I found this house rule out just the other day. It works, and adds a LOT of realism to the match, but be warned! It will bog your game down considerably!
Basically, you need the Injury Table. Use this table for the PIN Fatigue counters. So, if someone has 4 PIN counters, they drop to using the effects of a Moderate Injury. Basically, as the match goes on, the stats reflect the wrestler getting more and more tired. But like I said, it slows the match down a LOT (because you're always looking at the chart to see what got adjusted).
Once the match is over, the effects are gone. Unless, of course, they have to wrestle again in the same night. In that case, the stats drop by one for each segment or other matches that go by. So, if someone was at 6 counters (moderate fatigue), and 3 matches go by before they have to wrestle again, then they come out with 3 tokens already (minor fatigue).
See?! It's bogged me down trying to explain it!

Very interesting idea. And it makes since, especially for longer matches.
