I have just gotten into this season of UFC and was shocked to see Ken Shamrock's lack of coaching ability. Looking ahead to his bout with Tito Ortiz, I really think Ortiz will once again beat Shamrock. Ken Shamrock seems like a total prick and a horrible coach. So, who do you guys think will win this fight between the coaches? Ortiz or Shamrock? (if this is in another thread, just tell me and I'll give myself a triangle choke for punishment )

It would be funny to see someone triangle choke themselves ( I bet that Amazing Mann could do it!!!)
Ortiz is going to embarass Shamrock. Again. Ken was pretty good when most of the fighters were one dimensional, but now? He will not be able to hang with a upper tier fighter life Ortiz.

Ortiz will crush Ken, Like The Gatekeeper said his Coaching (if we can call it that) was by far, the worst of any coach so far! Ken is overrated and he's a prick!!
Tito with a TKO 2:42 of the first round! Ken is left bloody (hopefully) and then retires for good!

Ken Shamrock is 42 and has lost his last 2 fights via first round KO. In theory he has a punchers chance and has the ability to pull off a leg lock...but it's highly doubtful. In every conceivable facet of the game (stand up, clinch, on the ground and overall conditioning) Ken is at a disadvantage to Tito. In the first fight Shamrock failed to stop Tito's takedowns and follow up Ground and Pound. I don't see this rematch being any different.
Ortiz is 31 and has a very bright future ahead of him. He really made the most of his camera time on the show and came off with a very positive image. He's training for this fight up at Big Bear and _THREE_ TUF 3 contestants have actually joined his camp and committed to training with him at the facility. In contrast nobody new from the show has stayed with Shamrock. Draw your own conclusions from that.
LWPD (KS has been a very effective self promoter over the years and has proven to be a consistently strong draw on PPV...unfortunately he didn't do his public image any favors with how he came off on the TUF 3 show...especially with the casual/nostalgia audience that watched the show out of curiousity)

Ken supposedly had a torn ACL in the first fight, but i dont think it would have mattered much...
Tito changed the way Ken looked last time and hes going to do it again... Kens face is really in kind of a transitional faze right now because after the next fight it will change again.
This season he no showed practice a couple of times, got into it with his kids and generally had a poopy attitude the entire time...
he will not be able to keep pace with tito and a part of me feels bad for him...

Man, I started this season liking Ken Shamrock but I have a hard time with that now. I don't exactly love Ortiz but he is better than Shamrock. My prediction is Ortiz with the KO about 3 minutes into the first round.

I've long since said Ken is worthless. But let me ask you this. who's going to jump ship if by some miracle Ken wins? Not me. I'm not a huge Tito fan, but I really have no use for Kenny. I'm a little excited to see the fight, but not much.

It will be on during Friday NIght at GalactiCon. We should get some people together and go watch it somewhere like a bar or something that will show it.
If not, I say we go to the Filsinger residence and order it! ;D
Just kidding Tom, don't have a heart attack! lol

I must admit if Shamrock manages to win then I will rethink my position on him. I had liked him for a long time and was really impressed with him beating Kimo. I am not really high on Tito either so it isn't really like I want him to win. I just think that Tito will win.

Hay I'll admit it. Ken could knock out Fedor and I still wouldn't think squat of him. (LOL).
I kinda get suprised when he falls short.. I keep thinking I'm giving him a raw deal, until he turns around and proves my thoughts right.

Yep, just imagine it. Ken Shamrock, running wild with the pride big gold belt held over his head, talking about how great the lions den is Mfff (just makes me sick to my stomach thinking about it LOL). It's almost as bad as having to watch American idol ;D ay Turk? (LOL I'm sorry I had to milk it just one more time).

And I will be right there behind him! The only way Shamrock could KO Fedor is if he had HHH's sledgehammer. And then he'd have to hit him at least three times to do it.

After the first shot Shamrock would throw in the towel after a mysterious "hand injury."
