TNA Mobile sent out a memo this afternoon stating that Karen Angle broke her foot at last night's Impact taping.

The injury occurred when Karen landed awkwardly while exiting the ring during a taped segment. According to a fan report, Kurt had to carry Karen to the backstage area as she was unable to leave on her own accord.

Kurt had a match later in night, but Karen was unable to accompany him. It was originally believed that she had strained her ankle, but it turned out be a broken ankle. The break is said to be very high up on the ankle, to the point that it was feared to be a broken leg

Boy I can relate. I cracked my fibula in two places in October....probably similar to the area that Karen cracked up.

Kurt Angle didn't carry me to safety though, the bastard.

Don't take it personally Aquinas. While I've never met you, I'm sure you're not Kurt's type. ;D I wonder if Karen's going to start going around saying, "I managed an olympic gold medalist with a broken, frickin, fibula!"

Seriously, hope you recover well Aquinas. While I've never suffered a broken Fibula, I know people who have and know it's not fun.

I think I'm okay with not being Kurt Angle's type. His alcoholism would put a strain on our relationship

And thanks -- I'm in week 7 of therapy and am close to being back to normal. A little more calf strengthening and I'll be alright.

I've hijacked a Karen Angle thread with my own issues -- but I'd like to think I'm more interesting than she is not as hot, but cooler
