* Simon Goodwin ( Crows)
* Chris Judd ( Eagles)
* Mathew Pavlich ( Dockers)
*Anthont Rocca ( Magpies)
I could go on and on!! Players are "famous" for different reasons. Some because what they do on the field...and others what they do off it!!!
It also comes down to personal opinion.
If you hear of a player, and want to know more...just let me know.

But , we dont take the pre season tournament too seriously!! Last year Carlton won it....but finished last in the regular season!
The Cats wont finish last...they will go close this year!!

Eagles had a good openning win against the Saints.
Cats smashed the Lions, Bombers cruised past the Swans ( last years champs) and the Kangaroos came from a long way down to beat the Power.
3 more games over the next 2 days to conclude round !.

seeing that the Tigers have lost to the Bulldogs ( currently 1st), Eagles ( 2nd) and Saints ( favorites to win the premiership)......Im giving them the benefit of the doubt........like i do evey year!!!!  |

I'm a Magpie fan, but I'm going with the Bulldogs to win it all! I wish my cable company would carry the AFL here in the States, MSG does from time to time. I remember on a MTV Road Rules the kids played AFL Football and they all got a EA Sports AFL PC Game, does EA Sports still make the AFL Game and if so do they make it for the PS2?

Yes you can get AFL on PS2. Most of my family are Bulldog supporters. I have a soft spot for them ( the Bulldogs represent the western suburbs of Melbourne, where I have lived all my life) ...but they ( family ) are giving me hell right now over the standings.So I hope they lose a few. Just so they come back to earth a bit.  |
