With X-Men 3 and the new Superman Movie coming out soon there are alot of other superhero movies scheduled to come out including X-Men 3-Kelsey Grammer as Beast. Am I the only one that sees a problem with this casting? Come on now. Beast is over 300 pounds and very agile. The could have at least cast someone thats more believable Spiderman 3-With the Sandman www.spider-man-movies.com/Sin City Wonder Woman movie Ghost Rider-Nicholas Cage as Ghost Rider Iron Man-Tom Cruise rumored to play Tony Stark Punisher 2 The Incredible Hulk 2 Hellboy 2 Watchmen More info at www.comicbookmovie.com/news/articles/2396.asp

Kelsey Grammar's speech pattern is perfect. And of course all of the bounding and leaping stuff Beast normally does will be CG anywho.
NOw if they will only get Bruce Campbell to play Deadpool.......

Yeah, Grammer's perfect Beast casting for me.
Nic Cage as Ghost Rider...UGH. Personally, I woulda went with Johnny Depp for Blaze and Skeet Ulrich for Dan Ketch. It's about time someone cast them as brothers.

Yeah, at first I was like "Kelsey Grammer as Beast?!?" But when I started listening to him without looking at him ... he's spot on. I like it...
Don't even get me started on the casting on Venom, Mary Jane and Gwyn Stacey. I hate everyone of them!!! But love the casting of Spidey, Green Goblin, Doc Ock and Sandman
Cage as Ghost Rider....yeck. Please no Johnny Depp though. Which is this Ghost RIder though,,,,Blaze or Ketch?
Hearing rumors of Lindsay Lohen as Wonder Woman! I'd be saving my $$$$ on that one.
Damn...I love that Bruce Campbell casting as Deadpool!!! That is great stuff there Turkish!!
And for Batman...please keep Bale!!! I like Keaton, but he's no Batman. You can keep Clooney and Kilmer

Bruce Campbell= Deadpool without the Marvel license.
He would absolutely rule in that role.
Unfortuantely, it would be a fanbiy movie (but screw em I'd buy it!)
I restate my cliam of several years ago that to make an effective comic book movie you cannot have a mega star whose image will overshine that of the character. Cruise as Iron Man? Besides some odd Scientology quirk he would bring to the character ( and ruin the character), we would see more of Tony Stark than Iron Man. That would be so disasterous.
Need proof? Look at Stallone's "Judge Dredd" Dredd never takes his helm off in print, yet here is Stallone running aroud showing it to the world. Wow! Way to character act there Sly!
I'll take the Tobey McGuires over the Ben Afflecks any day of the week.

I was reading tonight that Avi Arad's (one of the Marvel media big wigs) son is a HUGE Deadpool fan, so Arad is pushing for a Deadpool movie...and Ryan Reynolds is wanting to play DP.
Personally...I could totally go for that.

While I'd love to see Bruce Campbell as DP, I don't think Reynolds would be a bad choice. I enjoyed him in Blade 3.
But hey, his face is hamburger meat anyways....so the character would really have to shine thru that makeup!
And please....if there is a Deadpool movie...MAKE A DANG FIGURE OF HIM!!

Reynolds was Hannibal King (way to link the topic to CotG, huh)? He was also in Waiting and Van Wilder right? If so I think he'd make a good choice for Deadpool too. As for Ghost Rider, I can live with Cage but I'd watch the movie for Peter Fonda's Mephisto. Plus it has Sam Elliot in it. Superman - Spacey as Luthor should be pretty good (who is more feared, Lex Luthor or Kaiser Soze).
Tom Cruise as Iron Man, I wouldn't see it even if it had Fin Fang Foom in it. I'd cast Reynolds in that one too before I'd let Cruise anywhere near a comic character I liked. Hell, cast Reynolds as Wonder Woman while we're at it (I don't like Lindsay Lohan much either). Got possible Thor and Captain America movies in 2009, Fantastic Four 2 next year maybe (leave Doom out or recast please). Also Wolverine next year hopefully (maybe we'll get a Sabretooth return). I'd really like to see an Avengers movie over everything else.
Trav, if you're looking for a Deadpool figure, I think there was one in one of the earlier Marvel Legends series, I think he came with Doop (little green mutant, not sure if that's the right name or not).

Trav, I have five different Deadpool figure staring down on me as I type this!
Werner is right, there was a Marvel Legends Deadpool figure with Doop. However, it was a "chase" figure- the figure in which there is only one or two in a crate. So it is pretty rare.
I got mine off Ebay for about $20.
