Hey guys. Just wanted to let you know that if you have seen the Longest Yard with Adam Sandler and Chris Rock, see it right away. Kevin Nash, Steve Austin, and Bill Goldberg are also in it and they are great, especially Nash. I don't want to give away anything, Nash's comedic performance had me rolling! Also, make sure you watch the bloopers. Nash and Austin have two of the funniest! Trust me, it is worth it!

I also found the movie to be alot funnier than expected. I would recommend it. My girlfriend and 2 other friends also liked it so it is not just for the wrestling or football fans. Besides Nash, Austin, and Goldberg there are also Giant Singh who wrestled in WWE for a few years in the Oddities and has since been wrestling in Japan and Bob Sapp who has been wrestling in New Japan for a few years and does some MMA fighting in Pride I believe.

Not to nitpick your post, but thats not the same guy who was in the Oddities. Although that guy who's name is Paulo Silva I think, not a 100 percent sure, along with Bob Sapp have both fought in Pride Events. In fact the guy from the Oddities was in their Heavyweight tournament in 2004, losing in the 2nd round.

After reading your post grudgeboy...I went out and bought the DVD and had a helluva time getting anybody to watch it with me because everyone was saying that they heard it wasn't that good...I convinced them to watch it with me and they stated that they were surprised that it was better than they thought. I personally loved it...Nash just killed me and I was surprised how many wrestlers and other celebrites were in it...thanks for the heads up...

the guy in TLY (Dalip Singh) not only is not the guy from the oddities, but he is the guy who killed an indy worker in the ring this year with a flap-jack...apparently the guy who was killed had pre-existing injuries...but damn, that's still scary.
