Ortiz vs. Shamrock

I am pulling for Shamrock, I really am. He's come across as very unlikeable in almost every venture and appearance he's been a part of. On the other hand, my dislike for Ortiz has drained away and was replaced by MAJOR respect and a bit of admiration after TUF3. Great guy, great coach. Why am I pulling for Shamrock? Cause I feel sorry for the dude. If he wins, then loses a third match badly, no biggie... he won one.

The problem is his chances are very, very, very bad. All he could do is land a well-placed punch. He will not sub Ortiz with a leg submission. I'm sure Ortiz has trained against leg subs extensively, knowing all Shamrock cares about is "brawling (as his TUFers stare in disbelief) and leglocks". Ortiz will take him down at will and pound him until the match is stopped. But... I hope Shammy pulls off a miracle..

Wow! Great to hear Tito Ortiz just destroys Ken Shamrock.

Shamrock lasted all of 68 seconds before Herb Dean stopped the fight. The ufc website said Ortiz got his double leg hold, picked up Shamrock, drove him into the fence. Ortiz said he hit Ken with an elbow in the eyebrow and Ken "went limp." Then Ortiz pounded him with about 7 or 8 unanswered elbows and then it was stopped.

Ken Shamrock = stupid. He should hang it up before he gets injured.....permanently.

I want to see Kenny Glamrock versus Tank and Bas to get another match with him.

Has anyone in this thread ever seen all of Shamrocks Pancrase matches? Shamrock and Gracie are on par with each other in terms of what they have done for the sport. I think Shamrock still gets respect from alot of people. I havn't seen any of that latest ultimate fighter season but I am sure Glamrock acted an ass.
