I am currently doing 20 cards per year with 4 super cards in those 20 cards, But things could change. I find myself wanting to do more but drawing out Storylines too far make the game lose its edge.

No set amount. I just do whatever i want and can get too. This year I think I'm just under 60.

Like Swarm, since I'm "caught up" and playing the current game edition, I play as many I can get to.
Though I do only have a set amount of the "Big 5" in terms of PPV's. But, if I'm at a point to where I want to have more, I'll have a few more PPV's in the "In Your House" or Backlash" type of PPV.

I recently restarted my fed, so I'm back in '87. I run one card every week, Jan thru Dec, on Monday Nights. I also have a card every second Saturday and a PPV every other month. I know that I might exhaust storylines quickly in '87, but it should even out over the next few GWF years.

In the early sets i only did a small amount. I 'd like to replay the first three years someday. By the early 2090's i was doing about 8 cards a month. Usually the best wrestlers wrestled a lot. The Greek Gods had a year as champs, and it was impressive because they wrestled a lot. But i only do 5 or 6 cards a month now. It's too repitive otherwise. And there's quite a few of the weaker wrestlers to get tired of too.

I try to mine like the real wrestling. I have 2 to 3 matches a week and a ppv once a month. I just have that much time on my hands

I generally have about 8 shows a month plus a PPV. But it varies. I've just recently started to toy with house shows that don't really effect my fed standings but allow me to play without having to worry about storylines.

For my restart fed, I do 12 a year (1 a month obviously). My 2121 fed, no set amount, I'll do cards until 2122 comes out.

I'm on just ten cards per game year. The idea was that I could run a card every two weeks or so and still keep up with the new sets. However, the write-ups are taking longer than I thought and after the first couple I've dropped way behind schedule. Still hammering out my fourth card, which was a pretty huge one - crowning all the champions, plus a couple of grudge matches.

I am only playing EC at the moment, and I have put together a "growth schedule"....basically, a plan to loosely follow as my fed expands from small, indy-like fed, to territory, to regional, and ultimately, galaxy-wide....
I will post it in this message, just in case anyone wants to use it for their own feds....like I said, it basically is just a "blue print" of how the fed will grow and expand....it is followed loosely by me, and I have changed things as other ideas pop into my head. For one thing, I hold more than 1 card per month sometimes, as I will occassionally (about every 3-4 months/cards), I will have a bigger show called PlanetFall....
GWF Growth Plan
2074 (opening year) – GWF works out a deal with Deimos Moon, Mars, for a monthly arena card. The Tournament (a double elimination tournament) is held in October of that year, and is to be held every year in October.
2079 (5 years) – Expand to a monthly show at the Titan Sportatorium, Titan Moon, Saturn. The GWF also adds a secondary title: GWF Deimos Championship
2080 (6 years) – Sign a monthly local HoloNet Deal for shows to be shown on Earth’s local planetary channel (Monthly Deimos Arena Shows).
2083 (9 years) – Sign a Solar System HoloNet Deal, shown throughout the Solar System (Monthly Deimos Arena Shows)…Show name will be called GWF Stars of Mars Wrestling
2086 (12 years) – Sign a Sector-Wide HoloNet Deal, shown throughout this Sector of the Galaxy (Monthly Deimos Arena Shows)…Show will still be called the GWF Stars of Mars Wrestling
Sector includes Arena shows at Mira Ceti War Memorial, Mira, Cetus…Amazon Arena, Bellatrix, Orion…Titan Sportatorium, Titan Moon, Saturn…Aldebaran Exposition Centre, Aldebaran, Taurus…Deimos InterGalactic Arena, Deimos Moon, Mars (Monthly HoloNet Show), with the Deimos show being a monthly event for the GWF Stars of Mars program (24 Cards Total, with 1 of the 2 monthly shows being the Deimos Show, televised)
2087 (13 years) – The GWF has it’s first PPV in April (Champions of the Galaxy I: “Total War”) plus 3 other SuperCards…goes to bi-weekly HoloNet Shows, rotating throughout the sector…Show name changed to GWF All-Out Wrestling. The GWF renames the Deimos Championship the InterPlanetary Title.
2091 (17 years) – GWF expands to a 2nd PPV (The Great Galaxian Bash in July) AND signs a Galaxy-wide TV Deal, with 1 TV show per week, and a minor SuperCard each month (for a total of 5 cards per month)…show name changed to GWF WarGames. The GWF introduces the GWF WarGames Titles (singles & tag team). The WarGames Title is always defended in Best 2/3 Falls Matches (singles) and Elimination Rules (tag team)
2094 (20 years) – The GWF renames the WarGames Tag Team Title to the InterPlanetary Tag Team Title (and will drop the elimination defense rules). The GWF also continues to use the GWF WarGames Title as its tertiary singles belt, along with keeping the rules for the defense of the belt (Best 2/3 Falls). The GWF also expands to a 3rd PPV (GWF Deimos Perennial), to be held in January of each year.

now that I'm pretty much caught up to date, I think I'll just play as many fight cards as whatever I end up doing before the next set comes out.
