Yeah, the first one is pretty much required viewing (with "enjoying" being a valuable bonus) before even attempting the sequel.
I liked it, but I'm predisposed towards the genre.

Saw it Sat night with the wife...OMG was that smoking hot! And if you've seen it you know what I'm talking about! And the rest of the film wasn't half bad either. Now just get me to May and I'll be happy.

You know, I was sooo pumped for the 1st one because I'm into all of the horror junk, etc. But I actually didn't care for it. It wasn't bad, but not as good as I thought.
I'll definetly see the 2nd one though. One day I can get out during the day, I'll catch it and sneak into another move! (As another post said that I written in the past...Shhhhhh)
