Great contribution Hab. Dream is the new Pride. It's great to see the return of the 10/5 structure. Zuffa spent all of that money yet they couldn't even run one card like this for a starving Japanese market...pathetic. Alvarez put on a Jiu Jitsu GnP clinic. Aoki/JZ was a let down and I'm hoping we'll see a rematch. The CroCop fight was a joke. The rest of the card was stacked with some of the best LW's in the world...a great showcase of talent.

Super mullet (I mean MInowa) This is your last warning Hab. Disrespect my hero one more time and it's on.

I posted your hero's fight, and if it makes you feel better I had a mullet growing up in high school. (which Lord knows how I got away with it).
I mean granted it wasn't a s-u-p-e-r mullet like a certain ex pride super star (who will go un named.. and who's name rhymes with winowa) but lets move on.
I mean my mullet never got me to get legions and legions of screaming die hard fans chanting "Mi no Wa Mi no wa as electricity itself flowed through me. I don't know Cosmic, cocaines a hell of a drug. (I'm joshing with you, I actually thought you'd appreciate the link more than anything else).
Rare LWPD scorn. I always suspecting Pride didn't need to be around for mma to thrive or hell even to carry the asain market, and low and behold someone stepped in to fill the void. Supply and demand will dictate the needs of the mma market just like any other. Though the supply isn't what it was the demand is alive and well in Japan for mma.
Now the real lesson for dream isn't to rebuild Pride, it's to make a better product. Right now that should be impossible but who knows in a few years from now.

I really miss the old landscape where some form of action was occurring live in Japan just as I was waking up and I'd have to scramble for a streaming video or a bit torrent source while trying to avoid the temptation of just reading the PBP spoilers. This DREAM Grand Prix brings a bit of that back. Admittedly some of the magic is gone forever as we now have to factor in 'different testing/sanctioning parameters' when honestly analyzing dream match ups from across the globe...but as a hardcore fan it's good to have some of the 'there's other guys over there' mystique equation back. For the good of the sport...best wishes to DREAM and any other ventures out there.

UFN 13. The site continually updates the page with new fights. The link will change as new fights get added. So if it's gone when you click on the link just do a search. BTW awesome night of fights. A PPV worthy event in my eyes. www.mmascraps.com/
