Ladies and gentlemen. This is the newest Japanese wrestling promotion -- JWA!!!

The Eastern Asia Tour will feature 20 men in round robin competion as part of the Asia Championship Series, to determine the All Asia heavyweight champion.

The inaugural tour of the JWA has been scheduled.

These are the men that will compete in round robin competition in the Asia Championship Series to determine the first ever All Asia heavyweight champion. Tonight, we start the tour with a traditional over the top rope battle royal. The order wrestlers are eliminated will determine the remaining matches on the card.

20-MAN BATTLE ROYAL

The bell rang and everyone found someone to hit! The action saw Rocca with Destroyer; Dozan and Snuka, Iron Sheik looked to be throwing out Inoki but Mascaras made the save. Koloff then went at it with Inoki. Magnum and Jonathan fought as did Bockwinkel and Williams. Mr. Fuji suplexed Baba and tried to send him out. Brody tossed Muldoon around. Johnny Valentine kept Gordy from going out courtesy of Gotch, then almost put Gotch out. Gordy came close to eliminating Masked Superstar.

The Destroyer started doing a number on the leg of Rocca. Mascaras and the Iron Sheik each came close to being tossed out. Jonathan helped out Inoki against Koloff. Brody left Muldoon and helped Baba against Fuji. Gordy returned the favor by saving Valentine, then powerbombed Gotch out of the ring. The Masked Superstar lifted Valentine up and out from the corner of the ring.

The Destroyer had Rocca in a lot of trouble but Rikidozan saved him. Two hiplocks by Rikidozan put Destroyer over the top rope. A burst of energy by Rocca and he eliminated Snuka. Then Mascaras sent Iron Sheik flying out of the ring. The Mormon Swing by Jonathan hurled Koloff to the floor. Inoki and Magnum started fighting while Bockwinkel's sleeper put Dr. Death out. Then it was Baba chopping Muldoon to the floor. Brody pounded on Fuji and Baba fought Masked Superstar. Jonathan used the Mormon Swing on Gordy.

Bockwinkel and Mascaras exchanged blows, as did Jonathan and Gordy. Inoki and Baba teamed up on the Masked Superstar, who took a beating but managed to stay in the ring. Brody continued to work over Fuji.

Bockwinkel moves over to take on Rikidozan. Mascaras saved Jonathan from Gordy but then took the Oriental Spike and the gentle giant returned the favor. Rocca came close to ousting Magnum T.A. Masked Superstar got away from the Japanese and fought with Mascaras. Brody went after Inoki and Baba chopped away at Fuji.

Bockwinkel and Rikidozan went at it. The fatigued Rocca jumped in to toss Bockwinkel. Then Magnum turned the tables and tossed Masked Superstar. People started going out as Mascaras' octopus hold forced Gordy out. The big men squared off and Brody powered Jonathan out. Baba and Inoki were killing Fuji but he held on.

Rocca came close to throwing out Magnum. Rikidozan saved Mascaras but Brody made him pay for it. Inoki finally eliminated Fuji.

Magnum T.A. somehow held on against Rocca. Then Rocca dumped Magnum. Right after that Brody tossed Mascaras. Rikidozan and Inoki squared off only days after they lost the NWA World tag team titles. Brody fired up to toss Baba. We are down to four men left in the ring - Brody, Rikidozan, Inoki and Rocca.

Brody wasted no time and eliminated Rocca. Bruiser Brody then put up an unbelievable fight against both Rikidozan and Inoki. He constantly stopped each one from throwing him out and carried the fight at both men over and over. Finally the two were able to get Brody out when Rikidozan chopped him to the floor.

That left the former World tag team champions against each other. Inoki got the upper hand after back and forth action. Inoki knocked Rikidozan over the top rope and celebrated as the winner of the battle royal! These two will meet one on one in the main event right here tonight!

