Man-Thing (Sci-Fi Channel)

Man - Thing is a unique
character, and MARVEL with
Lions Gate Films and the
Sci-Fi Channel aired the
movie lastnight. In my opinion,
this was a GREAT Marvel movie...
better then the Daredevil and
way better then the Hulk.

I just got the prequel comic books
yesterday, and I finished reading
all three... the movie and books
tie-in well.

Man-Thing will be on DVD in June,
I think that version will be a
unrated version, since I noticed
they took out some words.

Overall this movie rocked!

After hearing so many bad comments about the film (before it aired), I was pleasantly surprised that it was a good movie. I think the key was the fact that they handled it like a horror movie instead of an over-the-top Marvel comic adaptation. It was very entertaining, and I hope (Marvel) takes another shot at made-for-TV movies with this kind of creativity.

After hearing nothing about it, I watched it and was utterly horrifed. Hated it.

That said, I did at least finish it...(never finished The Hulk).
