3. Rak’Ashan (0-0) vs. Daniel Headhunter Bryce (1-2) (sh)
Great standup war as both men punished the other with vicious strikes, Rak held the slight advantage on the ground but the match stayed on the feet for the most part. In the end it was an on the button right cross by Bryce that knocked Rak out ending this war between NSWA wrestlers.
WINNER – Daniel Bryce by knock out.
(Rak 3 – Bryce 4)
4. Rampage (0-0) vs. Assassin X (0-0) (h)
Another hotly contested fight as Rampage and AX worked both the striking and grappling games to good effect but it was a right haymaker by Rampage out of nowhere that ended the night for the Assassin.
WINNER – Rampage by knock out.
(Rampage 2 – Assassin 3)
5. Kogul Sauh Pehulo (0-0) vs. Enrique Dolar (0-0) (m)
Rather fast fight as Kogul moved from a good striking attack into the clinch and hit a ippon seoi nage that must of hit just right as Enrique did not get up from the throw.
WINNER – Kogul Sauh Pehulo by knock out.
(Kogul 0 – Enrique 0)
6. Rage (0-0) vs. Kulak (0-0) (sh)
Much more competitive then most would think Rage just got the bigger shots in and even cut Kulak as both men seemed to try and stay away from their strengths on the ground and instead slug it out. The ref stopped the fight after a right, left, right combo by Rage totally rocked Kulak causing Kulak to drop his hands and look glassy eyed at the ref when he went to check on him causing the stoppage.
WINNER – Rage by TKO (injury, strikes)
(Rage 1 – Kulak 5)
Vacant FKS Lightweight Title Match
7. Tadamasa the Dragon Yamada (5-1) vs. Buddy Garner (3-0) (l)
This was an example of two premier grapplers standing and banging more then working their elite level grappling skills. It was during one of these tentative exchanges on the ground that when the ref stood them up Garner pressed Yamada hard, cut him and hit a beauty overhand right flush on the jaw for the knock out.
WINNER – and new CHAMPION, Buddy Garner by knock out.
(Garner 1 – Yamada 1)