FRANK GOTCH def. JOHNNY VALENTINE

A great first singles bout in JWA history! Gotch exploded with offense and put Valentine down on the mat and nearly broke his leg in the opening minute. Valentine showed all his toughness by hanging on and fighting back. These two are in opposite blocks of the round robin tournament and continued to try and beat the other one down to the mat. Gotch finally forced Valentine to tap to the Toe Hold (Valentine 5 coins).

JIMMY SNUKA def. DESTROYER

After a brutal, grind it out type of match, this one ended in a hurry. After briefly exchanging moves, the Superfly blasted Destroyer with a chop off the ropes and wrapped him up for the pin with a handful of tights. The underhandedness of the way Snuka won was not appreciated by the fans. These two are also not in the same block for the round robin tournament so it will be some time before the Destroyer can get in the ring with Snuka again.

IRON SHEIK def. IVAN KOLOFF

These two did as much battling on the floor as wrestling in the ring. Things were really getting out of hand but on this occasion the bell didn't ring and they kept fighting back and forth. The Iron Sheik won with the Camel Clutch. This one was very intense but again they will not meet during the round robin tournament.

STEVE WILLIAMS def. WILLIAM MULDOON

This was a great matchup as Muldoon immediately hurled Dr. Death all over the ring, much to the amazement of the crowd. Williams almost went down early but began to overpower Muldoon. It took two Oklahoma Stampedes to finally beat Muldoon (Williams 4 coins). This is another pairing that will not happen in the upcoming tournament.

NICK BOCKWINKEL def. MASKED SUPERSTAR

Another very good contest that was very evenly fought. The Masked Superstar really had a lot of things going his way and frustrated Bockwinkel. Over time Bockwinkel took over and the figure four finished off the Superstar.

TERRY GORDY def. DON LEO JONATHAN

These two big men will get a to go at it again once the tournament gets underway. It was an all-out slugfest and Jonathan kept getting the upperhand. Gordy though powerbombed and piledrove him but couldn't get the pin. It took a missed charge in the corner for Gordy to grab the three count.

MAGNUM T.A. def. MR. FUJI

A great match that saw Magnum T.A. become an instant huge favorite for the fans. Fuji very early threw salt in Magnum's face. This match went back and forth but Fuji constantly had T.A. down for the pin but couldn't get the three count. Magnum somehow kept coming back and won with the belly to belly (Magnum 6 coins). These two men will get to wrestle again during the round robin tournament.

MIL MASCARAS def. GIANT BABA

An epic match between two of the favorites to win Block A. It felt like a world title match, even though Mascaras lost his belt to Andre the Giant last month. Mascaras really held the advantage most of the way, but Baba wouldn't go down for the count. Mascaras used the octopus hold a lot and was able to win by coming off the top rope (Baba 4 coins).

BRUISER BRODY def. ANTONINO ROCCA

A great, fast paced match here. Rocca really had it going his way for a long time. Brody it so strong though he came back and won with the jumping knee drop.

ANTONIO INOKI def. RIKIDOZAN

This one didn't go how anyone would have expected. After going back and forth, Inoki locked on the Octopus hold. Rikidozan could not get out or get to the ropes, but was locked in this move for a long time before finally giving it up.

These two gave the ones one helluva a first match in the tournament. They very nearly hit the time limit. Magnum T.A. came out on fire and impressed the crowd by his control of the match. Baba started to come back and these went back and forth. Baba kicked out of the belly to belly. Magnum got up twice from the Neckbreaker Drop. Both men were slowing down and Baba took the win with the Neckbreaker Drop. The two shook hands afterwards (Magnum 4 coins).

IRON SHEIK def. MR. FUJI

An interesting match here and the fans didn't really cheer for either man and just waited to see what each would try to do. Fuji seemed able to beat the Iron Sheik to the punch when it came to underhanded tactics. They went to the floor some and the Iron Sheik took the punishment early. They went back and forth until the Camel Clutch finished off Fuji.

