This is the first card after my mega-16-man tourney for the belt. The Predator walked away with the title after tearing through the Shark Man, Frenzy.
IGWA
AFTERMATH (3/4/2007)
1.) GREAT ONI VS STARMAN
Starman makes a comeback victory with the Spinning Star Kick.
WIINER: STARMAN
2.) GALLOS VS COSMIC CRIPPLER
Gallos put up a fight but the Crippler put the animan away after a cross body from the top rope.
WINNER: COSMIC CRIPPLER
3) OCTANUS VS GOODZILLA
Goodzilla dominates and gets the 3 count after 3 Frog Town Splashes in a row.
WINNER: GOODZILLA
4) AGENT SMITH VS MIKE HAGGAR
In a short and brutal match Haggar lands the Spinning Piledriver after nearly being knocked senseless by the ruthless Smith. As Haggar celebrated he fell to the mat struck down by an unseen foe. Soon after the Predator appeared after turning off his cloaking device. Smith and the Predator proceeded to beat down their outnumbered foe as the crowd booed in disapproval.
WINNER: HAGGAR (INJURED 4 FIGHT CARDS)
As the two exited the arena Captain Cotoure ran to the ring mich in hand. He called out the Predator claiming he was a “poor excuse for a hunter” and a “coward” for blindsiding Haggar. Cotoure challenged him to Cirenius Cell match to see if he could “actually win a fair fight”. Much to the delight of the crowd the Predator eagerly accepted.
5) KU VS JESU’S (MENSA TABLE MATCH)
In an all out war, Jesu’s puts away Ku after a splash off the top rope. The crowd roared in applause as both wrestlers lay in the ring, bloody and battered.
WIINER: JESU’S
TITLE MATCH
CPT COTOURE VS THE PREDATOR (CIRINUS CELL MATCH)
The match elevated to extreme levels quickly as the two climbed to the top of the cell minutes into the match. After a brief struggle on top of the structure Haggar rushed out from backstage and made his way up the cell. The Captain and Haggar double-teamed the alien landing a brutal spiked piledriver. Soon after the action resumed back in the ring. Though the ambush gave the Captain an early advantage the Predator soon rallied and came back to full strength. After a classic battle (Cpt 7 tokens, Predator 8) the Predator locked in the Spinal Chord Ripper for the win.

cool showing. Did you ever get all the stats put together on your Yahoo group Curt? I guess I have some of the art you did. but the stats weren't up yet?

IGWA FIRST BLOOD
1) DESTRUCTCITY VS SUPER LEATHER
After a long and grueling match Super Leather hits a second Chainsaw Massacre for the win.
WINNER: SUPER LEATHER
As Guile conducted a backstage interview Gamma Beast barged in yanking the microphone from his hand.
Gamma Beast: Enough of this little girly man flappin his gums. I got something to say! Frenzy* if you are list…
Guile steps in and yanks the microphone back.
Guile: First off, never touch another man’s microphone. Second, I wouldn’t worry about Frenzy if I were you. You got this “little girly man” to deal with first.
Gamma Beast: I guess Shark Boy has got to wait. See you in the ring blonde!!
*Frenzy beat Gamma Beast in the Quarter Finals in last years IGWA Grand Prix.
2) GAMMA BEAST VS GUILE
Guile starts off strong tearing into Gamma Beast early with a Flash Kick. Gamma Beast kicks out but gets nailed with a vicious barrage of offense. After escaping several near falls Gamma Beast hulks up fueled by Guiles assault. Gamma Beast lands a face claw slam and leaps into the air landing the dreaded Gamma Bomb for the win.
WINNER:GAMMA BEAST
3) TITANIC TIM VS GREAT PUMA
Though Tim had Puma stunned early with a big boot, Puma recovered and went on the offense. After a punishing string of offense Puma locked on the Claw of the Puma forcing Tim to tap.
WINNER: GREAT PUMA
4) ZANGEIF VS SCORPION
Scorpion pulls off the win after 2 Scorpions Inferno’s in a neck on neck battle. (Zangeif 4 tokes, Scorpion 3)
5) FRENZY VS E HONDA
Though Honda held his own early in the match, Frenzy’s Feeding Frenzy eventually wore the Sumo Warrior down. Finally after 2 Bloodbaths Honda was out for the count.
WINNER: FRENZY
Immediately after the match Gamma Beast charged into the ring.
Gamma Beast: Hey Fish boy! You cost me my title shot and now its time to pay up.
Frenzy: Bring it Beast. I’ll leave you in a pool of your own blood like I did last time.
Suddenly the two tore into each other. Still weary from his battle with Honda, Frenzy found himself overwhelmed and getting the worst of the exchange. After getting flooring the shark man with an Alabama Slamma Gamma Beast landed the Gamma Bomb to finish him off. Gamma Beast then picked up the mich…
Gamma Beast: Enjoy this moment Frenzy. Cause this is nothing compared to the hurtin I’ll put on you when we meet in the ring again.
Gamma Beast then tossed the unconscious ani-man over the top rope and sent him crashing down into the announce table.

