I really liked the movie as well. There are a few things that I thought were over-the-top and a little stupid but most of it is pretty funny.
This guy is so believeable as this character it's funny to watch how people react to him.

I agree the movie was quite funny. I also agree that some of the stuff was alittle over the top and the funniest stuff is the watch people react to him like the guy who ran for his life in the streets of NY that was hilarious.

The whole interview where he was talking about his brother in the cage and his sister (you can't get this).... hilarious.

I bought this DVD and didn't know what to expect to be honest. I laughed like crazy throughout. I couldn't get to sleep that night from giggling while thinking about some of those scenes. It was easily the funniest movie of the year, and for me anyway, the funniest movie since "Wedding Crashers".
The nude wrestling scene will be something that I will never forget. Or church. The bear. His sister. And this is the same guy who was the Frenchie in Talledega Nights. He has some talent.

I thought Borat was funny as hell.
The nude wrestling scene both creeped me out and made me laugh at the same time. DId anyone else notice the size of the black bar covering Borats privates? LOL. Great stuff, reminded me of the locker room scene from BaseketBall.
Those drunk college kids were out of control. I bet they were really embarassed when the movie was released.

I wasn't as over the tops nuts about it as everyone else but I did particularly love the one line. ""Why did you call the police, did the retard escape?"

The movie was fantastic. I've watched Borat for years on the HBO version of the "Ali G Show". I was a little disappointed that they didn't include more deleted footage, they must have tons of it.
"Give me your tears gypsy. If you do not, I will take them."
Be looking for the third character of Mr. Cohen, Bruno, the gay, German, fashion reporter in his own movie by next summer or Fall.

I watched this last night after seeing Wrestlemania 23. It was indeed one of the funniest movie I have seen this decade.
When I returned Borat to Blockbusters earlier today, I was hoping to pick up Turistas. But all those copies were out so I picked up Harsh Times.