MIL MASCARAS def. WILLIAM MULDOON

Another very good contest as Muldoon showed he might be someone to reckon with in the tournament. Several times early in the match he almost beat the former three-time world champion. Mascaras slowly got things going himself but Muldoon was tough to finish off. A couple running crossbodys scored the pin on Muldoon (Mascaras 4 coins, Muldoon 3 coins).

MASKED SUPERSTAR def. DESTROYER

These two have had plenty of matches in the past and immediatelly went to work on each other. The Masked Superstar hit some high-impact moves early on and the Destroyer on the ropes. A massive clothesline coming out of the corner sent the Destroyer down for a three-count.

FRANK GOTCH def. RIKIDOZAN

The crowd couldn't believe it when Rikidozan lost his opening match of the tournament. Gotch didn't let his legend temper his attack. Gotch quickly put Rikidozan down and may have injured the leg. The second time with the Toe Hold and Rikidozan gave it up.

BLOCK B
ASIA CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES

A very hard-hitting and intense fight to open Block B competition. They fought a lot on the outside and Snuka kicked out of the piledriver. More back and forth but Snuka was able to land the Superfly Leap and took the win.

DON LEO JONATHAN def. IVAN KOLOFF by D.Q.

This was a seriously brutal match between two powerhouses. Koloff really looked good and kept the pressure on Jonathan the entire match. The Russian Bear took his shots too and kicked out of the Mormon Swing. Koloff decided to try and use the steel chain but he was caught and disqualified.

STEVE WILLIAMS def. NICK BOCKWINKEL by D.Q.

The crowd didn't like seeing another disqualification result after a really good match between these two. It was Dr. Death that left the ring whenever he could while Bockwinkel kept working him over inside. Williams was choked repeatedly over the ropes and took many piledrivers, but didn't allow Bockwinkel to use any of his finishers. Williams did plant the former World champion with the Oklahoma Stampede. They went outside and Bockwinkel piledrove Williams on the floor and the bell rang.

BRUISER BRODY def. JOHNNY VALENTINE

Another wild and hard-hitting matchup here. It was a flurry of action but Brody soon took over. Valentine kicked out of the jumping knee drop and piledrivers. Brody suplexed him back into the ring and scored the pinfall. Valentine said his foot was on the ropes, and then jumped Brody from behind and the two fought to the back.

ANTONIO INOKI def. ANTONINO ROCCA

This result definitely sent the fans home happy. Rocca came out fast and had things going well early on. They went back and forth and Inoki had a couple nearfalls. Rocca took back to back enzuigiris before going down to the three count.

A very brutal first encounter of the evening. The Russian Bear took things to the extreme on the outside. Gordy though took everything he dished out, including a series of moves but Koloff couldn't put Gordy down for the fall. Then Gordy fired up and came back with the Oriental Spike. Koloff fought it off for a long time, but then Gordy piledrove him for the three count.

ANTONINO ROCCA def. BRUISER BRODY

The fans really got into this match as Rocca showed he has what it takes to take a win over someone like Brody. Rocca used his speed to control the match. Brody battled back but he couldn't stop the momentum Rocca had built. He powered out of the Argentinian Backbreaker but Rocca put him in it again for the win (Brody 5 coins).

STEVE WILLIAMS def. JIMMY SNUKA

A fast match and a surprise ending. Snuka went up top too early for the Superfly Leap and missed. Dr. Death then planted him with the Oklahoma Stampede and won the match.

A spectacular match. Very long as the time limit almost expired. Non-stop back and forth action. Jonathan really controlled things most of the way but could not get the pin. Inoki fought hard to come back and he couldn't finish off the big man. Finally an enzugiri did the job (Jonathan 5 coins).

A very brutal first encounter of the evening. The Russian Bear took things to the extreme on the outside. Gordy though took everything he dished out, including a series of moves but Koloff couldn't put Gordy down for the fall. Then Gordy fired up and came back with the Oriental Spike. Koloff fought it off for a long time, but then Gordy piledrove him for the three count.