IGWA LOCKED AND LOADED #4
1) STARMAN VS COSMIC CRIPPLER
Crippler came on strong and never let up. After rocking Starman early Crippler kept on the pink grappler wearing him down with the Cosmic Crossface. After becoming the victim of a third suicide headbutt Starman was covered for the 3 count.
WINNER COSMIC CRIPPLER
2) DHALSIM VS SUPER LEATHER
Super Leather comes out on top taking out Dhalsim with the Chainsaw Massacre.
WINNER SUPER LEATHER
3) HELLFIRE VS SUB ZERO
Hellfire dominated the ice ninja and eventually made him tap to the Rack of Redemption.
WINNER HELLFIRE
4) BRAKAS VS SAGAT
After eating two Knuckle Bombs early in the match Sagat somehow survived. After a back and forth slugfest Sagat blasts Brakas into la-la land with a Tiger Knee. (great match)
WINNER SAGAT
5) CAPTAIN COTOURE VS AGENT SMITH
Fresh off the loss to the Predator Cotoure steps back in the ring looking for revenge. Smith however didn’t come alone to ringside. As the opening bell sounded the Predator’s music blared over the loud speaker as he marched down the aisle way.
The match starts explosively with both grapplers going for the quick win. Cotoure fought patiently blocking and countering and soon had Smith on his back. Just as Smith was ready to tap as Cotoure grounded and pounded him the Predator leapt in the ring tossed the ref aside.
Cotoure charged after the Predator only to be blindsided by the recovering Smith. As Cotoure lay dazed Smith multiplied and beat him mercilessly with the Lynch Mob. Ironically the ref recovered just in time to ring the bell as Cotoure slumped into unconsciousness.
WINNER: AGENT SMITH

IGWA CARD #5
1) GALLOS VS KOGUL
Early in the fight Gallos sprawled and brawled countering everything Kogul threw at him. After a knocking Kogul down with a series of strikes and beak pecks Gallos leapt onto him for the kill. Surprisingly Kogul recovered and locked on an armbar. Stunned by the sudden comeback Gallos struggled but soon tapped out.
WINNER: KOGUL
2) GOODZILLA VS JESU’S
After Goodzilla botches a senton splash Jesu’s locks on the Christian Clutch for the win.
WINNER: JESU’S
3) EMILY ROSE VS SLAUGHTERHOUSE
Emily Rose comes out victorious after upsetting the newcomer Slaughter House. Rose set the pace early blinding House with the projectile vomit. From there she tossed the animan out of the ring and landed a beautiful twisting pescado. After House crawled back into the ring Rose landed 3 Hell and Backs and got the 3 count.
WINNER: EMILY ROSE
After the match Emily Rose leapt onto the announce table and took the mich.
EMILY ROSE: You see what the power of the dark prince can do? Jesu’s you’d better steer clear of me you long haired hippy!!
A bright light covers the arena and Jesu’s suddenly appears in the ring.
JESU’S: Dear Emily Rose. Has thou forgotten how my dad kicked your dad’s butt? And has thou forgotten the 11th commandment?
Emily leaps into the ring and faces Jesu’s nose to nose (or nose to chest).
EMILY ROSE: 11th commandment (laughs), why don’t you tell me what it is so I can break it like I did the first 10.
JESU’S: My child, it is simple. The 11th commandment is…
Jesu’s sprays Emily with the Water to Wine mist and dropkicks her out of the ring.
JESU’S: The 11th commandment is “Don’t F with Jesu’s!!!”
4) CEREBUS VS KU
Cerebus drew first blood locking the Feast or Famine. Ku fought back and managed to a brief comeback. Cerebus soon turned the tide and landed the Triple Headbutt of Doom 2 times for the win.
WINNER: CEREBUS
5) GREAT PUMA VS SCORPION (SLAMMASTERS)
In a showdown between 2 videogame wrestling champions Scorpion came out on top. After a brutal Slam Spiral Scorpion covered Puma for the win. But the sadistic Scorpion was far from finished. Titanic Tim came to the ring looking to avenge his loss. Scorpion held Puma up as Tim landed a Big Boot. Tim then picked up the unconscious Puma and locked on the torturous Rack.
WINNER: SCORPION (PUMA INJURED 1 CARD)

