What series would you like to see in a DVD set? I know everyone has a favorite show with episodes they'd love to watch over and over again (especially from seeing past topics). A few of mine:
Beyond Belief: For those who don't know, this aired on Sci Fi (and still does as repeats every now and then), with mysterious stories that might be real or might be made up. They tell you at the end which is which, and I've been surprised on more than one occassion.
Sledge Hammer: Inspired by Clint Eastwood's Dirty Harry, this was a series about a trigger-happy cop and the 44 Magnum that he loved. Always funny and entertaining.
Mythbusters: This series, where two special effects wizards scientifically test myths and stories of folklore (like would a penny falling off the ESB really kill someone?) is still around. The two guys themselves, Jamie and Adam, are a trip as they mangle crash Dummy "Buster," damn near injure themselves, and most importantly...blow things up! It's still on Discovery and I highly reccommend it. I'd also love a DVD set so I could watch it any time.
What about everyone else?
Take care,
Jay

I'd like to see the 70's version of "In Search Of..." hosted by Leonard Nimoy. And Kolchak, the Night Stalker. Two of the greatest shows of my childhood.

You'll never see this on dvd, or video for that matter. And I would be surprised if anyone out here remembers either one of these, let alone both. But here goes: Mr. Merlin & The Powers of Matthew Starr.

THUNDARR the frickin' Barbarian!!! It was an excellent Saturday morning cartoon series that ran for two years in the mid eighties, created by artist extraordinairre, Jack Kirby. Thundarr, Ookla the Mock and Ariel the sorceress fought monsters, wizards and bounty hunters in a post apocolyptic future. Think Conan meets Road Warrior.
I'd also like to see KOLCHEK: THE NIGHTSTALKER. This series was a seventies horror show in which a reporter, Karl Kolcheck (played by Darren McGaven) investigated strange murders only to find that Dracula, Big Foot or some mythical creature was behind them. Think X-Files meets the reporter guy (Jack McGhee) from the Incredible Hulk.
Wow, I think I just told my age.

Sorry, Draco. I didn't realize you already brought up the Nightstalker. Good news (maybe); ABC is making a NEW Nightstalker series!!!!! It's set to debut next season, after LOST.
And yes, I remember Mr. Merlin and The Powers of Mathew Star. Ahh, the nostalgia is kicking in.

This might be too late, but Sledge Hammer Season 1 & 2 are out. They are Great!
I would love to see a Highwaymen DVD, that was the one with the Helicopter-Semi Truck TV Show.
Plus these shows...
Riptide, Earth 2 and Seaquest.

Mythbusters DVDs are available on their official site. I haven't bought them yet, but they're on the list.
I remember an episode of Beyond Belief that had Terry Funk in it. I'm pretty sure it was about a match where the guy died halfway through and no one knew it until it was over.

Power Station excellent choice with Seaquest. I loved that show. The series I really want on DVD is the newer Outer Limits. Now I know that there are themed DVDs available but not full seasons and there is a big problem with having those available. If the DVDs sell well then the company will decide it is a good idea and will continue producing themed DVDs, if they don't sell the company may decide that The Outer Limits is not a profitable series and stop making them all together. Other shows I would like to see put to DVD are Conan cartoon from the mid 90s, X-Men cartoon series, Fantastic Four, Iron Man, and Silver Surfer cartoons. And how bout all those Captain America tv movies. Those were really fun. I wish they would come out on DVD.

The Fugitive!!!!!!!!
The Fugitive is a classic T.V. series and had one of the highest rated final episodes at the time. I gripe about this all the time, it is a shame that shows like Punky Brewster have DVD sets but not a classic series like The Fugitive. There used to be VHS copies of The Fugitive episodes, but sadly no DVDs.

How about these:
THE DUCK FACTORY: Jim Carrey's early TV series from the mid-80's. You could see the kid had talent way back then!
WKRP IN CINCINNATI: Loni Anderson! YAY!
QUARK: The space parody that was just too funny! Corny, but funny!
BEVERLY HILLS 90210: Yeah, I couldn't get enough of Shannen Doherty.
MELROSE PLACE: I was a big fan of Sydney's (Laura Leighton)!
BUCK ROGERS: Twiki ruled!
T.J. HOOKER: William Shatner cop show with the very talented Heather Locklear!
TALES OF THE GOLD MONKEY: So what if it was a rip-off of Raiders of the Lost Ark? It was still a great show!
That's all I can think of for now...

I may be one of the few but I'd like to have Sabrina The Teenage Witch on DVD. They can keep the first few seasons but give me the later stuff. Melissa Joan Hart was the thickest babe on tv.
Seriously though beyond MJH's booty,I like the show too.

Remember Wenn would be a cool DVD set based on a old time radio show, it was very cool. Tales of the Gold Monkey would be great, I had them on tape but in very poor conditions. The other show I would like to see is a Sci-Fi show with the name Police in it, maybe Space Police or or something like that.

I knew I would have more if I thought about it for awhile! Here's more I would want:
NIGHTINGALES: Late 80's show with Susan Walters & Kristy Swanson (the original "Buffy")!
MISS MATCH: I am a HUGE fan of Alicia Silverstone's, so this is a MUST HAVE!
WHEELIE & THE CHOPPER BUNCH: Remember this cartoon? It was one of my all-time faves![/color]