ANTONINO ROCCA def. BRUISER BRODY

The fans really got into this match as Rocca showed he has what it takes to take a win over someone like Brody. Rocca used his speed to control the match. Brody battled back but he couldn't stop the momentum Rocca had built. He powered out of the Argentinian Backbreaker but Rocca put him in it again for the win (Brody 5 coins).

STEVE WILLIAMS def. JIMMY SNUKA

A fast match and a surprise ending. Snuka went up top too early for the Superfly Leap and missed. Dr. Death then planted him with the Oklahoma Stampede and won the match.

A spectacular match. Very long as the time limit almost expired. Non-stop back and forth action. Jonathan really controlled things most of the way but could not get the pin. Inoki fought hard to come back and he couldn't finish off the big man. Finally an enzugiri did the job (Jonathan 5 coins).

A shocking upset win for Mr. Fuji. A good match as Fuji fought hard. Gotch had things under control but Fuji threw salt in his eyes. Then the Banzai Drop was enough to score the three count.

WILLIAM MULDOON def. MAGNUM T.A.

Another great match from Magnum T.A. These two looked real evenly matched. Muldoon controlled the action most of the time, but this went did go back and forth. Magnum never got the belly to belly suplex applied, but Muldoon just kept wearing Magnum down. A shoulder throw finally put T.A. down for the pin (Magnum 5 coins).

MASKED SUPERSTAR def. RIKIDOZAN

No one can believe that Rikidozan is now 0-3 in the tournament. He started out fast and had the Masked Superstar in a lot of trouble. Things turned around though and the Masked Superstar quickly won the match with the spinning neckbreaker and cobra hold combination.

IRON SHEIK def. GIANT BABA

Another crowd favorite loses in an awesome match. The Iron Sheik has looked amazing so far here in the the JWA. Baba ended the match a bloody mess after all the out of the ring fighting and the Iron Sheik using his loaded boot. Baba fought like a champion but eventually could go on no longer (Baba 8 coins).

DESTROYER def. MIL MASCARAS

These two masked legends have had many battles in the NWA. Mascaras looked great and was in charge. The Destroyer stopped all of that in the corner and the figure four leglock forced Mascaras to submit.

Bockwinkel finally comes up with his first win of the tournament. Snuka was on fire and gave Bockwinkel a beating. The two fought a lot on the outside. Snuka missed off the top rope but Bockwinkel could not follow up. In the end Bockwinkel got back on track and beat Snuka with the sleeper.

STEVE WILLIAMS def. IVAN KOLOFF

Dr. Death continues to run thru the competition. The Russian Bear got hit with a backdrop driver and that brought about the three count.

Inoki remains unbeaten in the tournament. Gordy couldn't slow Inoki down and several top rope moves and the enzugiri finished him off.

A great match between the two big men in Block B. Non stop pounding back and forth on each other. Jonathan was able to get the Mormon Swing on grabbed the three count.

The tour rolls on as we've reached the second third of the round robin tournament. There is plenty of buzz going on over all of the wrestlers, the ones doing well and the ones that aren't.

In Block A, the Iron Shei and the Masked Superstar are both 3-0 which comes as a surprise to many. The fans want someone to step up and keep either of them from reaching the championship match. Rikidozan is 0-3 which does not sit well with him or anyone else in Japan. Can the highly popular star turn it around and find his way back into contention? Mr. Fuji has been seen talking to various wrestlers in both blocks, but what the conversation was about in unknown.

Antonio Inoki stands alone in first place of Block B. Steve Williams and Johnny Valentine are right behind him. Nick Bockwinkel is determined to take care of business and is still fuming over his being disqualified in the first match of the tournament. Ivan Koloff has yet to win but has to be considered a spoiler to anyone he has left to face.

BLOCK B
ASIA CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES

The Russian Bear did not come out like he needed to and is still winless in the tournament. Snuka dominated, working over Koloff until he landed the Superfly Leap for the pin. Snuka never acknowledged the crowd at all and just left and went to the back.

