So anyone else looking forward to this? Apparently they are spending 2 million per episode and more on the pilot which will debut in June on Spike Tv. Kirk "Sticky Fingaz" Jones will play Blade and the series will run a total of 11 episodes I believe? David S. Goyer is at the helm of this series as well. I loved the Blade movies, so I definitely am! I hope they stick to the storyline.....if they do, it could be a good show.

22 Million for 11 episodes? To air on Spike TV?
How do they POSSIBLY think they can make their money back? I mean, no offense, I really like the Blade movies and all...but geeze.

Maybe with they plan on releasing them soon on DVD or something. I wonder what the budget is on something like Battlestar Galactica or a series like that....

I don't know. Maybe that's right in line with the norm...it just seems like alot of money to me.
