My buddy gotr his like three weeks ago since he happened to be in Japan. It's pretty cool. But he's been going around buying software for it while bragging to the store clerks that he already has it.

I got my PSP on Thursday, and I have to say I was shocked at how powerful and well designed this thing is. I picked up Dynasty Warriors, NFL Street 2, and Lumines (the most addicitive puzzle game since I discovered yahoo's COLLAPSE a few years ago). I think that Dynasty Warriors looks as good on the PSP as on the PS2, and Street blows its console cousin away.
I understand that THQ already has a WWE licensed game in the works for the machine. While this usually means nothing, considering hand held wrestling games tend to lack most of what makes wrestling games great (FirePro notwithstanding), the PSP has me convinced that a Smackdown quality game can be made for the handheld crowd.
The price is steep, but if you can afford it (or, if you have enough stuff to trade off like I did) you should get one of these little babies.

Yeah I picked up one of these puppies and everyone of my friends at my house were blown away by it. I ended up getting Street and the NBA game. I too think Street is actually better for psp than it was for ps2. I like the movies as the quality is perfect, I just dont really know about giving up 20 bones a UMD for each movie. Love the system, I compared it to my GBA and just laughed. The 50 bucks a game usually is pretty tough though.