NICK BOCKWINKEL def. ANTONINO ROCCA

A real good match as both men needed a win to keep close to the leaders. Rocca had the upperhand, but after Bockwinkel got out of the backbreaker he took over. Rocca couldn't slow him down and the figure four ended the match. Bockwinkel wouldn't let the move go until just before the decision was going to be reversed.

TERRY GORDY def. BRUISER BRODY

Another really good match and a somewhat surprising upset. Brody took control early, but Gordy got things going his way. The Oriental Spike and then a piledriver but Brody down for the three count.

DON LEO JONATHAN def. JOHNNY VALENTINE

A great match between two men that held the NWA world tag team titles together two years ago. Non-stop back and forth action. Jonathan survived the atomic skullcrusher. The big man put a few moves together and the mormon swing took care of Valentine.

ANTONIO INOKI def. STEVE WILLIAMS by D.Q.

An excellent match marred by the finish. Toe to toe these two went. Dr. Death had a chance to beat the man leading Block B so far. They exchanged finishing moves and kept going at it. Williams knocked the referee down and threw Inoki to the floor and was disqualified.

BLOCK A

RIKIDOZAN def. GIANT BABA

Rikidozan finally picks up his first win. He was all business, as Baba was back on his heels the whole match. It still took time to put Baba away, but several massive chops brought the three count for Rikidozan. These two briefly held the NWA world tag team titles in 2117.

DESTROYER def. MR. FUJI

A wild match as Mr. Fuji pulled every dirty trick in the book. These two really tore into each other. Both men were in bad shape. Fuji had a lot of chances to win, but so did the Destroyer. Fuji had to give it up though as his leg was in bad shape (Destroyer 6 coins, Fuji 5 coins).

FRANK GOTCH def. MAGNUM T.A.

For the first time Magnum went down without a whole lot of fight. He'd been giving the fans great matches despite not having won in the tournament. Gotch took him down, worked on the leg and the Toe Hold ended this one.

IRON SHEIK def. WILLIAM MULDOON

A definite statement made here as the Iron Sheik remains undefeated in round robin play. The Iron Sheik didn't let Muldoon get anything going. They went outside where Muldoon almost was counted out. He fought and fought against the Camel Clutch but it was on too long and the Iron Sheik forced him to give it up.

MIL MASCARAS def. MASKED SUPERSTAR

These two have had plenty of matches over the years, including trading the NWA world title between them. Mascaras really controlled the pace and the Masked Superstar was unable to slow the Luchador down. Repeated moves off the top and to the floor eventually finished off the Masked Superstar.

Once again, Mr. Fuji was seen talking to wrestlers from both blocks of the tournament. This time one of them was the Iron Sheik, who is the leader in Block A. A lot of talk has centered around Rikidozan and the Giant Baba and whether either of them can start a winning streak to have a chance at advancing to the final. The standings are starting to take shape now and every match is crucial for all the participants.

BLOCK A
ASIA CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES

Magnum T.A. comes up with his first win of the tournament, and a costly loss for the masked Destroyer. Several dropkicks set the Destroyer up for the belly to belly suplex and the pin.

WILLIAM MULDOON def. GIANT BABA

Muldoon seriously took Baba to school. The bigger man couldn't stop Muldoon and his mat technique. Muldoon dropped Baba on his head over and over until getting the three count (Baba 6 coins).

MASKED SUPERSTAR def. MR. FUJI

Mr. Fuji made this a good match by always coming back, and even landing his Banzai Drop. The Masked Superstar was in control though the entire way. Fuji was tough to put away though but the neckbreaker and cobra hold finally ended the match (Fuji 4 coins).

MIL MASCARAS def. RIKIDOZAN

A great match as Rikidozan went right at the former three-time world champion and this was one heckuva match. Tons of back and forth action. Mascaras slowly started to wear Dozan down and a slingshot plancha ended the match (Rikidozan 4 coins).

