hitting his finisher for the win!
Main Event: Tag-Challenge: Nick Bockwinkel and Crippler Stevens b. Yukon Eric and King Kong Bundy (subbing for injured Jimmy Valiant!)…The Heenan Family were surprised with Bundy’s defection and subsequent teaming with foe Yukon Eric, but used illegal tactics to gain the win after a BOCKWINKEL SLEEPER. This match only fuels the fire for Bundy and Bockwinkel’s title match.
LWA Champion: Nick Bockwinkel IC Champion: Buddy Rose Tag-Champions: Fabulous Kangaroos
LWA at Houston, TX (Friends ‘N Foes)[/b][/color] Moscow Assassin b. Blue Demon, deathjump and cross body. Assassin made a remarkable comeback in this battle of masked men.
Ivan Koloff b. Koko Ware, leg drop, backbreaker and RUSSIAN BEARHUG.
1st Friends ‘N Foes Challenge:Jimmy Valiant b. Cousin Luke, SLEEPER. These two fan favorites shook hands after a hard-fought bout.
Iron Mike Dibiase b. Masked Superstar, DQ. Yukon Eric assisted Dibiase as the Heenan Family interfered. Eric’s vendetta against the Heenan Family continues to the next match as Yukon Eric fought Crippler Stevens to a DDQ.
The ring announcer declared a bonus match has been added to the card as Yukon Eric teams with Mike Dibiase versus Masked Superstar and Crippler Stevens!
Yukon Eric and Mike Dibiase b. Masked Superstar and Crippler Stevens, COR. Eric did not wait for the bell pummeling his rivals and when Dibiase hit Masked Superstar for a PILEDRIVER, they looked easy pickings for Yukon Eric. Stevens and Heenan pulled Star to safety, losing the match by count-out.
2nd Friends ‘N Foes Challenge: Argentina Rocca b. The Crusher, crushing body scissors. Tough brawl between two friends and contenders.
3rd Friends ‘N Foes Challenge, LWA Championship: Champion Nick Bockwinkel (with Bobby Heenan) b. King Kong Bundy (with the debut of manager Larry Sharpe), DQ. Both managers get heavily involved in this one. Larry Sharpe, perhaps somewhat inexperienced with LWA referees getting DQ’d for smacking Heenan and Bockwinkel with the title belt! Bundy laid the belt over both men and walked to the locker room amidst a stunned audience.
