Ouch. I gotta stick up for my boy Kevin Nash on this one. Boom! What?! How is that sticking up for him? That sucked. You know what I did during that whole thing? Not laugh. Kevin Nash is just not funny. Plus, he doesn't wrestle anymore so what's his purpose? Nash sucks. That just proved my point in my last post.

He and Hall were brilliant in the nWo....but that ended years ago. He took what used to be a unique strength of TNA, X Division, and has turned it into a running joke. His skits are NOT funny anymore. I used to really like the guy, but he's one of many big negatives for TNA right now.

If Nash was gone they could afford that HD equipment.

They still have Roddy Piper, Slaughter and Ron Simmons in WWE who don't wrestle or do much of anything really besides Ron's "DAMN!" which isn't funny any more after the 304th time. Things aren't as bad as some of these TNA negatives claim things to be. Just watch it, geez.

They are just as bad as people claim them to be and we have watched. It sucks.

The matches themselves are often fine, but they are booked SO terribly that the truly good ones are few and far between. I watch it sometimes, and it's not very good. The PPVs are atrocious and the booking is insulting. It amazes me that people (TNA supporters) say "Oh look at what WWE is doing, Vince must think people are stupid!" No one insults people's intelligence more than TNA. TNA and the Cardinals suck.

Big easy is also the same person who, at one point, said Nash is better in the ring than Bret Hart.

I used to rank it above ECW, but I've been finding ECW a lot more enjoyable lately. Dude, Dr. Mike Lano -- who hates WWE and Vince McMahon so much it's ridiculous and seems to think everything NOT WWE is better -- said in the Professor Wrestling podcast last week that WWE is definitely the better product. That TNA had some real potential a couple years back but have completely squandered it with inane booking....and the 'great' Kevin Nash has taken what could have been a real strength of TNA, the X-Division, and made it horrible. I believe he called Nash "a cancer" in wrestling. And this Pacman Jones stuff? Pathetic. I'll keep watching it because, well, why not....it's less than an hour of my life sans commercials....but it sure hasn't been good.

Someone should tell Mike Lano that saying WWE is the better product (over TNA) is not even worth saying. That's like a sports expert coming out and saying the NFL is better than the CFL. No s**t Sherlock. At least Mike Lano doesn't have his TNA goggles on and can actually see that Vince and the WWE rule.

and the 'great' Kevin Nash has taken what could have been a real strength of TNA, the X-Division, and made it horrible. The saddest thing about that is that angle could have legitimized the X-Division if it payed off with someone *coughLowKicough* kicking the crap out of Nash in the ring and getting the win. Instead, Big Sexy buried the entire division without ever having to lay down for anyone. Bad form, Kev.

Yeah, it could have been a good vehicle to get them over more, but instead it has been and remains all about Kevin Nash. And I know the guy is intelligent and all, but he jumped the shark long ago with his attempts at humor. Almost nothing he does is even remotely funny.

Yeah I don't disagree with you....Lano is so anti-WWE that it's aggravating to listen to. I know he has helped out with Tom on Legends....but I just don't understand why he bothers following something that makes him so angry. But anyway -- the guy shilled bigtime for that awful Wrestling Society X.....so for him to say TNA is worse than his much-hated WWE at least says something.

Simmons, Slaughter, nor Piper (wtf?) have a huge impact any storylines whatsoever. It's generally done for a nostalgia pop. Nothing wrong there. I watched TNA from week one until November of last year and then I watched Hard Justice a few weeks ago. I HAVE watched TNA and for the most part it's just been a big ball of suck. There were times when it seemed like it was getting better but as, as always, it went freakin' nowhere. But the last year has been the worst. Just absolutely putrid. But if I'm leaving some of the good out, please tell me.

I remembert when they first brought Nash in... I thought he initially did a nice job dissing the X division guys, and I thought. "you know, this is not a bad idea to give Chris Sabin some credibility, once he beats him" but then, Nash never actually jobbed to anyone ...
the whole 'Dr' Nash thing is horrible, and that whole competition really made it so it'll be a LONG time before anyone takes the Division seriously... espcecially when they make Jay Lethal "Black Mashismo" and Sanjay Dutt, "The Guru" worst pair of gimmicks ever, IMO.

I remember Sabin was supposed to face Nash in a PPV but Nash just so happened to suffer an "injury" that weekend. Tenay and Don actually went ahead and said that Nash was chickening out of the match during commentary but it didn't make a difference.

See, you guys are ripping on Nash for doing things that I love. He tells TNA, "No seriously, I will ELEVATE the X-Division" and then he single-handedly kills it. Kevin Nash is on a crusade against Vanilla Midgets, and I predict he will win the ROH Title in a 30-man battle royal by the year 2009.
