this may be a no brainer for some, but as i have found out today, not everyone knows about one of my favorite games... Total Extreme Wrestling... There is a free trial Gamemaster from what I saw on the FAQ. Looks pretty neat. If I had the opportunity to play computer game more often I'd check it out. Looks right up my alley. Unfortunately I don't have the time anymore for games outside of COTG.

I've checked this out a couple times, and its a little too much for me, but I definately can see how people could get into it.
You do EVERYTHING related to a wrestling promotion with this game.

everything is the best word for it.. highering firing booking gimmick changes, et al... so much detail and depth its crazy!
I dont play it constantly... World of Warcraft (and my wife) take up the bulk of my time, but i do sit with it for an hour or two every week and run a month of shows...

I played it a while back but I am now on a Mac and they don't have a version for Macs. I enjoyed the game very much. It is very in depth but alot of fun. If I remember right you could download packs with basically every single wrestler alive. Kinda makes me want to play it again.

Ya, lots of people on the TEW boards make what hey call "real world data" that basically have all the real world people, and promotions, etc.. some focus on american wrestling, some european, and even japan... needless to say theres tons of stuff out there for it which makes it well worth the money. |
