Here's the pictures from E3 for Nintendo's new system. media.cube.ign.com/articles/615/615030/imgs_1.htmlNo specs yet, but the early word is that it's a pretty powerful machine. Perhaps Nintendo will finally get a good list of game developers and make this new console war interesting.

IGN.com has a great Q&A report about the Nintendo Revolution up at their site. I've got the link right here: cube.ign.com/articles/522/522559p1.htmlFrom the piece, it becomes clear that Nintendo will focus on games and quality instead of power, performance and market share. In many respects, this is a winning formula. Afterall, it's the attitude that has led to the biggest and best series of first party titles in videogame history (Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong, Metroid, and Star Fox to name a few). Because the market has become so competitive, and because so many people have written Nintendo off as "the kids' machine", there's a bit of a calculated risk involved as well.
