Okay, Swarm mentioned The Running Man in the new match thread for aCe, so now I must pimp out my idea. I think they need to remake the running man with the following casting choices:
Ahnold gets replaced by The Rock
Richard Dawson gets replaced by Regis Philbin
Jesse Ventura gets replaced by Jim Brown, who in turn gets replaced as Fireball by Ving Rhames
Just the thought of tiny little Regis smarting off to Rocky before shooting him down the tunnel is worth the price of admission to me. Who's with me?

Man Neilybob I was just talking about him about a hour ago. How he should have beaten Rocky in Rocky 4. Lundgren would be a good choice.

Far too often Hollywood remakes movies and completely butchers them. One movie I can think of is Rollerball. When compared to the original the remake is one of the worst movies of all time. Leave Running Man alone, it's actually a pretty cool movie. Speakig of Arnold, I hear not only are they going to try and go ahead with making a T4 but are also working on a TV series. I'm not sure when the series would take place , prolly somewhere between T2 and T3. Sorry for derailing. |