IGWA CARD #6
As the event begins the intro music is cut short and the video monitors go black. Suddenly Mike Haggar and Captain Cotoure come down the aisle much to the delight of the crowd. The two take to the ring.
HAGGAR: Predator, Smith you know why I’m here. You two little ladies did a number on me last time I was in the ring. You two were pretty damn tough when you had me outnumbered. Well tonight that’s not gonna happen.
COTOURE: Predator, you beat me fair and square so I can’t fault you for that. But what you did to me last week (the video monitors flick on showing Predators ambush) I am none too pleased about.
HAGGAR: Lets settle this tonight. The Captain and Haggar vs Predator and Smith. Since you don’t seem to follow the rules I’ll make it easy for you. We won’t have any!
COTOURE: I think we’ve said enough. You started this war, now we are going to finish it.
As the two leave the ring the crowd goes wild.
1) OCTANUS VS RUA MOVADO
Octanus held his own but Rua’s victory seemed inevitable from the start. After an attempted Walls of Atlantis Rua rolled through and countered with a knee bar. From there Rua went to work countering and breaking Octanus down little by little. Finally Rua latched on an achilles hold to end the match.
WINNER: RUA MOVADO
2) DESTRUCITY VS GUILE
Destrucity set the tone by plowing into Guile before the bell. Before Guile could regain his footing Destrucity leveled him and landed two Ultimate Destructions and stole the win.
WINNER: DESTRUCITY
3) PINHEAD VS BRAKAS
Not ready to be a stepping-stone for the newcomer Brakas came in swinging wild. Brakas dominated early blasting the Cenobite with uppercuts and landing the Knuckle Bomb. Pinhead hung tough and soon mounted a barrage of offense of his own. After nearly choking Brakas out with his chain, Pinhead landed the gruesome Pins and Needles for the win.
WINNER: PINHEAD
4) SAGAT VS SCORPION
Scorpion adds another notch to his belt after a hard fought battle. After being dowsed by the Scorpions Inferno the street fighter was out for the count.
WINNER: SCORPION
5) MIKE HAGGAR / CAPTAIN COTOURE VS THE PREDATOR/ AGENT SMITH
In a back and forth blistering battle the two mega-teams met head on. Cotoure and Smith started in. Though Cotoure gave Smith a run for his money, the Agent landed the Lynch Mob and then tagged in the Predator. The Predator latched on the Spinal Chord Ripper twice but Cotoure hung tough and made the tag to Haggar. Wasting no time Haggar leveled the alien with the Spinning piledriver who in turn tagged out. Haggar easily handled Smith and tagged in Cotoure to finish the job. Unfortunately Smith recovered quickly and Super Kicked Cotoure and immediately landed the Pig Pile. Haggar rushed in for the save but was cut off by the Predator.
WINNERS: PREDATOR AND AGENT SMITH

IGWA #7
The arena explodes into applause as Mike Haggar enters the arena. The big man makes his way to the ring.
HAGGAR: So Predator, I’m sure you and your little girlfriend, Smith are still high-fiving each other after beating the Captain and me. You beat us. Plain and simple.
The crowd boo’s.
HAGGAR: But…You didn’t beat me.
The crowd roars and starts chanting “Haggar!” “Haggar!”
HAGGAR: So you ugly Mo Fo. Let’s you and me finish this thing. Tonight. For the belt!!
The camera shifts to the entry way as Predator’s music starts. The IGWA champion makes his way down to the ring.
The two goliaths stand nose to nose. The Predator roars in Haggar’s face but the big man doesn’t budge.
HAGGAR: So is that a “yes” or a “no” you ugly ass alien?
The Predator looks around to the crowd. He turns back abruptly and brings his forehead right against Haggar’s. The Predator answers silently with a vigorous nod of his head.
The arena erupts in cheers.
1) SILVINHO DE LA COSTA VS KING RASTA MON
Silvinho wastes no time and knocks Rasta on his back with a series of brutal hooks. Rasta tries to regain his footing but is met with knees and fists that send him reeling. After Rasta hit the mat for the second time Silvinho lands a brutal head stomp. Barely conscious Rasta struggles to his feet. Looking to finish Silvinho wades in fists flying. Instinctively Rasta swings wild and connects. As Silvinho stumbles back the wild man leaps onto him. Rasta mounts a miraculous comeback slamming the Brazilian over and over. After a third Dreadlock Drop Rasta rolls up Silvinho for the cover.
WINNER: KING RASTA MON
2) THE GREAT ONI VS DHALSIM
After a brief battle the Great Oni lands the Neck Wrecker for the win.
WIINER: GREAT ONI
3) SCORPION (MK) VS HELLFIRE
Though Scorpion held his own the fiery skulled Hellfire eventually wore him down. After forcing Scorpion to tap to the Rack of Redemption, Hellfire placed his fingers in his mouth and whistled loudly. Cerebus came charging down the aisle and leapt into the ring. Hellfire and Cerebus proceeded to brutalize Scorpion. Finally after beating him to a bloody pulp the two left the ring laughing at the downed ninja.
WINNER: HELLFIRE ( Scorpion injured 7 cards)
4) JESU’S VS EMILY ROSE
Jesu’s makes short work of Emily Rose putting her away with the Christian Clutch.
WIINER: JESUS
5) PREDATOR VS MIKE HAGGAR
Before the bell even rung the two charged into one another. Back and forth the two titans battled neither being able to get the upper hand. Then after a missed clothesline from Haggar, Predator lands a vicious super kick. The Predator goes for the pin but Haggar kicks out. The two continue their battle and Haggar mounts a comeback. After brutalizing the champion outside of the ring Haggar hits the Spinning Piledriver. Haggar tosses himself onto the champ. The Predator kicks out at “2”. Haggar tries to press the attack but the Predator recovers and hefts up the big man into a torture rack. The champion roars and tosses Haggar to the mat and locks on the Spinal Chord Ripper for the win.
WINNER: PREDATOR