An awesome match with first place in Block A on the line. Gotch finally retaliated to the Iron Sheik's aggressiveness and fighting on the floor. These two really tried to hurt each other and the match kept going. The Iron Sheik finally won with the Camel Clutch (Gotch 5 coins).

IVAN KOLOFF def. NICK BOCKWINKEL

A great match for the Russian Bear to come up with his first win, and pretty much take Bockwinkel out of the running in Block B. A great back and forth match. Bockwinkel took charge in the ring but Koloff fought on the floor. Bockwinkel tried a second top rope move and missed. Koloff then put the bear hug on for the victory.

A very good matchup here. Rocca quickly had the backbreaker on Jonathan. They went back and forth until Jonathan put several moves together. After tossing Rocca about he used the Mormon Swing to win the match.

What an incredible battle these two turned in. An all-out slobberknocker of a brawl. Valentine had Gordy in all kinds of trouble, but the big man came back with a vengeance. Valentine stayed alive though and another skullcrusher ended the match (Gordy 5 coins).

JIMMY SNUKA def. ANTONIO INOKI

A monster win for the Superfly and everyone else in Block B as Snuka beats the leader. Another back and forth matchup. A piledriver gave Snuka the chance to hit the top rope splash for the big win.

The match chosen for the main event far surpassed expectations. An awesome brawl as both men dished it out and took everything the other threw at them. In and out of the ring they went. A fight that could have gone either way but both men kept fighting and fighting. Brody hit the running knee drop to score the pinfall.

Inoki somehow came back from the beating he took and an enzugiri put Koloff away. That wasn't the end of it as Koloff attacked Inoki again with the steel chain.

A fast paced, hard-hitting contest. A lot of back and forth action but Rocca caught Gordy with a headscisscors for the pin. Gordy nailed Rocca from behind and put the Oriental Spike on again.

STEVE WILLIAMS def. JOHNNY VALENTINE

A fast win for Dr. Death. Williams' power overwhelemed Valentine. Two Oklahoma Stampedes ended the match.

BRUISER BRODY def. JIMMY SNUKA

An awesome match as all the old bad blood between these was immediately apparent. All-out war in and out of the ring. Non-stop they fought and fought. Brody came away with the win after the jumping knee drop, having earlier kicked out of the superfly leap.

A tough loss for the big man as it very may have taken him out from a chance at winning the whole thing. Bockwinkel put the sleeper on and that was all she wrote.

Another match where Magnum showed all his heart but just couldn't come up with a win. He was hammered over and over until a crossbody by Masked Superstar ended the match (Magnum 4 coins).

A great match between two former world champions. Great back and forth action. Baba took the punishment for a long time until Mascaras finally grabbed the pin (Baba 5 coins).

IRON SHEIK def. DESTROYER

A great come back win to keep the Iron Sheik undefeated. The Destroyer was on fire and working over the legs. The Iron Sheik held on and put the Camel Clutch on to win.

FRANK GOTCH def. WILLIAM MULDOON

The main event was mat wrestling. Gotch took control of Muldoon and never let it go. The toe hold and more work on the leg put Muldoon away.

The main event here tonight could determine the winner of Block A. The Iron Sheik can virtually wrap up first place if he beats the Masked Superstar. If he does not, then those two will be tied with two matches left in the round robin tournament.

BLOCK B
ASIA CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES

Rocca was on fire and never let up against Dr. Death. Williams couldn't stay off the mat and Rocca just kept wearing him down until the Argentinian Backbreaker ended it.

TERRY GORDY def. DON LEO JONATHAN

A very fast match. Gordy hit a knee off the ropes then a huge lariat and grabbed the pin. After the match he put the Oriental Spike on Jonathan.

BRUISER BRODY def. IVAN KOLOFF

This match looked like it was taking place in Puerto Rico and they were again fighting over the WWC Carribean Hardcore title. Most of the match was spent on the outside. Koloff had the bear hug on Brody, but the match turned around and the jumping knee drop put the Russian Bear away.

