I know , I know ! . This was out years or ages ago . We only seen it this week . Done by the creators of South Park . Boy does this suck . Watching trailers etc it looked awesome . Okay there are some funny lines in it , but overall . Very poor .

Of course the film was goofy, but anyone that will bash those Hollywood nuts is OK in my book. I loved it

I thought it was okay. The trailers made it look a LOT funnier than it was.

OMG this one of the funniest movies ever! It's a great musical. The last 2 movies by Trey and Matt have been musicals. Awesome.
All the songs are friggin' hilarious. The premise of the movie is to spoof Jerry Bruckheimer movies. They said they wanted to do a scene for scene remake of Armageddon but with marionettes. They were so sick of CGI and wanted to take a big step back and do a movie like that.
They guy who did the special effects (I think that was his job title) was the same guy who did all the stuff in The Matrix trilogy. He said it was cool to not have to use a green screen at all.
I loved how they made fun of celebrities because everyone loves them so much, it's disgusting. Loved how they ripped them all.
I loved it. Any movie with puppet sex.....c'mon, that's funny!

I have to agree. This movie I wanted to see since I first saw the promos for it. I'm a big South Park fan, and this movie was no let down for me. I agree with GK about bashing the Hollywood stars in the movie, too. I'd love to see the spoof on Armageddon in puppets.

Was disappointing to me as well, mostly since my standards were set so high by the South Park movie. Heck, I liked Baseketball better than Team America, as far as Trey and Matt movies go.
My friend who works for the State department says that the movie has a huge cult following in the Diplomatic community.
America! F*** Yeah!

the only part of this movie that I liked was the part where they rationalize that "the whole world is divided into three types of people... p*ssies, d****, and a**holes..." Other than that, the movie sucked.
