John Ritter settlement...

Now I always liked John Ritter and was shocked at his passing, but you wonder why health care is out of control!?!
They said he was misdiagnosed twice. These doctors are only human and it was obvious it was a genetic thing with him. I'm sure they were doing their best trying to save the guy and were doing everything in their power to figure out what was wrong.
I guess they thought the doctor's could just snap their fingers and said, "This is the problem".
I guess if anyone dies, just file a lawsuit.
I may be cold hearted though, but I just don't understand a lawsuit when the doctor's were also pressed against the wall trying to figure out what was wrong....
Maybe they'll donate that settlement to help find a cure for illnesses like Ritter had, we'll see...
