With Batista returning , Do you think he will be Heavyweight champion again in the future ?

I don't think it is a question of whether he will have the title again but more how quickly he will. With Rey's rumored break and JBL announcing I say not that long at all. Then he will have to contend with Smackdown's big men to keep his title.

Before Batista was injured, Smackdown could have easily been called "The Batista Show" or "Batista & Friends."
Now that he's about ready to come back, Rey is the biggest gimp of a champion, Mark Henry and Great Khali don't have any talent except that they are waiting to get plowed through by the right babyface (Batista), Booker T has issues with Batista that may or may not be real, Regal and Finlay are Booker T's friends, and Lashley has proven that he is not quite ready to carry the upper card of the show just yet...
yup. Batista will be champ again soon. Maybe as soon as Summer Slam.

I think he'll feud with Booker T first, then move onto regaining the title.

Not only should he win that title but the WWE title also...He could be the flagship for the company like The Rock and Stone Cold was back in the day...

I would like to see Batista be the one to put Rey out of his misery and finally end the world's greatest flop as a champion.

I would like to see Batista be the one to put Rey out of his misery and finally end the world's greatest flop as a champion. Although I would enjoy this as well, Rey vs. Batista is a total mismatch. Everyone knows Batista would annihilate Rey. I think Booker will win the title at the Bash and then Batista will win it at SummerSlam.

Eh, I really believe it's all about perceived age. Batista hasn't been in the spotlight long, so he doesn't "feel" old. It definitely seems like it's less about age and more about how long you've sat on top. Otherwise, Chris Benoit would be geting blasted for being too old, but he's basically peaked at upper midcard (like Rey), so that gives him a pass.
Finlay's gotta be older than anyone on SD!'s active roster, but he's never had a main event spotlight in the states (I mean a main event push, not main eventing a given episode of SD!), so he's not considered over exposed.

Exactly what Tommy said. It's not about actual age, but more about TV age. Or instead of 'young' and 'old' it's more like 'fresh' and stale.'
Batista hasn't been overexposed, his character is still fresh, and his name has that 'big match' feel. SD should put the title back on him ASAP.

but in the buisness, guys wear out after awhile

Finlay's gotta be older than anyone on SD!'s active roster Correct; outside of Flair (and Vince if you want to count him), he's the oldest on the roster period, regardless of brand. Obsessed With Wrestling gives the following birth years: Vince: 1945 Flair: 1949 Finlay: 1958 Taker: 1962 Al Snow: 1963 Sabu/Boogeyman: 1964 (That was a weird year, clearly) Tatanka/Regal/HBK/Foley/Booker: 1965 JBL/Benoit: 1967 Kane/Angle: 1968 Batista/HHH: 1969 plus a ton of guys from 1970 or later. (Sandman doesn't have a DOB listed.)
