Spike TV officials have noticed the high quarter hours ratings the women of TNA have been garnering on Impact the last few months (the women matches are often the highest-rated segments on Impact), and they're looking to take advantage of that.
Over the last two months, TNA and Spike TV officials have been talking about giving the TNA Knockouts their own spin-off weekly one-hour program. As of late, talks have gotten really serious so it's looking more and more likely that it will happen sometime down the line.
Should TNA start a Knockouts spin-off showcase show, they will be adding even more women to the roster. They only have ten women in wrestler roles at the moment (Angelina Love, Awesome Kong, Christy Hemme, Gail Kim, Jacqueline, ODB, Payton Banks, Roxxi Laveaux, Traci Brooks, Velvet Sky).

I sense it will tank fairly quickly. Still it would be interesting to see if the interest is really there or if it's more or less coincidence.

There is still some talent out there (Sara Del Rey, Lacey), but I don't think there's enough for a show to carry itself week in and week out. I think it would be better to keep it as a division of TNA.

Don't think this will take off as a seperate entity. Sometimes the woman's matches are a nice change of pace but I wouldn't watch a whole show.

I think if they do it right this could be a good thing. The woman are pretty talented and there is many woman on the indy scene who need to be picked up.

They'd have to give it a consistent push and probably have more than 1 woman's match on a PPV. Not sure they'd really want to do that.
