I just got the Bubba Ho-Tep DVD in today and it is one helluva movie. I must say that this is Campbell's best film of rescent years.
Bruce Campbell and Ossie Davis play their roles to the hilt, they are a great team in this movie. I knew very little about this film, but now that I have the DVD... it was worth it to buy the DVD.
If I had to rate this movie of all of Campbell's films, this would be #2 with Evil Dead 2 : Dead By Dawn at #1.
So check out the hit DVD of the year...

Where did you see it in the theater? Thought it was direct to video. Was there a limited release in the theaters (they sometimes do that w/ independant films). If that's the case, my area probably wouldn't have carried it. Great movie by the way.

The DVD is a must, they have two audio commentaries... one is with Bruce Campbell and Don Coscarelli. The other is with "The King", which is the funniest commentary I've heard.
After watching Bubba Ho-Tep a few more times this is my all time favotire Bruce Campbell film.
