I just know ther're terriable. Anytime you are using Christy Hemme to rip off lower mid card angles from the E you are getting desperate.
It's too bad I had high hopes for Jimmy Rave in TNA.

Probably in reference to Jillian Hall.
The difference is, Christy is parodying herself, and has a legitimate rock band. (Don't know if they're legitimately any good!)
Jillian's act is reportedly a spoof on Brooke Hogan and her musical aspirations.

Ahh.. see I don't think that's a rip off exactly... Jillian Hall is a parody of Brooke Hogan (or, one could attempt to agrue, American Idol types in general) while the Rock and Rave infection are a band from the video game, pretending to be real... I think that's pretty different...seriously.
I'm just surprised TNA hasn't done a cross promotion with Rock Band or Guitar Hero... at least then there would be a reason for the lame gimmick.

I would agree there are differences between Hall and Hemme but it all boils down to the annoying chick who things she can sing and is bad.

Rock Band goes through MTV and is distributed by EA.. The new TNA game is Midway(which owns Acclaim too now.. they WWF game back in the day was good) I'm pretty sure they're unrelated, in fact, I think Midway used to do sports stuff, so they probably specifically don't like EA. |

Then again Gail Kim's finsher the "Happy Ending" is a pretty horrible finshing move name as well. Ohh that wacky TNA. Love the talent but man can they make my head hurt sometimes. |
