HORRID.
...and not in a good way.
Take all the crap you'd expect from a low budget horror sequel (you know, bad acting, horrible dialogue, predictability), and then subtract any kind of interesting gore effects or original kills.
The result? This piece of sh it.

Really ? I was a big fan of Wes Craven original version fron back in the day and liked the remake and was planning to see it tomorrow with Sarah. Guess I'm not now, thanks for saving me money but not really now I'll have to see some chick flick. Noooooo, wait it will be 300 instead.

Where's this new bunch of mutants come from Kris. Are they still part of Pappa Jupiters family ?

I agree with you that the original The Hills Have Eyes from the 1970s was really good. I saw the remake last year and I thought it was OK. But I don't think I am going to see this sequel.

Where's this new bunch of mutants come from Kris. Are they still part of Pappa Jupiters family ? SPOILERS BELOW No idea...it's never explained. I guess you should assume the batch of mutants this time are just a completely different family of freaks frolicking around the same area. Another SPOILER BELOW They even included another "good" mutant to help the survivors along. I guess there's always one nice mutie among the batch. Weak. ~ :-Xsk
