Another possible LOW guy we can hope. His contract expired and TNA doesn't seem interested in resigning him

No surprise as he hasn't done much in TNA for a while . When he has been on , his looked sadly out of shape .
A LOW signing would be great

A LOW signing would be great Well, he does have a medical condition that is making him look like that. But that really doesn't matter. The point is, TNA has no clue how to build guys and Raven was never a big time player over there. He was just someone to get the old ECW fan to watch.

Raven hasn't been any good for over a decade....I would like to see him in LOW, but on my TV, I could do without!

Unfortunately his condition doesn't help but his character doesn't have any growth to it. When it first came out it was fantastic as he was part of one of the greatest feuds of the 90s against Tommy Dreamer. No other organization, WWF, WCW, TNA, has ever used him correctly. He was quite talented and has a good mind for the business. Good luck to him.

I vote for Raven in LOW...I agree with MW on him being integral early on, but after WWE and WCW, he was nothing.

Of course that only gives him the dubious honour of being one of the first to be f**ked over by TNA 'creative.'

Damn, I knew the day would come, but I figured TNA would give him one last push (like ECW did w/ Funk toward the end of his career), especially after watching The History of TNA and learning how Raven filled so many seats with his arrival...
Say what you will about him now, but he's held a lot of titles (including the oldest prize in pro wrestling history, the NWA World Heavyweight Championship) and entertained many of us in one facet or another -- whether swimming in his own blood, spewing diabolical art on the mic, or shocking us sober with the crucifiction of The Sandman -- Scotty is a walking cult classic and yet, a helluva guy!
He's my favorite male wrestler of all time -- and not because we share the same Birthday (Sept 8th), but when I met him in '01, he was nicer than anyone famous I'd ever talked to. Remind me to tell you guys about "Mr. Perfect" Curt Henning sometime...
Anyway, I had this charcoal drawing of Raven that I took w/ me to Columbus, OH @ the now-extinct Northland Mall (he was signing autographs w/ Stacy Kiebler). He looked it over w/ a smile, personalized it & we started talking about comics & stuff -- I'll tell you, for a minute or two, I honestly forgot he was even a wrestler!!!

I liked his arrival upon TNA and even his work as champ. It's dropped off since then though. I guess he will be taking on Abdullah the Butcher on some show in Florida around Mania.. wonder if those two have ever faced off?

I think he could have done more in WWE if he was allowed.

The guy had a great build up during the weekly PPV days and then TNA did what they normally did and screwed it up by letting JJ keep the belt in the pay-off match.
He's been useless in TNA ever since. His eventual title win was anticlimactic and ended pathetically when JJ won the belt (yet again) before Impact debuted on Spike.
Another in a seemingly endless line of victims to TNAs atrocious booking.

Jarrett winning the belt back again was one thing, but the short title reign for Raven really killed any of his credibility in TNA.
