The Night Stalker

I've just seen a tv spot lastnight
during LOST for the remake of the
Kolchak : The Night Stalker show.
It looks good, but I'm not sure
if it will be a show lightly based
on the original, or it will be a
some what remake. The producers
of the X-Files are apart of the
new show, which could be a good
thing.

I'm hoping this will be a good
show, and last a few seasons. I
love the original, so maybe with
the new show they'll put out a
DVD box set of the original.

I've read that the original will be available in the fall on DVD. I'm a big fan of those as well, and I hope the new show lives up to the standard set by this childhood favorite.
