It's because she is a heel. She's suppose to be annoying as hell so that people hate her. It was similar to the way Sharmell use to say "All hail King Booker!" over and over until the crowd booed louder. It is also similar to the way Milena use annoy the crowd by screaming at the top of her lungs during Johnny Nitro's matches.

Karen is defiantly beautiful. And I personally remember the whole William Regal "All Hail King Booker" is one of my favorite comical things on WWE TV in a while.