JIMMY SNUKA def. JOHNNY VALENTINE

No love lost here between these two. Another match with a lot of time spent outside the ring. Snuka poured on the offense and won after a backbreaker.

NICK BOCKWINKEL def. ANTONIO INOKI

A great match as these two have fought for a long time in ICW. Back and forth they went. Bockwinkel turned things around with the figure four and then won with the sleeper.

BLOCK A

MIL MASCARAS def. MR. FUJI

[/center]

Fuji made Mascaras work to get the win, but the devious one was in trouble most of the time. Mascaras never let up on the pressure won off the ropes with a crossbody.

FRANK GOTCH def. GIANT BABA

Must to the dismay of the crowd, another loss for Baba. He was really looking good and in control. Gotch just could not get anything to work and put Baba on the mat. Finally Gotch did just that. A back suplex and the toe hold right away and Baba tapped.

RIKIDOZAN def. MAGNUM T.A.

Magnum started fast but Rikidozan seemingly turned a switch and it was over. He blasted T.A. with massive chops and took the pinfall just like that.

WILLIAM MULDOON def. DESTROYER

A brutal match as both men looked like they may have hurt the other one. Destroyer looked worse though as Muldoon tossed him about on his head and shoulder. Destroyer took a shot in the corner, went down and was pinned.

MASKED SUPERSTAR def. IRON SHEIK

The main event was a barn burner to determine first place in Block A. An awesome match as neither wanted to let the opportunity slip by. Both took all kinds of punishment. It was the Masked Superstar handing the Iron Sheik his first loss in the tournament with the cobra hold

BLOCK A
ASIA CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES

Giant Baba def. Mr. Fuji

Baba got the show started off right as far as the fans were concerned. Fuji took a beating but showed he's tough to put away. After working Baba over outside the ring, Fuji couldn't follow up. Baba nailed the Neckbreaker Drop for the pin.

Mil Mascaras def. Magnum T.A.

This was a great bout as Magnum gave Mascaras his top effort as he's done the whole tournament. The match was pretty match dead even with a lot of nearfalls. Mascaras came out on top with a flying crossbody.

Destroyer def. Frank Gotch

[/center]

A great wrestling match and the Destroyer pulls out a win that probably removes any chance of Gotch winning Block A. Another real even match with plenty of nearfalls. They went toe to toe but the Destroyer came away the winner with the figure four leglock.

Rikidozan def. Iron Sheik

This could be a crushing loss for the Iron Sheik. His first defeat came last week to the Masked Superstar, so now he needs the masked man to lose tonight also to stay alive. Rikidozan dominated the bout, but the Iron Sheik is hard to beat and kept kicking out. Too many huge chops from Rikidozan and the Iron Sheik went down (Iron Sheik 5 coins).

William Muldoon def. Masked Superstar

Another huge decision that affects the final outcome of Block A. A great fight between these two. It went a long time and both were in trouble. Muldoon came out the winner by tossing Masked Superstar on his head one more time (Masked Superstar 5 coins).

BLOCK B

ASIA CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES[/center]

Nick Bockwinkel has put himself in position to win Block B despite a slow start to the tournament. This was a hard-hitting match, but Bockwinkel was determined to put Gordy away as soon as he could. Gordy fought off the figure four and the sleeper but finally went down to submission.

Jimmy Snuka def. Antonino Rocca

The Superfly missed his top rope splash but Rocca couldn't capitalize. Snuka landed his top rope move for the big win.

Johnny Valentine def. Ivan Koloff

[/center]

A brutal in and out of the ring fight between these two. It could have gone either way but Valentine beat the Russian Bear with the atomic skullcrusher.

Steve Williams def. Don Leo Jonathan

An awesome battle between two big powerful men. Back and forth with tons of nearfalls. Dr. Death got the Oklahoma Stampede to score the win (Jonathan 5 coins).

