Even though the reviews for "Resident Evil Outbreak" aren't as good as previous editions, I am considering buying the game. (I still have other video games I haven't even gotten to yet!)
I have always considered RE to be one of my fave video game series (despite Resident Evil Survivor). Although I have "Silent Hill 3", I couldn't get into it right away even though it's supposed to be better than RE.
No, I haven't bought the game yet, but I might and see how much fun it is to play online. Does anyone else own this game and can tell me if it's fun enough online to play?

If you want a survivor horror game that is fun and truly frightening, try Fatal Frame 2. The scariest anything I can remember experiencing. I was shaking.

The Clock Tower games are pretty cool too. Part 3 is directed by the director of the film Battle Royale.
Siren is supposed to come out next month. That looks like it might be up to par with Silent Hill.
The Suffering isn't survival horror, but it's got some good atmospheric horror(they rip off the shining a lot and that's a good idea, really). It's not that hard of a game to get through, but with 3 endings it makes you kind of want to play through 3 times anyway. Monster designs by Stan Winston Studios.

Monster designs by Stan Winston Studios. The same Stan Winston that did the special effects for the Terminator movies and the "dogtown" effect in John Carpenter's "The Thing"? COOL!
I might just check that out! ;D
