While adding up videogame, DVD and music releases I intend to purchase before the year ends, I found a bounty of DVD stuff due out in November.
Of course, anyone whose read my posts about videogames knows I have the XBox 360 dead in my sights as well. It also comes out this November.
Bottom line; there's a whole lot of good stuff coming out this November. Here are just a few dvd's to choose from.

I chose the Bret Hart dvd set. But I am also going to get the Jake Roberts dvd set. I want the Wrestlemania dvds too but $300 at once is kind of difficult for me plus I have many of the recent Wrestlemanias already. Are the Wrestlemania dvds still going to be offered also in packs of 5 for $70.00?

If you're inquiring about a game, the next Tomb Raider is due for release on next-gen consoles next summer, and thusfar looks pretty impressive (the studio involved with making the game is handling it with great care and respect).
If you're asking about a movie, nothing is currently on the horizon.

I just bought my girlfriend a $400 digital camera for her b-day, so I'm thinking getting the the WM DVD collection for X-Mas would be a nice payback. I'll have to start the subliminal messages now...
I'm curious to see the Bret Hart and Jake Roberts DVD's, but not curious enough to buy them. Plus, I can go see whiners and crackheads at the corner bar. Renting them a couple months later sounds like a better plan.
As for games, I only play one game and that's the current wrestling game for the PS2. SD Vs. RAW II comes out in November so I'll pick that up, crossing my fingers that it's better than the current SD Vs. RAW.

I'll probably ask for SvR for xmas since Sw ep 3 comes out on the 14th and SW BF 2 comes out on the 1st (knocks on wood and crosses all 11 fingers) for the PS2.
In a way, I'm glad they moved Jaws to next January.

For me it will be The Brett Hart DVD, WM Anthology, Jake The Snake DVD and Episode III, War of the worlds and the War of the worlds season 1 of the televsion series will be on my list as well.
Might not be able to get all of these right away but they are what I am aiming at. Smackdown vs Raw 2006 is what I am looking for as far as games are concerned.
Video games have been lack lustre as of late, only a few really excite me. I am more into board games, rpg's and miniature gaming. I just seem to find most video games boring...they make me fall asleep- unless I am playing some multiplayer games (especially wrestling or shooter games)

Bret Hart DVD: Nope, don't care anymore. I have "Wresling with Shadows" on VHS (recorded off the TV) so I don't care about this. Of course I really don't care about "WwS" but it's on the same tape as "The Unreal Story of Profesional Wrestling."
Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith: I want it, but I'm just going to wait till Lucas releases the Ultramega box set of the prequels in one box set. Maybe while he's at it he can go back and make the first two not suck. And take all the political statements out of this last one. Just a pipe dream of mine.
War of the Wolrds: Didn't see it in theatres, don't want it on DVD. Personally I'm just on a mini boycot of anything Tom Cruise is in. I'm really getting sick of his talking up how much he loves Scientology and all that nonsence. No offense if there are any on this board, but doesn't he realize that Scientology was founded by a lousy Science Fiction writer ON A BET! It doesn't hold any deeper spiritual meaning than anything Asamov or Bradbury ever wrote. And while I know one of my favorite actors, John Travolta, is one also (as well as Jenna Elfman), at least they can shut up about it from time to time.
Jake Roberts DVD: I own "Beyond the Mat" (the special edition), so this ain't really high on the list. I might pick it up in a few months, but maybe not. I really couldn't care less.
Wrestlemania DVD set: This is the only one that I would even consider buying off that list, and even then with it costing so much and being so close to christmas it goes on my christmas list and not my personal shopping list. Even then I'm not sure I'd get it.
As for video games, if one comes out that I like, I might get it. But I don't really care for raceing or car theft games, first person shooters give me vertigo and I don't own anything that isn't made my Nintendo, so I guess that limits my choices some. Still want to get my hands on Mario Superstar Baseball, but that was released in September. To be honest most of my play money has been going to pewter lately (I'm big into miniature war gaming, and WARMACHINE in particular). Rolling dice and painting figs, that's my way of spending days. Becasue that's just how I roll, dice that is. Big Time.

The Bret Hart DVD is a must get for me. And if I can miraculously come up up $300.00, I will get the Wrestlemania box set. But the DVD I am most looking forward to is Revenge of the Sith. Being a huge Star Wars fan, I cannot wait for this release. I am going to have the ULTIMATE STAR WARS MARATHON. I am already taking a day off work when the DVD comes out so that I can watch them all (Episodes 1-6). It will be great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