Bruiser Brody def. Antonio Inoki

Brody's win sent huge waves thru the Block B standings. Inoki couldn't stop the big men, but kicked out twice of the jumping knee drop. A huge boot in the face put Inoki down for three.

This is the final day of the round robin tournament. In Block A, Mil Mascaras and the Iron Sheik each have 12 points and will square off. The Masked Superstar also has 12 points and is facing Frank Gotch. If Mil Mascaras wins, he will win Block A. If the Iron Sheik wins and the Masked Superstar win, the Masked Superstar will take first place.

In Block B, Nick Bockwinkel faces Bruiser Brody with first place on the line. Jimmy Snuka also has 10 points and is wrestling Don Leo Jonathan. If Nick Bockwinkel wins, he takes Block B. If Bruiser Brody wins, he will win Block B.

BLOCK A
ASIA CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES

Mr. Fuji def. Magnum T.A.

Mr. Fuji came up with a win to avoid being in last place in Block A. He used the salt and the outside to his advantage. The Banzai Drop beat Magnum T.A., who wrestled with honor and heart the whole tournament and became a big favorite among all the JWA fans.

Destroyer def. Giant Baba

[/center]

This wasn't the way the tournament was to go for hometown hero Giant Baba. His final match was a good one, going back and forth with the Destroyer. It took a long time for the masked man to come up with the win, but afterwards he continued to attack the leg of Baba with the figure four (Baba four coins).

Rikidozan def. William Muldoon

[/center]

A great match that saw Muldoon take a huge beating but not stop fighting back. Rikidozan dominated but Muldoon wouldn't go away, and then made a comeback. Muldoon had Rikidozan down but he couldn't finish him off and Rikidozan hiplocked him to the mat for the win (Muldoon 5 coins).

Frank Gotch def. Masked Superstar

A huge match as Frank Gotch took the Masked Superstar out of contention to win Block A. Masked Superstar exploded with offense at the start. Gotch was in a lot of trouble but held on. He came back and locked the Toe Hold on. Masked Superstar fought to stay alive for a long time but could not get out and submitted. The Destroyer ran in to jump Gotch after the match.

Iron Sheik def. Mil Mascaras

An amazing match that determined who would win Block A. Mascaras had the advantage but the Iron Sheik kept the match going. He turned things around and just like the previous match locked Mascaras in a submission move for a long time. Mascaras could not escape the Camel Clutch and gave it up. The Iron Sheik wins Block A!!! He was then joined by Mr. Fuji and the two celebrated as they went to the back.

BLOCK B
ASIA CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES

Antonino Rocca def. Ivan Koloff

The Russian Bear went at it with Rocca, but couldn't keep up with his speed. Koloff did do some damage with the chain, but Rocca got him in the backbreaker. Mr. Fuji tried to interfere but was nailed by Rocca. Koloff then gave it up in the backbreaker.

Terry Gordy def. Steve Williams

These two waited the entire tournament for this match to continue hostilities that started in ICW. An all-out brawl is what this was and it went back and forth. Dr. Death kicked out of three straight piledrivers by Gordy. They kept fighting but Williams went down to the Oriental Spike. Gordy piledrove him again after the match.

Jimmy Snuka def. Don Leo Jonathan

The Superfly was on fire and never gave the big man time to breath. Snuka did miss his splash, but also landed the top rope move. Jonathan fought hard but Snuka chopped him down to size.

Johnny Valentine def. Antonio Inoki

Valentine prented Inoki from possibly winning Block B. Inoki couldn't slow down his attack as Valentine was non-stop with power moves until putting him away with the atomic skullcrusher.

Nick Bockwinkel def. Bruiser Brody

This match decided the Block B winner. A great battle that Brody nearly won by countout. If that had happened, then Jimmy Snuka would have won Block B. Bockwinkel was on top of his game though and had Brody wore down and won with the abdominal stretch. Nick Bockwinkel wins Block B!!!
