Is it on YouTube or something? I'm not sure what you're talking about.

No it's a Comcast voice mobile phone commercial or something. It's on all the time. Maybe it's a local thing...it's really weird.

I'm not in the Comastcast service region so I have never seen this commercial before. Was intrigued so I looked it up on Youtube. Very stupid commercial that totally fails...as evident by Swarm's comments.
I believe that this guy had second thoughts about his tatoos and had been calling the place he had it done to have them removed and they had told them no before. Now that he has a different phone service he thought that the conversation would go differently, but obviously thats not the case (per the tag line at the end of the commercial).
Despite his wishes and new phone service...he Tiger now. And we very confused.

This commercial > John Cena/ Gayboy Jared Subway commercials.
Cena: "Eat Fresh" Jared: "Eat what, big boy"

Love Cena...hated his Subway commercial...but it was still better than the Michael Strahan Subway commercial...

We've got a couple of these ads in the DC area, too. One is with a guy whose girl broke up with him, but he calls her on his new phone and thinks that since his voice is coming through this new one instead of the old one, she'll want to get back with him. It's pretty much the same ad with the dialogue changed to fit the situation.
But TM's right, that's what they're getting after, albeit hamhandedly.
