I got the 2004 version of FIFA Soccer, and it rocks! It is by far the toughest version yet, I now have the formation that works for me and that is 4-2-4.
There are so many leagues and teams, it's hard to choose... but my team is from the Swiss Axpo Super League, St.Gallen is a 2 star team in the Axpo league. I'm right now standing with a 3 wins and 1 draw in the early goings of the season.
I know alot of people think football (soccer) boring, and then alot do not... I like the game and it is fun to watch and play for real and in a video game.
Colorado Rapids are my favorite team from the MLS, I plan to play a season with them down the line.
Who has this game, and how are you doing with your team?

What's better, FIFA or Winning Eleven? For a gift for a former soccer player.

My roommate has FIFA, I have Winning Elevan. Winning Elevan is unbelievable it just takes a long, long time to get good at it because the game gives you so much control its sometimes hard to decide what to do in what situation if you don't follow soccer closely. I'm not even a huge soccer fan, I only watch every world cup or maybe go see dc united play on a boring weekend but this game I seriously play almost everyday. Fifa has an online aspect though which makes your shelf time a little better.

This is one game thats hard to put down, I just finished 15 games of my season with St.Gallen and I'm 9-4-2 those two that I lost took me down a peg. I had three injuries at the time and now I'm going strong with a healthy team.
The World Cup is the game(s) to watch, MLS is a good league and I like to watch a game or two.
