They would have just had to start incorporating keyboards...there is no other logical solution. Keyboards make it all okay... :-D If I hear keyboards on the new album, I'm done. Forever. Fine...fine...how about some folk elements? Would that work for you? Honestly, last time I saw Opeth...the keyboardist there was fairly metal. There was some epic head banging going on, nothing too flamboyent. But I may just be too into metro metal for my own good. *shrug* Related note, cant wait for new Opeth. They take up a good amount of my MP3 player...pretty sure all albums are accounted for, plus the latest live album.

What the hell is metro metal?! I just coined that phrase :0 Think of it as metal, but more thoughtful and elegant. Where bands arent afraid of the occassional keyboard. Or maybe even a catchy chorus here and there... Would metroCore be more applicable?

My personal guilty pleasure is cover songs and pop punk. Like old Sum 41 and Yellowcard (Yet don't care for Good Charlotte much). I personally don't have a CD player anymore so I use my Ipod and my computer for music listening. And mostly been listening to New Found Glory's From the Screen to Your Stereo Part 2. They have a awesome cover of Head Over Heels(favorite song from Donnie Darko) and Don't You (Forget About Me). Song I'm enjoying alot for some reason is Death Cab For Cutie's "I Will Possess Your Heart"(has a cool sound to it).
